A hungry Phoenix man choked out his teenage daughter after she ate the last slice of pizza, according to the Springfield News-Sun. Chipasha Luchembe, 41, is accused of choking his 16-year-old daughter after she ate his pizza.
Luchembe faces nine counts of child abuse and four counts of aggravated assault, according to Maricopa County court records, obtained by KNXV.
Police responding to a 911 call about domestic abuse found the teenager with obvious signs of assault. According to KNXV, the girl had bruises, a swollen face, and scratch marks on her neck.
Luchembe was immediately taken into custody. According to the police report, Luchembe "became upset" because he asked his daughter to save him a slice of pizza, but she ate it all. Luchembe only got one piece, police said.
According to the report, Luchembe splashed water in her face, slapped her several times and put his hands around her throat. It isn't clear if he was drunk at the time of the offense.
