Cardi has a lot to be thankful for. On Tuesday, the 27-year-old mother of one gave her followers the grand tour of the new $5.8 million mansion.

My real estate friend was unable to find any public records for the sale of this home. But she did find a $35,000-a-month rental listing for the same address. The rental was taken off the market in October.

The house sat for two years before Cardi and Offset came along. The owners chopped $4 million off the original sales price before listing it for rent.

$35,000 a month is nothing to sneeze at. Cardi is doing the right thing if she is renting. Why buy a house that she will have a very difficult time unloading in a few years?

The 22-square-foot mansion in affluent Sandy Springs, near Chastain Park boasts 5 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 4-car garage, a man cave/game room and a gun range.

Question: Did you accomplish your 10-year goals? What are your goals for the upcoming decade?

Police are hunting a group of seven teenagers who attacked an Orthodox Jewish man as he walked down a street in Brooklyn, NY.

The attack happened on Dec. 24, as the man walked alone down Lincoln Place near Albany Avenue.

Police released surveillance video footage of the males wearing black hoodies. As they walked past the man, one of the teens threw a chair at his head, knocking him to the sidewalk.

The attack happened just days after Grafton Thomas, who is Black, stabbed five Jewish people in the basement of a rabbi's home in Monsley, New York. The victims were celebrating the seventh night of Hannukkah.

The latest attack is the 14th incidence of anti-Semitic crimes perpetrated mainly by Black people in New York City's boroughs.

CBS News issued a sincere apology on Monday night for mixing up photos of the late Congressman Elijah Cummings and U.S. Rep. John Lewis, who announced he has stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

The mixup occurred on Monday's broadcast of CBS Evening News. A photograph of Cummings was mistakenly identified as Lewis. Cummings died of natural causes on Oct. 17, at age 68.

"Tonight on the 6:30 p.m. ET broadcast of the CBS Evening News, one photograph was misidentified as Congressman John Lewis. We have replaced the photo in all broadcasts and platforms. We deeply regret the error," CBS tweeted.

News of Lewis' cancer diagnosis prompted reactions from celebrities and lawmakers on social media.

Lewis, 79, said he will continue to serve in the House of Representatives while undergoing chemotherapy treatment for his cancer.

The civil rights leader once marched alongside Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to fight for the freedom of Black people to vote in U.S. elections.

But on Sunday, Lewis announced he is in the biggest fight of his life.

"I have been in some kind of fight - for freedom, equality, basic human rights - for nearly my entire life," he said.

"I have never faced a fight quite like the one I have now."

Lewis added: "I have a fighting chance."

Pancreatic cancer is one of the few cancers that can go undetected until it is too far advanced to treat.

A Kansas cop resigned from the police force after admitting he scrawled the words "f*cking pig" on a McDonald's coffee cup and blamed a drive-thru worker.

The unnamed officer, 23, purchased the coffee at the drive-thru window of a McDonald's restaurant in Junction City, at 6 a.m. on Saturday.

Herington Police Chief Brian Hornaday posted a photo of the cup on the police department's official Facebook page and demanded justice for his officer. Outraged Facebook users called for the termination of the McDonald's employee.

In his Facebook post, Hornaday wrote: "This is what he paid for. Although I understand this is likely the act of one person and not a representation of the company. When it was brought to their attention the company offered him a 'free lunch'. No thank you."

He added, a "Big Mac and large fries doesn't make up for it."

After the photo went viral, Hornaday and the McDonald's reps held a news conference on Monday.

Dana Cook, the owner of the McDonald's franchise in Junction City, insisted she pored over every frame of the surveillance videos and the footage proved none of her employees wrote the expletive on the cup.

"We took seriously our role to be transparent and fully cooperative with Chief Hornaday throughout his investigation and we look forward to continuing a strong relationship with the department," Cook said.

She added: "Our McDonald's family maintains great respect for all members of law enforcement and the military, and it is with great pride that our restaurant is always open to you."

But Hornaday was not satisfied with her response.

"Hopefully, McDonald's will follow through with showing me the video that didn't exist when I met with them Saturday night," he told 13 News on Monday.

He added, there was a "whole lot more to the story than what is being portrayed online."

