A NYPD detective who allegedly leaked actor Cuba Gooding, Jr.'s mugshot to an entertainment website has reportedly been stripped of his gun and badge.

According to the New York Post's Page Six, NYPD detective Josh Ulan was stripped of his gun and badge and placed on administrative duty on Tuesday.

The decorated sex crimes detective is accused of providing Gooding's mugshot to Atlanta-based website Rolling Out following Gooding's arrest on groping allegations in June.

Gooding, 51, was arrested on June 13 on charges of misdemeanor forcible touching and sexual abuse stemming from an allegation by a woman who claims he groped her while she served drinks at a bar in Times Square.

A new video published by TMZ shows the alleged groping incident at TAO nightclub in Times Square.

The "Jerry Maguire" star has since been indicted on a number of criminal charges in connection with three women accusing him of sexual misconduct.

Ulan, 49, joined the NYPD in 1992. He is noted for his involvement in the arrest of Peter Braunstein, who posed as a firefighter on Halloween 2005 and sexually abused a woman for 13 hours.

"The NYPD's Special Victims Division is committed to doing everything possible to ensure survivors of sexual assault feel the safety and support needed to come forward, bravely share their experiences, and help the NYPD bring to justice those who have committed these horrific crimes," Devora Kaye, the department’s acting deputy commissioner of public information, told the publication in the statement.

Niecy Nash revealed her failed marriage to second husband Jay Tucker in a post on Instagram on Wednesday. "We believe in the beauty of truth. Always have," they said in a joint statement. "Our truth is that in this season of our lives, we are better friends than partners in marriage. Our union was such a gorgeous ride. And as we go our separate ways now, we feel fortunate for the love we share—present tense."

Earl Gibson III/Getty Images

Two months ago, the Emmy award-winning actress gave marriage advice that turned out to be terribly wrong - for her. In an interview with ESSENCE, the 49-year-old Pisces said today's modern woman should give her husband oral sex twice a day to keep him happy and out of other women's bedrooms.

"You can't be all things to every area of your life at all times. You just gotta make sure it's not the same thing that's falling through the cracks every time. And you gotta keep the sex game po-po-po-poppin' no matter what!" she said.

Nash also said married women should have their own bathrooms and find a hobby that they both liked.

Unfortunately, Nash's advice didn't work out for her. The mother of three discusses her failed marriage and her domestic violence nightmare in the next episode of Uncensored, airing Sunday, Nov. 3, at 9 p.m. ET/8C. only on TV One.

Boo! We're here to surprise you with a new celebrity couple who should probably try to keep their masks on before everyone finds out about their relationship!

There was a private Halloween party in the past few days. Lots of celebrities in costume partying at a hotel in a big U.S. city.

One of the guests was a well-known professional athlete. When our athlete made his move to the pros, he went as a first round draft pick. He has played on more than one team over a long career that may be winding down at this point.

Another of the guests was a pretty actress. You know her as one of the stars of a TV series that is popular among younger viewers and those who love comics.

"They were hugging and kissing the whole night. He introduced her to people as his girlfriend. Nobody was allowed to take photos or videos of the two of them together."

No flash photography, please!

By the way, our athlete's wife was definitely NOT there.

We don't mean to be cavalier, but perhaps our baller should end his marriage before the mainstream media finds out about his little affair with our sweet actress?

Nicki Minaj's new husband, Kenneth "Zoo" Petty, 42, reportedly dropped $1.1 million in cash on her wedding ring. The Barbie rapper posted images and videos showing off their rings on Instagram.com.

There are unconfirmed rumors that Nicki gave Zoo the million in cash, along with a note to take to the jeweler. But Nicki and Zoo dismissed the rumors in an Instagram post.

"Everybody said that you secured the bag, you married a multi-millionaire and you secured the bag," said Nicki, who was dressed as the Bride of Chucky.

"You know I just cut somebody's mother f**king finger off for that ring," replied Zoo, who is dressed as Chucky.

"You mean, I didn't buy this ring?" Minaj asks him.

"No, you didn't buy that ring!" he responded.

According to reports, the massive ring wasn't ready when the couple tied the knot at a private residence. The custom ring was hand delivered this week, and Nicki excitedly showed it off on social media on Wednesday.

