A creative Cardi B fan on Instagram.com took the time to create this graphic showing the hardware the Bronx rapper hauled home from awards shows in less than 2 years. The "Bodak Yellow" rapper managed to win a total of 60 major music awards while earning a whopping 117 award nominations.
Those of us who are music connoisseurs remember when it took years for truly talented magicians like Michael Jackson or Madonna to win a single Grammy. Cardi accomplished this feat in one year.
If anything, this graphic shows us how far the music industry has declined over the past 10 years. Rather than celebrate musical genius like we did in the past, we tolerate rappers who can barely speak proper English.
Last night, following her red carpet mishap at the 2019 Billboard Awards, Cardi took to social media to complain about users circulating a photo that shows a little skin under her dress that some fans mistook for a wardrobe malfunction.
Cardi posted a video that shows her posing in the nude while giving social media users a vulgar anatomy lesson about the difference between her vagina and her buttocks. The irony is she completely disrespected herself while chastising others for disrespecting her.
"Naaa ya just be mad cause ya wanna drag me then when I show yaaa I don't give a f–k ya complain about that too. I didn't even show my p--sy," she tweeted.
Within hours the video was deleted, but fans are still buzzing over Cardi's lack of self control. Is this who we want to represent Black music in America?
Others who were wary of the debate over Culture Vultures like Cardi simply give up. "This generation deserves an artist like Cardi B," wrote one disgusted social media user.
Below is a list of the hardware Cardi B has collected in less than 2 years.