Later that day, Hornaday backtracked and deleted his original Facebook post. He said the police department was reviewing the surveillance video with McDonald's reps.

By Monday evening, Chief Hornaday announced the 23-year-old cop had resigned from the police force.

He declined to name the cop and he suggested the whole thing was meant to be a joke.

"Integrity is the one and only sole trait of a police officer that you cannot allow to be damaged," Hornaday said.

The police chief also addressed the public's concern that the ex cop will apply for a police job elsewhere.

"Once you damage your integrity, you're done. You will not work in this profession ever again," he said.

A homeless man who tried to abduct a sleeping woman off the 6 train in NYC was caught on the street and savagely beaten by a mob.

Sonny Alloway, 48, was arrested after a viral video showed him picking up the sleeping woman and dragging her off the 6 train at 2:30 a.m. on Monday.

The woman and a male friend, also homeless, were sleeping on the train to stay warm. Alloway, who was seated across from them, tapped the woman's leg and motioned toward the door.

When she ignored him, he grabbed her and carried her off the train at the next stop. Once on the platform, the woman struggled and broke free.

The woman spotted Alloway on the street the next day, and a mob delivered some street justice before the police were called.

There's a difference.

He messed up, it went public, he embarrassed her, she’s angry, and now he pays the penalty. All very understandable.

Now there are reports that she is ordering him to go rehab to deal with his [drinking] problem.

That will not happen.

"He will not go to rehab. If he did, people would assume that he had some sort of drug or alcohol problem. He will not allow that sort of permanent reputation damage."

Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard was arrested for domestic battery following a fight with his fiancee over a purse that wasn't hers.

According to TMZ Sports, Howard, 26, and his fiancee fought over a purse Howard purchased that wasn't a Christmas gift for her.

His fiancee told police Howard grabbed her arms and pushed her against a mirrored wall in a bathroom of their Davie, Florida home.

Responding officers observed "visible scratches and redness on her arm" and "redness and an abrasion" on her right elbow.

Howard was charged with domestic battery and booked into the Broward County Jail, hours after the Dolphins upset the New England Patriots on Sunday. Howard had missed the game because of a knee injury, according to Fox News.

How convenient. A second accuser has come forward just days after a celebrity photographer accused Damon Dash of sexual assault.

Dash was sued for $50 million by his business associate and celebrity photographer Monique Bunn.

Bunn accused Dash of sexually assaulting her in a bedroom in his California mansion in April 2019. Her attorney, Chris Brown, filed the lawsuit last week.

A second woman sent a notarized letter to the court identifying herself as T. Harper. She described an assault that allegedly took place in NJ over 20 years ago.

She said she met the 48-year-old music producer at a restaurant one night in New York while she was still a college student.

Harper and her friends crossed paths with Dash again in New York. Dash and his entourage invited the women back to his penthouse in New Jersey. She said a friend called her back to Dash's master bedroom where, she alleges, he was waiting for her wearing nothing but a bathrobe.

"As he got closer, he took his towel off and began to play with his penis. I told him I was not interested in having sex. The friend who called me back, was nowhere to be found."

Harper claims Dash grabbed her, threw her down on the bed and tried to remove her pants. She said Dash attempted to penetrate her but she clenched her vagina, tightened her legs and "continued to fight."

Harper claims Dash fondled her with his fingers. The attack ended when she kicked him in his groin and fled the room.

"For a split second, I thought about taking a champagne bottle and cracking him in the head with it," Harper wrote. "But then I thought, I would get arrested and no one would believe my story, so I didn't split his skull, but I wanted to hurt him the way he had hurt me."

Harper said "it took years of therapy to accept" that she did the right thing.

Dash is the latest Hollywood mogul to be brought down by the so-called #MeToo movement. Similar allegations brought down power players like Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby, Adam Venit, Bryan Singer and Brett Ratner.

Newly engaged NBA free agent Nick Young was spotted on a dinner date with his fiancee Keonna Green at popular restaurant Craig's in West Hollywood. Ever since Nick proposed to his longtime girlfriend on Christmas Day, they have been couples goals.

Keoona looked very happy in a white long sleeved top and cutoff denim shorts flipped inside out under a lace tutu. She accessorized her fun outfit with a pair of boa constrictor snakeskin boots.