The jeweler, Rafaello & Co., told TMZ that Zoo paid for the ring on his own. But many speculate that the jeweler was instructed to tell TMZ that.

The jeweler also noted that the 17-carat ring is worth an estimated $1.1 million. Kathryn Money, VP of Strategy & Merchandising for Brilliant Earth tells ET that the diamond ring is about 15-carats and the white gold or platinum band alone is worth an estimated $50,000 to $65,000.

Nicki married Zoo after a brief, whirlwind courtship. They reportedly met when she was a teenager. He is a registered sex offender who spent time in prison for manslaughter. But Nicki wants to put all of that behind her as she embarks on her new life journey at age 36.

"When I was little, I always imagined princess and marriage and the wedding and now it's more to me about the life, the future, the love, the partnership, than the wedding," she said. "[It's] so strange cause I didn't expect myself to be one of those people who didn't care about the hoopla, but I really don't."

Nicki's diamond bling isn't as impressive as the $10 million, 40 carat rock Steve Harvey gave his wife, Marjorie Harvey, after rumors of infidelities and impending divorce landed him in the headlines.

Rapper Tip "T.I." Harris was a guest on Tamron Hall's talk show, where he criticized the so-called "woke" and "cancel culture" that proliferates on Black Twitter.

"All this cancel culture, I think it's fake. Like Jay-Z said: 'first they hate you, then they love you, then they hate you again," T.I. said.

T.I. used Kanye West as an example of the "cancel culture" trend that seeks to silence people they don't agree with.

"You'll cancel someone like Kanye - now I don't agree with his views - there are a lot of things he say, a lot of positions and perspectives he speak from that I have no agreeance [sic] with. But that's not going to take away from the fact that he is a phenomenal artist and he makes great music," T.I. said. "But you will cancel him, but at the same time, when someone like Gucci does Blackface, then you're cool with that, so you'll keep wearing Gucci, but you'll cancel Kanye."

During his 3rd annual Obama Foundation summit in Chicago, former President Barack Obama told young people on social media to get over themselves by reminding them that they are not perfect.

"This idea of purity and you're never compromised and you're always politically woke and all that stuff, you should get over that quickly," Obama said.

"One danger I see among young people, particularly on college campuses... There is this sense sometimes of, the way of me making change is to be as judgmental as possible about other people.

"Like if I tweet or hashtag about how you didn't do something right or used the wrong verb or then, I can sit back and feel good about myself: 'Cause, man, you see how woke I was? I called you out.' You know that's not activism, that's not bringing about change. If all you're doing is casting stones, you're probably not going to get that far. [Casting stones] is easy to do."

Barack Obama chastised "judgmental" young people on social media who consider themselves "woke" and are so quick to cancel anyone they disagree with. "That's not activism," said the former U.S. president.

"People who do really good stuff have flaws," said Obama, who issued an apparent warning that Democrats risk losing the 2020 presidential election to Republicans again.

"The world is messy. There are ambiguities. People who do really good stuff have flaws," he said. Obama said people who "cancel" others on social media only do so to make themselves feel important.

A Cincinnati emergency room nurse was suspended over a profanity-riddled rant about homosexuals and transgenders in a Facebook post.

Cindy Carter, was placed on administrative leave from her job at the Bethesda Butler Hospital in Hamilton, Ohio, after she launched an attack against homosexuals and transsexuals on Facebook. She wrote, in part that "this country has gone to complete s---! and "these f---ing c--k-sucking h---- think they deserve everything."

Carter posted multiple comments in response to complaints by members of the LGBT community - many of whom are served by the TriHealth Hospitals system.

According to KSHB News, Carter's rant was motivated by Proctor & Gamble's decision to remove the Venus feminine symbol from Always pad wrappers after a female-to-male trans person complained about the packaging on Twitter.com.

In two comments screen shot by Cincinnati Councilman Chris Seelbach, Carter wrote she did not believe in the existence of transgender people, and that "entitled" gay men and "confused woman" were ruining the country. "Men need to be men. Women need to be women."

"This is the reason why transgender people don't feel comfortable going to the doctor, and they don't feel comfortable accessing medical care," said Tristan Vaught, a female-to-male nonbinary activist. "In hospitals, you're not sure who you're going to get."

