The UPS driver who was killed during a shootout between police and armed robbers in Miami on Thursday has been identified as 27-year-old Frank Ordonez. The two armed robbers and a civilian in a car are also confirmed dead.

Ordonez is a father of two daughters, ages 3 and 5. A co-worker told reporters Ordonez was a UPS employee for 5 years, but Thursday was his first day working alone as a driver.

The tragic incident began at 4:17 p.m. Thursday when someone triggered a silent burglary alarm at Regent Jeweler's on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables.

Coral Gables police chief Edward Hudak said an armed robber fired a shot into the floor, which ricocheted, hitting a store clerk in the forehead. She was transported to a local hospital. Her condition is unknown.

The two robbers then hijacked a UPS truck in Coral Gables and fled with Ordonez held at gunpoint.

The stolen UPS truck led police from multiple agencies on a high-speed chase through city streets, down the Florida turnpike and up Interstate 75. The truck exited the highway and got stuck in traffic at the intersection of Miramar Parkway near Flamingo Road in Broward County.

A firefight broke out between the two armed robbers and police, with dozens of civilians in harm's way. More than 200 rounds were fired at the truck.

Video from a news chopper shows 19 police officers returning fire from all angles. Some of the officers used occupied civilian vehicles as shields.

Two men were seen crawling over each other through the truck's open passenger door onto the asphalt pavement. One of the men was Ordonez who apparently dropped a cell phone on the pavement.

Ordonez's family and friends want answers: why did police pursue and then open fire on the UPS truck in a hostage situation at a busy city intersection?

One Twitter user wrote:

"They killed a bystander and the UPS driver wtf man. These things are covered by insurance did they really have to do this over some packages. Like they couldn't wait?"

Steadman Stahl, the president of the Miami-Dade Police Benevolent Association, was unapologetic about the police engaging the suspects in a firefight at a crowded intersection.

"It's unfortunate that the bystanders were killed, but the bad guys put all this in motion," said Stahl. He added: "Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the two innocent bystanders."

A UPS spokesman released a statement after learning of the fate of their driver:

"We are deeply saddened to learn a UPS service provider was a victim of this senseless act of violence. We extend our condolences to the family and friends of our employee and the other innocent victims involved in this incident. We appreciate law enforcement’s service and will cooperate with the authorities as they continue the investigation."

A fellow UPS driver created a GoFundMe page to raise funds for Ordonez's family.

A jewelry store robbery in South Florida ended in a wild shootout after a police chase in a stolen UPS truck. A UPS driver and a motorist were killed in the shootout, police say.

The incident began at 4:17 p.m. Thursday with a silent burglary alarm at Regent Jeweler's located at 386 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables.

According to the Miami Herald, an armed robber fired a shot into the floor in the store. The bullet ricocheted, hitting a store clerk in the forehead. She was transported to a local hospital. Her condition is unknown. Another bullet went through the window at the city clerk's office in city hall across the street, the Herald reports.

Coral Gables police chief Edward Hudak said the armed robbers hijacked a UPS truck in Coral Gables and fled as several police agencies gave chase.

A caravan of police cars followed the stolen UPS truck through city streets, down the Florida turnpike and onto Interstate 75. The truck exited the highway in Pembroke Pines and weaved through city streets about 20 miles north of Coral Gables. The truck broke through a wooden gate into the Century Village community.

The truck came to a stop at the busy intersection of Miramar Parkway near Flamingo Road in Broward County, where the robbers opened fire at police.

Dwyane Wade's eldest son, Zaire Wade defended his little brother Zion Wade after the effeminate boy was criticized for wearing fake nails in a Thanksgiving photo.

The controversy erupted on Thanksgiving Day when Wade's wife, actress Gabrielle Union, 47, posted a Thanksgiving family photo on Instagram.

In the photo, Zion, 12, dresses seductively in a crop top and leggings. He also wears sharp acrylic talons and lipstick.

Zion, then-11, came out during Miami's Pride parade in April. Union proudly rode on a float with him during the parade.

Wade, 37, responded to critics by telling them to kindly mind their own business and he will raise his son as he sees fit.

In defense of his brother, Zaire, 17, posted an Instagram photo that shows him sitting on a throne while his brother stands next to the chair.

The caption reads: "We didn't ask for y'all opinion."

NBC has opened an investigation into racism and sexism allegations against America's Got Talent creator Simon Cowell, right.

The network tells Deadline.com they have a "deeper understanding of the facts" after meeting on Wednesday with Gabrielle Union, who was let go as a judge on the talent competition series.