Keonna, 29, and Nick, 34, are high school sweethearts. She bore him two children while he shamelessly stepped out with other women such as rapper Iggy Azalea, 29.

Nick, aka "Swaggy P," got engaged to Iggy on his 30th birthday, while Keonna stayed at home with his son.

After Nick and Iggy made headlines on the gossip blogs, they went their separate ways in 2016.

Keonna is best known for her role in Basketball Wives in 2017. She is also an entrepreneur who founded TNK Hair Studios in Los Angeles, CA.

Keonna belongs to a large sorority of long-suffering women who watched their famous men cheat before reluctantly taking them back for the sake of their children. Some of the women even took their men back after they fathered other babies on the side.

The hero who shot and killed a gunman after he opened fire in a White Settlement, Texas church on Sunday, is a former FBI agent and head of church security.

Jack Wilson, a 70-year-old former FBI agent, opened fire on the gunman within sex seconds after the lunatic shot two innocent people including the church deacon and a security guard.

Anton "Tony" Wallace, 64, was the church's deacon and a registered nurse. One other person was critically wounded.

Tiffany Wallace was sitting in the pews at West Freeway Church of Christ when her father was shot.

"The guy just stood up from the pew, turned toward my dad and I guess he shot at the security guard," she said. Tiffany (pictured above) ran to her father and cradled his head in her arms as he took his last breath.

Tiffany said another parishioner noticed the gunman was acting strangely and wore a false beard.

The shooter was not identified by police, but conspiracy theorists online claim he is Black and wore a jacket with the words "Black Lives Matter" on the back.

Wilson, who is running for County Commissioner for District 3, said he was "blessed with the ability" to protect the other parishioners.

In a Facebook post, he said he hoped he would never be in the position he was put in to save lives. "I'm thankful to GOD that I have been blessed with the ability and desire to serve him in the role of head of security at the church. I am very sad in the loss of two dear friends and brothers in CHRIST, but evil does exist in the world and I and other members are not going to allow evil to succeed."

He added, "I just want to thank all who have sent their prayers and comments on the events today."

Rapper French Montana was recently hospitalized with intense nausea, abdominal pain and an elevated heart rate - common warning signs of a heart attack. It is estimated that a heart attack occurs in the U.S. every 40 seconds.

Some patients report heart attacks without any signs or symptoms (S/S). But warning signs are most likely missed because the patient doesn't associate his symptoms with a heart attack.

Knowing the warning signs of a heart attack can save your life

A heart attack feels different for men and women.

Men may describe crushing pain or pressure in the chest area, left arm pain or tingling and shortness of breath.

Women may describe feeling slight discomfort in the chest, upper back pain, nausea and vomiting or jaw pain that feels like a toothache.

Warning Signs of Heart Attack in men

  • crushing chest pain or pressure in chest
  • back pain that radiates up to neck
  • jaw pain that feels like a toothache
  • pain in left arm or both arms or shoulders
  • nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain
  • cold sweat
  • lightheadedness or dizziness
  •

Warning Signs of Heart Attack in Women

  • slight to moderate discomfort in chest
  • upper back pain
  • neck and jaw pain
  • shortness of breath that comes on suddenly
  • lightheaded or dizziness
  • jaw, neck or back pain
  • burning or tingling in left arm or both arms or shoulders
  • nausea or vomiting, abdominal pain
  •

Heart attack treatment works best when started immediately after symptoms are felt. Paramedics arrive with equipment and drugs ready to begin heart attack treatment. If you believe you are experiencing a heart attack, it's safer to call 911 rather than attempt to drive yourself to the emergency room.

Damon Dash responded to a $50 million sex assault lawsuit filed against him by celebrity photographer Monique Bunn.

Bunn filed a federal lawsuit against Dash, his fiancee Raquel Horn, Damon Dash Studios and Poppington LLC last week.

According to the lawsuit filed by high-powered attorney Chris Brown and obtained by The Blast, Dash flew Bunn out to the West Coast to work on a project for his company in April, 2019.

After working on the project all day, Bunn bedded down for the night in Dash's home, Bunn claims Dash entered the bedroom, wearing nothing but a bathrobe, and drunkenly assaulted her. He reportedly stopped when she threatened to fight him.