Councilman Seelbach called for the hospital to fire the nurse. "Nurses should be able to treat anyone regardless of our differences, and having such extreme views and being able to put them out there publicly would make a lot of us apprehensive of wanting a nurse to treat us," said Seelbach, who is openly homosexual.

No photo

YouTube.com

"As an LGBTQ+ person, I don't feel comfortable using their services until I know Mrs. Carter would never treat me. Until TriHealth terminates the employment of Carter, I will not be using their services," Seelbach wrote on Monday.

But Vaught disagreed with Seelbach. "I know some wonderful people that work there. I've been in talks with their diversity committee. I don't think, as an organization, this is what they stand for."

Vaught called on TriHealth to make it clear that homophobia and transphobia are not part of their organization.

"I think everyone can be trained to be respectful," Vaught said. "I don't think that you're going to change hearts and minds. I think you can teach people, while they're on the job, while they're clocked in, 'This is the culture that we're going to have.'"

In the past, Carter would've been protected by the First Amendment that guarantees freedom of speech - even if her comments caused hurt feelings. But times have changed in the post-Obama era.

Jada Pinkett Smith is an expert of sorts when it comes to spotting narcissists. It's so much easier to pick a narcissist out of the crowd when you've been in intimate relationships with them.

According to PEOPLE, the 48-year-old Real Table Talk show host sat down with her co-hosts — daughter Willow, 18, and mom Adrienne, 66 — and a guest, clinical psychologist Dr. Ramani Durvasula, to discuss the negative impact narcissists can have on people's lives.

"In this industry, you come across all kinds of narcissists," Jada said on Monday's episode of her popular Facebook Watch show Red Table Talk.

She told Dr. Durvasula she was hurt and devastated "big time" by a narcissist.

"Definitely. Big time. Big time. Devastated," Jada said. "Because you bring people into your inner sanctum. They make you believe that they're one thing, and then something happens, and you realize that they are something completely and utterly different. It can be very painful and dangerous."

A new study shows that narcissists are happiest when they are making other people's lives miserable.

The study shows that narcissists who have an inflated sense of self-importance and disregard for others, are less likely to be depressed and stressed out than normal people.

Dr. Durvasula says certain personalities are drawn to narcissists despite being hurt by them in the past.

"People pleasers are very vulnerable to narcissism," she said. "They fall for it because they want to fix... they run around in circles, and they keep giving that narcissist all the supply the narcissist wants."

"Oh, God. Yeah," Willow agreed. "Low key, I might have a little bit of that."

"A lot of people do," said Durvasula. "A lot of people - again, especially women - grow up believing they have to do to earn love."

Jada, admitted she may be co-dependent on narcissists for her emotional well-being. "I need to start seeing her for my co-dependencies!" she said, referring to Dr. Durvasula.

Regina King is disappointed by fans criticizing her new HBO series "Watchmen" because it's nothing like the original comic book series.

The award-winning actress stars as a wife, a detective and a masked vigilante known as Sister Night who takes out her revenge on racists.

In the popular 12 issue DC Comics series, published from 1986 to 1987 and based in New York City, the non-traditional superheroes were depicted as everyday people with more than their share of anxieties and insecurities.

The iconic comic book inspired television shows, films and books. HBO's new series "Watchmen" picks up in 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Viewers are disturbed over the fact that the series is so politicized and strays from the original comic book.

For example, the show opens with a reconstruction of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre - when a white mob attacked and killed hundreds of black residents in the Greenwood neighborhood of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com

Regina wants critics of the show to explain what makes them so uncomfortable about HBO's current political adaptation of the novel.

"With some people, I wonder if it's one of two things: were you truly a fan of the graphic novel? Because if you were, you'd realize there was a political story in there," King told Digital Spy. "And two, did it feel less political for you because you, as a white man right now, watching this, it's making you uncomfortable? Which one is it? A combination of both?"

Sheri Determan/WENN.com

Fearing that the series will be canceled, King urged viewers to "keep watching", explaining: "I would like for (viewers) to reserve their judgment until they get to the ninth episode. From there, then express what you feel. But please let your expression be truly what you feel.

"I won't be satisfied with an answer that says, 'I don't like it because it wasn't anything like the graphic novel.' That wasn't the intention," she added. "I need you to dig a little deeper to tell me what it was that made you feel uncomfortable. I feel that that's very fair... Now, tell me why you feel uncomfortable?"

