Wendy Williams officially filed for divorce from her cheating husband, Us Weekly has confirmed. The daytime talk show host is finally divorcing her philandering husband, Kevin Hunter, after 21 years of marriage.

A source confirmed to Page Six that Hunter was served with divorce papers at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday.

Sources say the divorce action will cost Williams millions of dollars because she forgot (or declined) to make Hunter sign a prenup.

Williams has a net worth of around $60 million.

Without a prenuptial agreement in place, Hunter is entitled to half of Williams’ empire – including the massive mansion they once shared in New Jersey.

A judge might give Hunter less than what he asks for if the court sides with Williams and agrees that Hunter violated their marriage vows by committing adultery.

On Friday’s Wendy Williams Show – which was taped on Thursday – Williams hinted that she had something big going on in her life.

“Honey, I have got a situation going on,” she said. “We’ve got to get this show done quickly. My ankles and feet are swelling as we speak. This here is embarrassing.”

Williams didn’t offer any details. But we now know that her estranged husband was served with divorce papers hours before she taped Thursday’s show, which aired on Friday.

Days before the news broke, Hunter was spotted carrying grocery bags with his longtime mistress, Sharina Hudson, the alleged mother of his baby daughter.

Us Weekly obtained photos of Hunter purchasing groceries with Hudson, who was dressed warmly in blue sweatpants, a long-sleeve blue shirt and a faux fur-covered vest.

The 33-year-old masseuse was seen carrying two bags of groceries while Hunter carried one bag. Hunter paid for the purchases and he carried the receipt as they walked out of the store.

The couple was seen hopping into his burgundy Rolls Royce SUV, which was paid for by Williams.

Hudson allegedly gave birth to the couple’s daughter in Philadelphia in March.

Williams, 54, previously resisted filing for divorce because she reportedly hoped that Hunter would change his ways and return home to her.

But with the birth of his out-of-wedlock baby, that dream has faded.

According to TMZ, Williams is still receiving drug and alcohol treatment at a sober home. She was seen avoiding the media as she arrived at the sober home in Queens, NY on Thursday.

Williams has been in and out of the sober home as she searches for another mansion away from Hunter and his new family.