Bunn is suing Dash for $50 million in damages as well as the return of her personal photography equipment and hard drives containing photos of Mary J. Blige, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, and others.

Dash responded to the lawsuit by claiming Bunn tried to extort him after he caught her stealing $5,000 in electronics from him.

On Thursday, Dash posted a video in which he accuses Bunn of robbing him after he sent her to purchase 2 hard drives.

When Bunn returned, Dash learned, instead of purchasing the hard drives, Bunn purchased a $3,000 Apple iPad, a $1,000+ iPhone and other equipment totaling $5,000.

In the video Bunn claimed the electronics were necessary to scan video footage onto the hard drives.

The mother of the 14-year-old boy suspected of fatally stabbing Barnard College student Tessa Majors was arrested for stabbing a woman over a decade ago.

According to The NY Post, the suspect's mother, identified by police sources and neighbors as Katima Minton, 35, was arrested for knifing a woman during a street fight in Jamaica, Queens 13 years ago.

According to a story published in The Post on August 6, 2006, "Katima Minton pulled a knife and lunged at the victim, whose identity was withheld..."

The victim was treated at a hospital for stab wounds and released, according to the article.

Minton was arrested and charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment, according to The Post.

Minton was 21 at the time and living with her 16-month-old son in Jamaica, Queens.

13 years later her son is suspected of brutally stabbing 18-year-old Tessa Majors as she walked through Morningside Park on the evening of Dec. 11.

The suspect and two other boys - ages 13 and 14 - allegedly tried to rob the college freshman.

The 13-year-old suspect told investigators the older boys removed a plastic baggie containing marijuana from Majors' back pocket.

She resisted the robbery and was stabbed repeatedly when she allegedly bit the 14-year-old suspect on his finger.

After a 2-week manhunt for the 14-year-old suspect, he was detained on Thursday and his cheek was swabbed for DNA. The test results are expected back this week.

This is not a drill. The National Rifle Association (NRA) is plastering highways with billboards to warn Virginians about the Democrats' plan to begin forcefully confiscating guns from law-abiding citizens on January 8, 2020.

Virginia is ground zero for the Democrats' anti-gun agenda with funding from billionaire presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg.

Democrat lawmakers in the state of Virginia have reportedly asked for $250,000 to prepare jails to receive "thousands" of law-abiding citizens who refuse to give up their guns.

Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, who survived that blackface/yearbook scandal, announced he is banning the sale of semi-automatic rifles and high-capacity magazines (bullets) in the state.

He also plans to restore a law that limits gun purchases to one gun a month.

These sort of things take time to go into effect, so Northam is empowering the courts in Virginia to begin confiscating guns from any "person deemed to be a risk to himself or others" on January 8.

"We will at least start with those," he reportedly said during a Cabinet meeting in early November.

Considering Northam's history of wearing blackface, it isn't difficult to guess who "those" people are.

When asked about confiscating guns from law-abiding citizens, Northam said "that's something I'm working on."

In response to Northam's threats, 90% of the counties and towns in Virginia have been declared sanctuaries from the Democrats' anti-gun agenda.

In the 1800s Virginia was a bustling port for the slavery trade. The Underground Railroad was formed there to free nearly 1,000 slaves in the South.

Music producer Swizz Beatz dropped hints that his baby mama, Jahna Sebastian, is mentally unstable.

The Russian singer lashed out at Swizz's wife, Alicia Keys, in a lengthy Instagram post on Monday.

Jahna, who shares 9-year-old daughter Nicole Dean with Swizz, put Alicia on blast for "forcing" Nicole to call her "Umi," which means "Mother" in Arabic.

Jahna also bashed Alicia for allowing Nicole to have her own iPhone - which Jahna believes is inappropriate for a minor child. She said Alicia overstepped her boundaries as a stepparent by registering the minor child on the social media app TikTok.

Jahna noted that only the biological parent - not the stepparent - can register social media accounts for minor children.

But in a social media post, Swizz, 41, took the blame for supplying his daughter with an iPhone so she can keep in contact with her mother - and not call him.