A pathologist who examined Jeffrey Epstein's body appeared to confirm rumors that Epstein was murdered in his Manhattan jail cell. Former NYC medical examiner Dr. Michael Baden claims the body bore signs of homicidal violence, not suicide.

Davidoff Studios/Getty Images

Epstein, 66, committed suicide by hanging in his Manhattan jail cell on August 10. He was charged with multiple counts of sex trafficking of minor girls, and was set to testify against his high-profile friends, including President Donald Trump (pictured right), in exchange for a more lenient sentence.

Baden said Epstein's body bore the telltale signs of homicidal strangulation, not suicide as was widely reported by the news media. "In 50 years I've not seen such injuries in a suicidal hanging," said Baden.

Baden, 85, was hired by Epstein's brother to conduct a thorough autopsy after the body was released to the family.

No photo

Fox News

Baden says the billionaire had two broken bones on the left and right sides of his larynx, around the Adam's apple. But the telltale sign of murder was a fracture to the hyoid bone in his neck above the Adam's apple.

"Those three fractures are extremely unusual in suicidal hangings and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation," Baden told Fox News.

Baden worked on high-profile cases involving Nicole Simpson (O.J. Simpson's ex-wife), President John F. Kennedy, former NFL star Aaron Hernandez, and more.

Baden said the Epstein case should have been investigated as a homicide. "It appears that this could have been a mistake. There's evidence here of homicide that should be investigated, to see if it is or isn't homicide."

Janet Jackson heaped praise on Ciara's "too cute" children for dressing as her and big brother Randy Jackson for Halloween.

Ciara shared a snap of 5-year-old son Future Zahir Wilburn and 2-year-old daughter Sienna Princess as they rocked out in matching pink costumes on her Instagram page.

Ciara, 34, captioned the shot "The Jacksons", and the picture quickly caught the attention of Janet, 53, who commented with a sweet and simple: "Too cute," WENN.com reports.

While many fans assumed Future was dressed as Janet's late brother Michael, others were quick to point out that he was actually dressed as Randy, now 57.

Michael Ochs Archives via Getty Images

Janet and her brother Randy were the youngest members of the musical Jackson family from Gary, Indiana. The two siblings joined their famous brothers - Michael, Marlon, Jermaine, Tito and Jackie - when they performed on the road during summer breaks.

Janet and Randy were popular for their grown up skits during the Jacksons' dinner & show tours. Little Janet brought the house down when she delivered Mae West's famous line to Randy: "Why don't you come up and see me sometime?"

Randy became an official member of the Jacksons in 1976 when he replaced older brother Jermaine, who left the group to pursue a solo career with Motown after contract negotiations fell through. Motown kept the "Jackson 5" name.

Future and Sienna's costumes were created by designer Michael Costello, who told E! News that Ciara was "very hands on" during the process of designing the outfits. Future's tuxedo and Sienna's dress both took between three to four days to complete, and cost between $1,200 and $1,400 apiece.

"I think the costumes are just super special because they're fun, they're youthful, they're a timeless classic," he explained. "I like that Ciara wanted to do something vintage-inspired and super adorable. I love the thought and creative process behind it. It's just fun! And it's refreshing because I'm kind of sick and tired of seeing superheroes and zombies everywhere."

Actor and beloved comedian John Witherspoon passed away suddenly at his Sherman Oaks, California home on Tuesday, Oct. 29. He was 77.

Witherspoon's family broke the sad news in a press statement to Deadline.com:

"It is with deepest sorrow that we can confirm our beloved husband and father, John Witherspoon, one of the hardest working men in show business, died today at his home in Sherman Oaks at the age of 77. He is survived by his wife Angela, and his sons JD, Alexander, and a large family. We are all in shock, please give us a minute for a moment in privacy and we will celebrate his life and his work together. John used to say 'I'm no big deal', but he was huge deal to us."

The family did not reveal Witherspoon's cause of death.

Witherspoon's son, John David Witherspoon, shared an emotional tribute to his dad on Twitter:

"So… my Dad died today & honestly I'm not sure how to feel. I'm sad, but I'm also happy 4 all the great times we had together. We'd roast each other like homes more than Father & Son, and I really liked that. He was my best friend & idol. Love U Dad… I'll miss u."

The comedian's colleagues and fans also paid tribute to him on social media.