Both NBC and Union called their 5-hour meeting "productive". Union, 47, asked for the meeting to hear her suggestions on improving the "toxic environment" on the set.

"The initial conversation was candid and productive," said the network. "While there will be a further investigation to get a deeper understanding of the facts, we are working with Gabrielle to come to a positive resolution."

Deadline says NBC plans to investigate Union's allegations that Cowell is "acerbic and overlording" on the set.

"The next step in the process for NBC is to have an as yet undetermined independent investigator prioritize moving things forward," Deadline writes.

"The ball is in NBC's court to see if they can get Cowell to agree to make some changes to the way things are done on the show," an insider tells Deadline.

Another source told People magazine that Cowell "Rubbed a lot of people the wrong way" on AGT. And he is "rarely told no."

A Miami United Parcel Service worker was charged with hiding packages worth nearly $3,000, then returning to steal the packages later.

Police say Emmanuel Lamont Reggin Jr., 18, a seasonal delivery driver for UPS, hid packages containing electronics while his co-worker wasn't looking. He then returned later to steal the packages, police said.

Reggin Jr. was caught on camera hiding the packages under a dumpster at an electronics business where he and a co-worker had delivered 5,500 packages.

The next day, he hid more packages under the dumpster. He was caught when a manager at the business saw him on surveillance video retrieving three boxes from under a dumpster.

The packages contained a laptop and two PlayStation 4 game consoles, according to WSVN-TV.

Cops arrested Reggin and recovered the stolen electronics. He was charged with third-degree grand theft.

In a statement to WSVN-TV, a UPS spokesperson said Reggin Jr. was no longer a seasonal employee at the company.

Will Smith sympathizes with his Aladdin co-star who complained that he has been ignored by Hollywood since the movie surpassed $1 billion in worldwide ticket sales.

Mena Massoud, an Egyptian-born actor, starred alongside Smith, who received praise as the blue genie.

Massoud told the Daily Beast his career has tanked since the movie's release. He says he is not getting calls from movie studio's offering roles.

"I haven't had a single audition since Aladdin came out," he said. "The big truth is I haven't really seen a big anything from [the film].

"It's like, I'm sitting here being like, okay, Aladdin just hit $1 billion — can I at least get an audition? Like I'm not expecting you to be like, 'Here’s Batman.' But can I just get in the room?... Can you just give me a chance?"

Massoud, who is 28, believes his age might be hurting his chances to land a movie role in Hollywood.

"I feel like I'm going to be overlooked and underestimated for a long time because I am a young actor," he said.

Smith was asked to comment on his former co-star when he attended the Hollywood premiere of his new animated film Spies In Disguise on Wednesday.

Smith, 51, seemed surprised to learn that Massoud was an unemployed actor who is down on his luck.

"Uh I'm just hearing that right now so I haven't spoken to Mena," he told Variety.com.

"But he is a spectacular actor, and he has nothing to worry about," he added.

A Los Angeles police union will not defend a LAPD cop who was caught fondling a dead woman's breasts.

On Dec. 4, the union that represents LAPD officers released a statement, saying the union "will not defend an officer accused of fondling the breasts of a dead woman."

The cop was placed on leave after video footage from his body camera showed him abusing a corpse. The footage was viewed during a random check of body cameras.

According to CBS local affiliate KCAL9 News, nearly two weeks ago, the accused cop and his partner, both male, responded to a 911 call that a dead body was found inside of a residence.

The officers confirmed the woman was deceased and one cop left the residence to retrieve paperwork from a patrol car.

While his partner was outside, the accused cop turned off his body cam and then “inappropriately touched the woman's body," LAPD officials confirmed.

The cop was caught because body cameras have a two-minute buffer, meaning they capture two minutes of footage before the devices are activated.

According to KCAL9, the officer turned in his body camera at the end of his shift. The camera was then stored with thousands of other cameras.

The officer in charge of checking video footage from the cameras randomly picked up a camera off the shelf and viewed its content.

Julianne Hough, right, is apparently avoiding former America's Got Talent judge Gabrielle Union after both women were let go from the show after hosting just one season.

According to Extra TV, Hough and her brother Derek were in NYC to attend the 87th Annual Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony Wednesday night.

Hough, who performed at the festivities, told "Extra" she and Union "have yet to speak" about the controversy surrounding Union's remarks.

Union reportedly met with NBC to hear her complaints on Wednesday, and she took to social media to say the 5-hour meeting was "productive".

