Wendy Williams and her ex Kevin Hunter have reached a financial agreement regarding his living arrangements. She must pay her cheating ex $250,000 to find another home, Page Six reports.

$250,000 won't buy much of a house in the wealthy enclaves of New York and New Jersey. But Hunter can use the cash as a down payment on a suitable place for himself and his baby mama Sharina Hudson.

Page Six reports the former couple reached a financial agreement as part of their divorce proceedings, according to new court documents.

Williams must pay Hunter $250,000 so that he can "secure new living arrangements," in a city where a swanky apartment goes for $15,000 a month. Hunter was ordered to vacate their marital home in Livingston, New Jersey, which was put up for sale over the summer.

Wendy, 55, filed for divorce from Hunter after she learned that he fathered a baby girl with Hudson.

It took years for Wendy to finally admit her husband was cheating on her. Even then she chose to stay with him as he maintained two separate households on her coin.

Wendy recently took a jab at Hudson, who she says is "miserable" now that Hunter's income has taken a hit.

"Life is not what you think it is behind the scenes, trust me," Wendy said during Wednesday's Hot Topics segment. "Homegirl is miserable," said Wendy before imitating the woman rocking a crying baby. "That's what you get!"

Wendy wished Hunter well with his "new family" while insisting she couldn't get divorced from him quick enough.

"I want a divorce like yesterday, I want a divorce two months ago, three months ago. Whenever I found out, four months ago," she said.

Despite her newfound independence, Wendy apparently still has the hots for her ex and they remain friends.

"I want a divorce, and I want to be friends with Kevin. I mean, and not because we have a son but because that was real love. I still love him just not in that way."