In a follow-up post, Swizz told Jahna she knows his house phone number and she should call him if he wants to talk.

In a new Instagram post, Swizz, who is not a mental health professional, hinted that Jahna has mental health issues.

A second Kevin Spacey accuser has committed suicide. Ari Behn, 47, died by suicide the same day Spacey returned to YouTube in a bizarre Christmas video.

Behn, who was previously married to Norwegian princess Martha Louise, accused Spacey, 60, of reaching under a table and grabbing his genitals twice at a Nobel Prize concert in 2007. Behn would have been around 35 at the time of the alleged incident.

"I have a little #MeToo story about Kevin Spacey," Behn said in late 2017.

"We were having a nice chat where we spoke about theater and drama... After minutes, he said 'Hey, let's go out and have a cigarette,' then he grabbed me under the table right in the balls."

The news of Behn's death comes after Spacey posted a bizarre Christmas video on YouTube.

In the video, Spacey sits by a roaring fire while wearing a holiday sweater.

Speaking in the voice of his House of Cards character, Spacey said, "You didn't really think I was going to miss the opportunity to wish you a merry Christmas, did you? It's been a pretty good year and I'm grateful to have my health back and in light of that I've made some changes in my life and I'd like to invite you to join me."

    Spacey concluded:

"The next time someone does something you don't like you can go on the attack but you can also hold your fire and do the unexpected, you can kill them with kindness.”

Behn's death marks the third passing of a person who accused Spacey of sexual assault.

Earlier this year, Linda Culkin, a nurse who accused Spacey of sexual battery against one of her patients, was hit by a car as she crossed an intersection.

Police said Culkin crossed while the light was green. The driver swerved to avoid her and hit another car head on. Both drivers were not seriously injured. Police did not file charges.

Months later, a middle-aged massage therapist who accused Spacey of sex assault when the man was a teenager died by suicide.

The man's attorney asked Spacey to give the family 90 days to grieve and to "substitute his estate," but Spacey filed a notice of death in court the next day.

Los Angeles prosecutors dropped the sexual battery case after the accuser died, and Massachusetts prosecutors also dropped the criminal case against Spacey.

On Nov. 8, 2017, former Boston news anchor Heather Unruh held a press conference in Boston, during which she tearfully accused Spacey of allegedly groping her then-18-year-old son. The incident allegedly occurred in July 2016 at the Club Carr restaurant on Nantucket Island.

The teenager said he texted his girlfriend while Spacey groped him. But Spacey's attorneys spent months trying to obtain the cell phone and copies of the text messages. A lawyer for the teen told prosecutors the phone was missing.

When Unruh turned over the cell phone to police in 2017, she admitted she deleted some of the text messages. On June 26, 2019, her son filed a lawsuit against Spacey, claiming emotional damages.

The lawsuit was dropped two weeks later "with prejudice", meaning it can't be filed again.

Since being accused of sex abuse, Spacey's movie projects have been canceled and his bookings have dried up.

The sex scandals have brought down power players like Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby, Adam Venit, Bryan Singer and Brett Ratner.

NYPD investigators questioned and released a 14-year-old suspect wanted in connection with the fatal stabbing of 18-year-old Barnard College student, Tessa Majors.

The unnamed suspect was located at a family member's residence in The Bronx, where he was hiding out until a bite mark on his hand healed.

The NY Post reports he was questioned by police and released Thursday without charges.

A 13-year-old suspect told investigators that Majors bit the 14-year-old suspect on the hand during the struggle. The 14-year-old allegedly stabbed Majors in the chest with a red handled knife. Feathers were seen floating from her down coat during the attack.

Police swabbed the suspect's mouth for DNA, but a preliminary test result was inconclusive, according to the Post.

The boy had a smirk on his face as he left his attorney's office in Harlem around 4:30 p.m. Thursday (The NY Post removed the photo of the suspect smiling).

The teenager joined a younger boy and a woman in her 30s. The woman cursed at a reporter and knocked a recording device out of his hand as they crossed 125th Street, according to the Post.

The trio climbed into a white SUV, idling at a curb in front of a water hydrant and sped off.

A third suspect, age 14, was questioned by police and released on Dec. 12.