It was reported that Union's contract was not renewed after she complained about a "toxic culture" inside the NBC show. The network told "Extra" that the show "has a long history of inclusivity and diversity." They added, "NBC and the producers take any issues on set seriously."

A source told Variety.com that staffers with Simon Cowell's production company Syco pestered Union with notes about her ever-changing hair weave. The notes reportedly said her hair was "too black" for the show's audience.

But Hough, 31, told Extra TV that she is too busy to deal with the AGT drama. "We have been busy here promoting this 'Holidays with the Houghs' special," she explained, adding: "We will connect, for sure."

Hough, pictured here with season 14 guest judge Queen Latifah, previously said she was "grateful" for her opportunity to be a judge on the talent competition show. Hough has not spoken publicly about the drama behind-the-scenes since the story broke.

The San Francisco 49ers have suspended radio analyst Tim Ryan for 1 game for saying Ravens star quarterback Lamar Jackson is hard to stop because his dark skin is the same color as the football.

Ryan made the incendiary remark on Monday during a show on the 49ers' flagship radio station KNBR, according to CBS News.

Ryan was describing Jackson's fake handoffs that usually result in the potential MVP keeping the ball and running it in for a touchdown. Jackson led the Ravens to a 20-17 win over the 49ers at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland on Sunday, Dec. 1.

"He's really good at that fake, Lamar Jackson," Ryan said on the radio show Monday.

"But when you consider his dark skin color with a dark football with a dark uniform, you could not see that thing. I mean you literally could not see when he was in and out of the mesh point."

Jackson's exploits on the field this season drew comparisons to another famed dual-threat quarterback, former Atlanta Falcons superstar Mike Vick.

While many are happy that a Black quarterback is the frontrunner for the NFL league MVP, others are bitter and hateful.

Many Twitter users defended Ryan, saying they didn't see anything wrong with what he said.

One Twitter user wrote:

"He points out that it's difficult to see someone with dark skin holding a dark football and all black. There is nothing racist about this. It's just a fact that the contrast with the background made him difficult to see."

Another user tweeted, "He's right. I can barely see the football!"

And a third Twitter user wrote: "One game suspension means they know he's right, but they have to pretend for the idiots".

Some Twitter users suggested making the football a lighter color.

Tiffany Haddish celebrated her 40th birthday on Tuesday, Dec. 3, by throwing herself a belated bat mitzvah. Her invited guests included rumored boyfriend, rapper Common. The Girls Trip actress and the popular rap star have been inseparable since Common, 47, dumped his political analyst girlfriend Angela Rye, 40, back in September.

A bat mitzvah is Hebrew for "daughter of commandment," when 12-year-old Jewish girls mature to adulthood. Haddish was inspired by her father's background as an Eritrean Jew for the title of her new stand-up comedy show, Black Mitzvah, which debuted on Netflix. She decided to celebrate the launch of her new comedy show at the party - which also doubled as a traditional coming-of-age bash.

A Rabbi presided over the bat mitzvah ceremony. When a Jewish girl turns 12, she assumes the rights and responsibilities of a Jewish adult. But Haddish discovered her religious heritage later in life, so she decided to make her 40th birthday a celebration to remember.

Haddish even took part in a traditional Hora dance. She was raised into the air on a chair, and sang along to Israeli folk song, "Hava Nagila".

Celebrity guests included (L-R) Niko Khalé, his baby mama Keyshia Cole; Jessica Gadsden and Charlamagne tha God. Ironically, the party took Haddish back to her entertainment roots as she used to work as an "energy producer" at bar and bat mitzvahs at the very start of her career.

Haddish's good friend, comedian and cross-dresser Flame Monroe embraced Haddish at her Black Mitzvah celebration at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills. Monroe describes himself as both a drag queen and "comedian who happens to be transgender".

The father-of-two caused controversy when he appeared as a guest on NYC's Power 105.1 The Breakfast Club radio show and insisted "there ain't no women with penises." Click here to watch the interview.

Star Wars actor Billy Dee Williams misspoke when he claimed to be "gender fluid." The senior citizen has backtracked on his comments, insisting he didn't fully understand what being gender fluid meant.

In an interview with Esquire magazine, the 82-year-old AARP cardholder explained that he uses both male and female pronouns when referring to himself.

Williams said, "I think of myself as a relatively colorful character who doesn't take himself or herself too seriously... And you see I say 'himself' and 'herself,' because I also see myself as feminine as well as masculine."

