Felon bae Apollo Nida is accusing his ex-wife Phaedra Parks of keeping him away from their two sons, 9-year-old Ayden and 6-year-old Dylan. Apollo, who was recently freed from prison, wants to reunite with his sons when he’s released from a Philadelphia halfway house later this year. But he claims Phaedra is putting legal obstacles between him and his sons.

According to The Blast, Apollo was sent back to prison in June for violating the terms of his parole. A source tells Sandrarose.com that the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star violated the rules of the halfway house where he was staying. He reportedly had intimate relations with a guest, but that was never confirmed.

Another credible source says Apollo was actually sent back to prison for contacting Phaedra against her wishes. The source claims that’s why Apollo is in a halfway house in Philadelphia – far away from Atlanta.

The source said Apollo contacted Phaedra to speak to his sons – but he reportedly can’t have any contact with her at all.

Phaedra, who is a seasoned attorney, allegedly used her legal resources to keep Apollo out of Atlanta and away from her kids.

Phaedra and Apollo were married in 2009, after she waited patiently for him to be released from a prison in Georgia. She must have thought the ex-convict, with his smoldering good looks, was quite the catch at the time.

They split in 2014, and their divorce was finalized in 2017 – after Apollo was sent back to prison for committing more white collar crimes.

But Phaedra is reportedly annoyed that Apollo refuses to let go after all these years. She says she’s too grown for this ish.

“He kept appealing the divorce and finally it was granted,” she told Us Weekly. “Apollo and I started dating in high school, and now I’m in my early 40s, so it was time to go. That’s almost a lifetime. Thank God it’s over, but thank God it happened because we have two beautiful kids.”