Community leaders urged police to use caution to avoid a repeat of the 1989 Central Park 5 case. Five Black and Hispanic boys were arrested and questioned without attorneys present in the infamous Central Park jogger rape case.

An inmate later confessed to the crime, saying he acted alone.

Director Ava DuVernay was among those urging caution.

"Certainly, in the investigative steps, the department will be more cautious because of the attention that was paid to the Central Park Five — everything they do is under the microscope," she tweeted.

NY residents expressed outrage over the way the case has been handled so far.

    One Twitter user wrote:

"There is No Justice Especially for the Dead In NYC

This 14 year old THUG Ran from the Police Was caught 2 weeks later They took his DNA &Released Him

They could have held him for 5 days but didn't. Crime is up police R frustrated from all this BULL."

    Another user tweeted:

"tessa majors can be stabbed in a park in NYC - and her attackers can spend Christmas at home before being arrested and released..."

    And a third user tweeted:

"This is not cool.. everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Specially kids... cmon.. if this kid is innocent then you just ruined his life. If he is guilty then let the cops do their job. Stop letting the public judge people."

Police Chief Rodney Harrison acknowledged the public's frustration in a tweet on Thursday.

"Although he has since been released to the custody of his attorneys, the investigation remains very active. Our detectives are the best at what they do and are committed to finding justice for all parties involved."

Drake has no intentions of ending his longtime feud with fellow musician Kanye West. On Christmas Day, Drake, right, made it clear that he and Kanye, left, are no longer friends.

The two former pals once discussed releasing a joint album together, and Kanye appeared at Drake's OVO music festival several times.

But battle lines were drawn in 2018, when Drake claimed he was Kanye's ghost writer.

Kanye's collaborator, Malik Yusef, implied in an interview that the rap superstar had heard that Drake had a secret son. Then rapper Pusha T released "The Story Of Adidon," on which he revealed Drake had a secret son.

Reports suggested Kanye had given Pusha T the tip about the baby, but Kanye denied the claim.

The two superstars continued to attack each other on record and in the media.

In October 2019, Kanye revealed he had gone to great lengths to end the beef in a radio interview, stating:

"Me and Drake had this disagreement and he refused to speak to me for six months. That was so painful… You cannot be in service to God and be mad at your brother next door... I go to Drake's house with no security and just leave my number... Drake lives four blocks down the street from me."

But in his Christmas Day message, Drake made it clear he has no wish to be friends with Kanye, insisting he cannot "fix" the music producer.

"I think he kind of recruited a guy with a similar dislike for me, no matter what he says (in) interviews. He can tell whoever, 'I got love for him' or whatever, but it's not love... There's something there that bothers him deeply. Yeah, I can't fix it for him, so, it just is what it is.

"I'm not just some kid that's not a fan anymore. Now we have personal situations, and like I said, a lot of his issues with me, I can't fix them for him."

Drake also revealed he will forever bear a grudge against Pusha T for the way the rapper revealed his secret son to the world: "I have no desire to ever mend anything with that person," he said.

"I'll say this, I tip my hat to the chess move. I mean, it was a genius play in the game of chess. And definitely warranted my first quote-unquote 'loss' in the competitive sport of rapping. Some people like his music. I personally don't 'cause I don't believe any of it."

Meanwhile, Drake had the Internet buzzing on Christmas Day, when he dropped a surprise music video for his new track "War" off his upcoming album of the same title.

But hours later, he deleted the music video and re-uploaded it to his YouTube channel. Fans speculated that he removed the video to delete cameos of Marcella Zoia, the infamous "chair girl," who was arrested for throwing chairs off the balcony of a high rise hotel in Toronto, Canada.

Zoia pleaded guilty to mischief and causing danger to life and is awaiting sentencing next month. She faces six months in prison.

A celebrity photographer is suing Damon Dash, his fiancee Raquel Horn (pictured above) and his companies for $50 million over allegations of sexual battery.

Monique Bunn, who is well-known in the music industry as a celebrity photographer, filed a federal lawsuit against Dash, Horn, Damon Dash Studios and Poppington LLC.