Photo by Michael Ochs Archives/Getty Images

There were reports of Williams' elderly female fans falling out over the news that he might be a cross-dresser or go both ways.

The LGBT+ community was ecstatic and praised Williams for being his authentic self. He was portrayed as an "elder gay" speaking his truth. Filmmaker and friend J.J. Abrams congratulated Williams for his "openness".

But, in a later interview with The Undefeated, Williams clarified his comments, insisting he was simply talking about "men getting in touch with their softer side of themselves".

"I was talking about men getting in touch with the female side of themselves. I wasn't talking about sex, I wasn't talking about being gay or straight," he said.

Many social media users suspect Williams trolled his fans to promote his news film, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, in which he reprises his role as Lando Calrissian.

The film opens in theaters in 2 weeks.

Gabrielle Union and NBC bosses sat down for a "productive" five-hour meeting to discuss the actress' issues with Simon Cowell's America's Got Talent show.

Gabrielle, 47, was fired as a judge on the talent competition TV series last month, amid reports she complained to bosses about racism and sexism on the set.

NBC executives called the actress in for a meeting on Tuesday after fellow celebrities sided with the mother-of-one and called out Cowell on social media.

"The initial conversation was candid and productive," a network spokesman tells Deadline.com. "While there will be a further investigation to get a deeper understanding of the facts, we are working with Gabrielle to come to a positive resolution."

Gabrielle, who served one season as a judge on the show, took to Twitter on Wednesday to confirm she was happy with the meeting too, writing:

"We had a lengthy 5-hour, and what I thought to be, productive meeting yesterday. I was able to, again, express my unfiltered truth. I led with transparency and my desire and hope for real change."

Gabrielle and fellow judge Julianne Hough's terminations from the show are currently under investigation by bosses at the SAG-AFTRA acting union, according to WENN.com.

The prosecutor’s office in NY has officially requested a significantly reduced prison sentence for incarcerated rapper Tekashi69, aka 6ix9ine.

According to TMZ, the U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York has submitted a request for a lighter sentence after the last of Tekashi69's former gang associates was sentenced to 20 years in prison last week.

The feds are grateful for the rapper's assistance in locking up members of the notorious Nine Trey Bloods street gang. They say Tekashi's assistance was "incredibly significant and extremely useful" in prosecuting and convicting 2 members of the gang.

The feds acknowledge Tekashi's testimony in open court put a target on his back and endangered his family. In the docs, prosecutors say, "There's no question that the defendant's life will never be the same because of his cooperation in this case."

They added 6ix9ine and his family will need 'round-the-clock protection at all times to avoid a retaliation attack from gang members. Tekashi's legal team says the rapper declined an offer to enter him into the government's witness protection program.

As part of his deal with the feds, Tekashi pleaded guilty to charges of racketeering, firearms offenses, conspiracy, narcotics trafficking and other crimes.

A judge will consider the prosecutor's request for significantly reduced prison time when Tekashi is sentenced in 2 weeks. He faced a mandatory minimum sentence of 47 years in prison if he didn't cooperate with the feds.

A Florida man was arrested after he abandoned his preteen son by the son of the road because he believed the boy was same-sex attracted.

Haines City police say Evenaud Julmeus, 30, dropped off the distraught boy in front of a closed police station with a bag that contained some clothes.

A bystander called police after witnessing Julmeus drop off the boy who was distraught and crying.

Julmeus reportedly caught his son viewing male pornography videos on his cell phone, according to the affidavit obtained by Fox News.

The victim told police Julmeus "became very upset" after he found the videos. The boy, whose name and age were redacted from the affidavit, told police his father ordered him to pack a duffel bag and that he was taking him to a police station to find a new home.

Police say Julmeus did not attempt to contact law enforcement or child protective services to inform them of the boy's circumstances.

After the boy's mother learned what happened, she went to go look for him at the police station. She left her other two minor children with Julmeus, the affidavit said.

Julmeus fled the home when police arrived, leaving the two minor children alone.

Julmeus has been charged with three counts of negligent child abuse without bodily harm and turned himself in, police said. Julmeus is being held without bond.

The Internet is convinced that emotionally unavailable rapper Common is dating comic actor Tiffany Haddish. They say Common kicked Angeles Rye to the curb after taking her back twice.

The 47-year-old rapper/actor and then-39-year-old political analyst broke up in March of last year after a rocky relationship. They both released statements saying they remained friends.

But they got back together in May only to part ways again before reuniting in August. Now it seems they are done for good. According to the gossipmongers on message board Lipstick Alley, he dumped Angela in September to pursue Tiffany, a divorcee with a well-documented history of emotional and mental problems.

In between his multiple breakups with Angela, Common sought counseling from unlicensed therapist Michelle Obama.

He said she told him that his emotional issues stems from his ordeal as a child when he was molested by an uncle.

The abuse caused him to question his own sexuality which made it difficult for him to relate to women. Particularly so-called "strong, independent women" like Angela, who has personality issues of her own.

According to the sleuths on Lipstick Alley, Common skipped Angela's 40th birthday party in October. A few days later he was spotted taking Selfies with Tiffany backstage at the Blue Note Jazz Club. He recently flew to the West Coast to celebrate Tiffany's 40th birthday.

Update: her good friend said that when common went on tour in sept he kinda got distant. stopped calling, etc. when he came back he just sat her down and told her that they just didn't have it. he wasn't feeling the chemistry needed to go forward. same friend said common was super nice and cool when he hung out with her, but that they didn't have any romantic chemistry. seemed more like a guy she was kicking it with and not a couple. i've heard a few people say that-- they never acted or seemed like a couple. just no spark between them, no affection, and apparently no love because he let her know he just wasn't in love with her like that.

He missed Angela's 40th but flew to LA with Tiffany Haddish to celebrate hers. I'm surprised TMZ didn't catch them leaving NYC and arriving at LAX at the same time. They've been glued to the hip since he got back on tour. Weren't they rumored to be together after he and Angela broke up the first time?

UPDATE: one of tiffany's party guests-- a poster artists she hired for the part-- just replied on IG. confirmed she and common are def dating. said he was in LA on business as well as for her bday party.

Questions: 1. Considering their past histories of emotional unavailability, do you think Common and Tiffany make a good couple?

2. How long do you think they will last before he moves on to the next emotionally damaged Hollywood starlet?

Rapper French Montana released another hospital photo to promote his upcoming album, Montana, set to drop on Dec. 6.

In the photo posted on Instagram.com Tuesday, Montana is seen doing pushups on the floor of a hospital room. A handicap toilet sits against a wall in the background. EKG leads are attached to his chest.

This is the 2nd hospital photo the rapper has released in a week, prompting his followers to accuse him of using his hospital stay as a publicity stunt for his album.

The 35-year-old rapper was hospitalized on Nov. 21, after he collapsed at home and complained of abdominal/chest pain, nausea and shortness of breath. Medics who responded to his home reported he had an elevated heart rate (palpitations).

Lee Daniels, left, came to the rescue of deadbeat dad Damon Dash, right, who owes $950,000 in back child support to his baby mamas Rachel Roy and Cindy Morales.

The money is part of a debt Daniels owes Dash to the tune of $1.7 million. Dame loaned Daniels the money to invest in a movie. But Daniels never paid the cash back, prompting Dash to take to social media to embarrass the father of two.

Dame was arrested in New York City last month for failing to pay child support. Following his release from jail Dash claimed he turned himself in and paid off his large debt to his exes.

"I went to turn myself in with money! I already paid it! And I still walked in with cuffs," Dash said outside the courthouse. "No more warrants. Everything is clear."

But Daniels' offer to pay off the debt suggests Dash did not pay the money like he claimed.

Dwyane Wade fired back at concerned Internet users who questioned his parenting skills when his wife, actress Gabrielle Union posted an Instagram photo of Wade's 12-year-old son, Zion Wade, wearing a crop top, leggings and sharp acrylic nail tips.

Mothers everywhere were shocked and saddened by the boy's sexually suggestive attire. They criticized Wade on social media. But the retired 37-year-old NBA player asked them to kindly mind their own business while he raised Zion as he saw fit.

Gossipmongers wondered aloud if Wade's ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches - who was SO outspoken during their bitter divorce - had something to say about Wade and Union exploiting her son to advance their careers.

Siohvaughn, a 38-year-old author who first dated Wade in high school, has not said a word publicly - probably because she's under a very restrictive non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

According to MTOnews.com, Siohvaughn is making some explosive allegations against the NBA baller.

In throwback videos, that were coincidentally re-uploaded to YouTube on Dec. 2nd, Siohvaughn claims that she suffered physical and mental abuse at the hands of her ex-husband.

"I saw him sell his soul. I saw him taking his character and exchanging it for yet another endorsement," she told Successful Ladies Live in a series of interviews.

She also said Wade beat her while she was pregnant with Zion. Siohvaughn, who said she was mentally abuse by Wade, may have transferred that negative energy to her unborn baby. The boy was born into a dysfunctional home filled with violence and hate.

Siohvaughn told Successful Ladies Live:

"I woke up in the middle of the night. I was sick - obviously because of the pregnancy. And I noticed that [Dwyane] wasn't in the house. And so I was calling him because it was like 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning, and we went to bed together...

"He finally got back several hours later. I was very upset... [Dwyane] started cursing and calling me names. Telling me 'Shut the F up', 'Women talk too much' and 'You should know your place'.

"Then it turned to physical violence. He picked me up, and threw me down. He threw me down so hard, that when my back hit the ottoman it broke into pieces. And my head and back hit the marble floor.

"After that I immediately got up and went to the phone, and went to call the police. He snatched the phone out of my hand and slammed it into my body, so hard the phone broke into pieces."

She said she begged him not to enter the NBA draft because she knew the money and instant fame would break her family apart.

Siohvaughn also says Wade cheated on her constantly after he signed his NBA contract. She must have felt vindicated when Wade's 3rd son, Xavier, was born to a California woman six years ago - while he was dating Gabrielle Union, 47.

Watching Siohvaughn speak so openly about the abuse she allegedly endured - all while struggling to keep her family together in 2007 - will touch the hearts of women who can relate to Siohvaughn's emotional story.

Simon Cowell's production company has brought in the lawyers to speak with Gabrielle Union about the alleged racism and sexism on the set of America's Got Talent.

As you know, Union was let go as a judge after hosting just one season of AGT for a reported $15 million salary. But the 47-year-old Scorpio refused to go quietly without hurling accusations of racism and sexism on the set.

Among her complaints were a joke made by by Jay Leno and notes passed to her by staffers complaining about her ever-changing hairstyles.

A source told Variety.com that staffers complained Union's hairweave was "too black" for the audience.

Cowell's production company Syco brought in lawyers for a scheduled meeting between Union, Syco NBC and producers Freemantle.

Variety.com reports that NBC plans to speak with Union to ask her about her concerns regarding the environment on the set.

A source confirmed to Page Six: "The companies are retaining outside counsel to assist us in learning more about the facts in this matter, starting with hearing from Gabrielle, which we expect to happen this week."

A source told Deadline.com that Union was anxious to meet with NBC to discuss how she can help them to improve the "toxic environment" on the set.

"Gabrielle believes there is a toxicity that has become normalized at 'Talent,'" an insider told Deadline on Monday.

"She wants to help fix that, because she loved a lot of her time on the show last season, even with the issues with Simon and what have you. But she could never go back, even if they did a [180] and asked her to for another season — no."

But sources say the "toxic" environment on the set improved as soon as Union left. They say her constant complaints to the network bosses is the main reason why she got the boot.

Cardi is beside herself after her rapper husband Offset's socials were apparently hacked early Tuesday. Someone close to the rapper sent out a series of tweets on his timeline that suggested he was batting for the other team.

The hacker then changed his password and locked him out of his accounts.

No photo

The tweets were quickly deleted but not before Offset's followers took screenshots of the posts.

Cardi B addressed the tweets as soon as she woke up this morning. She assured her fans that her man's socials were hacked.

Her assistant was unable to get access to Offset's Instagram account. As Cardi spoke on camera, a nervous-looking Offset shadowed her every move.

The fact that both of his accounts were hacked at the same is very suspect. It can only mean one thing: that someone very very close to him knew his password (he probably uses the same password for all of his accounts) and hacked into his accounts.

It isn't hard to figure out who did it (no, it wasn't Cardi or her assistant). It was someone very close to him. Cardi knows who it is. That's why she keeps him so close.

California Senator Kamala Harris has dropped out of the 2020 presidential race. Harris dropped out after her campaign failed to raise enough donations to pay her staff.

Harris reportedly held a conference call with her campaign staff earlier Tuesday in Iowa where she explained that the campaign was having financial struggles.

Her campaign hadn't bought TV ads in months and she was forced to advertise on social media. Last month she laid off most of her campaign staff.

Harris, 55, polled poorly with Black voters who criticized her criminal justice record in California. Harris claimed she fought for criminal justice reform, but her critics say, as a prosecutor, she sent many Black men to prison.

Harris was former President Barack Obama's early choice for the Democratic nomination.

Harris' announcement on Tuesday comes after a disgruntled former staffer wrote a letter saying Harris treated her campaign staff like runaway slaves.

In the letter, obtained by The New York Times, Kelly Mehlenbacher wrote, "This is my third presidential campaign and I have never seen an organization treat its staff so poorly."

Mehlenbacher added that she resigned from Harris' campaign because she saw no hope of Harris winning the nomination.

"With less than 90 days until Iowa we still do not have a real plan to win... We have refused to confront our mistakes, foster an environment of critical thinking and honest feedback, or trust the expertise of talented staff."

Harris is married to attorney Douglas Emhoff. They have no children.

Former Oakland Raiders running back George Atkinson, III, 27, has died one year after his twin brother Josh Atkinson committed suicide.

George, who also played for the Cleveland Browns, is the son of Super Bowl champion George Atkinson II.

According to People magazine, the Athletic's Pete Sampson tweeted the news late Monday night. No cause of death was reported.

George's death comes after his twin brother Josh committed suicide last Christmas. George and Josh played football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. They also excelled at track & field.

Josh was reportedly depressed after their mother died from complications of Crohn's disease. She was also diagnosed with Schizophrenia.

In an open letter written in October and published by The Unsealed, George opened up about his struggles grieving the loss of his mother and his twin brother.

Titled "How I Turned My Losses Into Lessons", George wrote that his brother felt guilty over their mom's death.

George said he was hospitalized on a mental ward for self-harm after his brother died.

"That's the moment I felt like I lost everything. That's the moment I can't describe," he wrote. "I never want you to feel his pain or my pain."

George said his 2-year-old daughter motivated him and gave him the will to live.

"I knew I had to find a way to keep going and be a role model for her," he wrote. "Without my daughter, I don't know where I would be right now. She gave me that second wind of motivation."

Filmmaker J.J. Abrams, left, praised geriatric actor Billy Dee Williams after the 82-year-old spoke openly about being gender fluid.

In an interview with Esquire magazine, Williams, who first appeared in the Star Wars franchise in 1980 movie The Empire Strikes Back, explained that he uses both male and female pronouns when referring to himself.

"I'm a very soft person. I'm not afraid to show that side of myself," Williams said. "I never tried to be anything except myself. I think of myself as a relatively colorful character who doesn't take himself or herself too seriously."

"And you see I say 'himself' and 'herself,' because I also see myself as feminine as well as masculine," he added.

Speaking with entertainment TV show Extra, Abrams, who directs the upcoming Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, in which Williams reprises his role as Lando Calrissian, celebrated the actor as the "absolute greatest".

"I think, honestly, that comment and whatever he meant by it, it speaks to his openness," Abrams gushed. "He has such an amazing life experience and he is such a wonderful guy to talk to in-between takes because he will just start referencing relationships he's had with these legends in music and film and dance and theater."

Photo by Michael Ochs Archives/Getty Images

Abrams added: "No one has a smile like Billy Dee and to have him, to get to work with him at all, has been such a joy. He is just the sweetest."

But not everyone is happy about the actor's revelation. Many of his elderly female fans believe the actor is going senile. They wish he had taken his secret to the grave with him.

Younger Black women complain that Hollywood is turning eligible straight men against them by offering juicy movie roles and other perks to actors who come out as homosexual or trans.

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, left, sparked controversy after she fired Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie T. Johnson for "lying" about falling asleep behind the wheel of his car.

Lightfoot announced Johnson's termination during a press conference on Monday, Dec. 2. Johnson, who was promoted to Superintendent in 2016, had been on the police force for 31 years. He was just weeks away from retirement.

The harsh action was taken after Johnson reportedly lied to investigators after he was found slumped over the wheel of his car around 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 17. Johnson was not far from home when he fell asleep at a stop sign.

The officer who responded to the scene did not test Johnson for alcohol intoxication. Johnson told the officer that he was on his way home after dining with friends and he pulled over because he felt tired.

Mayor Lightfoot said Johnson later told her that he'd had a "few drinks" at dinner that night and that the alcohol reacted with blood pressure medication he had taken.

The mayor said Johnson lied to her and investigators about where he'd been and what he had been doing. She said surveillance footage proved Johnson had been deliberately "misleading" investigators.

Johnson's supporters were concerned that he might lose his pension and other benefits, but CBS reports he will not lose it unless he is convicted of a felony.

Late Monday night, after the public backlash to Johnson's termination, Lightfoot defended her actions, saying, "It has become clear that Mr. Johnson engaged in a series of ethical lapses that are intolerable."

She refused to release details, saying she wanted to protect his wife and three children, but she said his behavior amounted to conduct that was "unbecoming" of his position.

CBS Boston reported Monday night that the 60-year-old police chief had been drinking with a woman who was not his wife before he was found asleep in his car.

Johnson and his wife, Junior Officer Lt. Nakia Fenner, 43, (pictured below, 2nd from right) were married in 2017.

In early November Johnson announced his intention to retire at the end of the year during a news conference with the newly-elected mayor and his family at police headquarters.

"Had I known all the facts at the time, I would have relieved him of his duties as superintendent then and there," Mayor Lightfoot said.

Sources say that Lightfoot, a 57-year-old male-identified lesbian, had it in for Johnson and his police department after they investigated openly homosexual Empire actor Jussie Smollet for lying about a racial attack in January 2019. Smollett, 36, was arrested in March for filing a false police report.

Johnson is named personally in a lawsuit filed by Smollett against the city of Chicago last month. Smollett filed the countersuit after the city sued him, indicating it wanted over $390,000 plus "further relief as this Court deems just and equitable" for wasting the police department's time and resources investigating his lies.

NeNe Leakes, right, was mistaken for drag queen Tiffany T. Fantasia, left, in South Beach, according to Page Six. The 51-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta reality TV personality was mistaken for the popular drag performer when she stopped by drag hot spot the Palace.

A witness tells Page Six that after NeNe entered the club, "A group of tipsy boys shouted, 'You'd better work it, Tiffany T. Fantasia!' But it was NeNe."

The spy said NeNe laughed off the mistaken identity. "She entered and played it off like a true diva. She walked in with a fierce walk and winked at the table."

Once fans realized NeNe wasn’t the world famous drag performer, the reality star was swarmed with "selfie requests". Leakes has previously frequented the bar with Bravo TV personality Andy Cohen.

Joe Biden has a sordid reputation for inappropriately touching minor children over the years. A video clip of Biden rambling on about children rubbing his hairy legs went viral on the Internet over the weekend.

In the video, Biden addresses a group of Black women and children on the campaign trail in Wilmington, N.C. He discussed the time he worked as a lifeguard at a desegregated swimming pool.

The video clip first made the rounds back in September, according to The Blaze. If the video is taken down before you get a chance to watch it, here is what he said.

"And by the way, you know I sit on the stand and it'd get hot. I got hairy legs that... turn blonde in the sun. The kids used to come up and reach in the pool and rub my leg down so it was straight and watch the hair come back up again. They'd look at it. So I learned about roaches. I learned about kids jumping on my lap. And I love kids jumping on my lap."

Supporters say the video was taken out of context. The "roach" comment was in reference to something someone said earlier about roaches.

Wayne Bertram Williams, the man convicted of killing two of 28 young Black males in the infamous Atlanta Child Murders, was denied parole by the Georgia Board of Pardons and Parole on Monday, Dec. 2.

Williams, 61, was sentenced to two life terms in prison with the possibility of parole in 1982. He continues to maintain his innocence despite the forensics evidence that placed some of the victims in his car and home.

Many believe Williams is a scapegoat who took the fall for the real killer(s) during the killing spree that terrorized Atlanta from 1979-1981.

Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms is among the supporters who believe Williams is innocent. She announced last year that Atlanta city police and the Fulton County District Attorney's Office would re-examine the murder cases for new evidence.

Channel 2's Tony Thomas spoke to Williams' close allies who were "99 percent sure" he would be released on parole today.

"I don't see why anyone would want to hold a man in prison if there is still lingering doubts that he didn't do any of the things he's convicted of," said Dewayne Hendrix, leader of The Wayne Williams Freedom Project.

Williams will have to wait another 8 years before he can go before the parole board again.

In a letter dated last month but just released Monday, the state board cited the main reason for the denial was "insufficient amount of time served to date given the nature and circumstances of your offense(s)."

Wayne Williams was born on May 27, 1958, and raised in southwest Atlanta by his doting parents, Homer and Faye Williams. Both of his parents earned modest salaries as school teachers. They worked long hours and made sure their only child wanted for nothing.

A young Williams is shown here sitting on his mother's lap in a photo taken by his photographer dad.

Williams was a bookish boy who tested at the genius level. As a teenager he constructed his own radio station at home and began frequenting Atlanta stations WIGO and WAOK.

He developed an interest in recording studio equipment and began to "audition" young boys in the neighborhood. He dreamed of becoming a pop music producer and manager.

Atlanta police say Williams handed out flyers to young boys, hoping to discover the next Jackson 5.

Some of the boys who auditioned for Williams ended up as victims of the Atlanta child serial murderer.