According to the lawsuit filed by high-powered attorney Chris Brown and obtained by The Blast:

"In April 2019, Bunn was in contact with Dash and Horn. Dash wanted Bunn, an existing business associate, to meet with him and shoot new [photos] for Poppington and DDS."

Bunn was flown out to Los Angeles to meet with Dash and Horn. Upon arriving, she immediately began shooting the material under Dash's direction.

"At the conclusion of the evening Dash and others brought Bunn back to the Dash residence where Bunn was staying... She was told she would be sleeping in Dash's daughter's room, according to court documents.

Dash, 48, allegedly entered the bedroom, wearing only a robe and no underwear. He was reportedly intoxicated after "drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana all day."

Bunn claims she woke up due to "the unauthorized touching by Dash," and she was able to get Dash's hands off her breasts and buttocks. Dash asked Bunn "what are you doing?" Bunn responded and said, "I am sleeping" and "I will fight you" to Dash who then left the room.

The documents state Bunn was "angry and frustrated by Dash's offensive and unwanted touching." But she continued to stay "at the Dash residence and did not sleep that evening."

The following day, Bunn accused Dash of telling her he had a deal with WE tv to shoot a documentary-series based on the photographer's life.

"The reality of the situation is that Dash did not have a deal with WEtv associated with Bunn and only wanted to keep Bunn silent about the events of April 18, 2019."

Bunn is suing for $50 million in damages as well as the return of her personal photography equipment and hard drives. The hard drives contain photos of Mary J. Blige, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, MA$e, Quincy Jones, Teddy Riley, and others.

Dr. Boyce Watkins defended his comments, saying hip-hop artist Lizzo is popular due to the epidemic of obesity in America.

"#Lizzo popular is because there is an obesity epidemic in America. Rather than encouraging people to do better, we are simply lying to them and telling them that they are just fine the way they are... Unfortunately, Many of these people are dying from diabetes and heart disease."

The "Juice" singer clapped back, insisting her immense "talent" was behind her widespread popularity.

"I'm popular because I write good songs and I'm talented and perform high energy hour and a half shows filled with love. The only person who needs to do better is you. Keep my name out ya mouth & look in the mirror before you come for me."

She added: "Here's the attention you ordered."

Dr. Watkins responded by tweeting, "This lady is an embarrassment to the entire Black community... one butter biscuit away from a heart attack. A clown."

Some bloggers, including your auntie who are unfamiliar with Watkins, labeled Watkins a "troll" because of his apparent disrespect toward Lizzo.

Watkins defended his comments in a Youtube live video on Thursday, Dec. 26 (see below).

"Lizzo is a pretty big Black woman. I would say she is obese - morbidly obese - and she brags about it. So it's not an insult to say that she is obese," Watkins said during an interview with Dr. Claude Anderson on his YouTube Channel on Thursday.

Watkins, 48, said a majority of the people who responded to his survey said Lizzo "hurts the Black community."

He said Lizzo changed her act over time "to get more attention" from white people "and the attention started when she started fulfilling the mammy role."

Dr. Anderson, who doesn't know who Lizzo is, added that some Black people behave in a disrespectful manner in public because Blacks don't have a "code of conduct" that will stop them from letting people disparage an entire race.

Dr. Anderson compared Black people to Jewish people, who built a holocaust museum right next to the U.S. Mint in Washington, D.C. "where the money is."

Dr. Watkins also admonished former President Barack Obama in August 2019 for tweeting his Summer 2019 playlist which included Lizzo's music.

    Dr. Watkins tweeted:

"Perhaps rather than using your massive platform to tweet your playlist, you can also tweet about the fact that 45% of the black males in your hometown of Chicago do not have jobs."

    No photo

But critics say Dr. Watkins should have used his vast knowledge to educate the singer without insulting her.

Dr. Watkins is a well-respected financial scholar, political analyst, social commentator and author of many financial books.

Watkins has written books about investing, economic empowerment, and social justice. He is a frequent guest on The Wendy Williams Experience radio program, and is a frequent contributor to theGrio.com.

    She added:

"So if anyone has anything to say about me or the guy I used to be engaged to, save it. We don't care. Merry Christmas everyone"

But many believe she does care, or she would have kept her personal life private. Most celebrities overshare every aspect of their lives on social media.

Draya, 34, is best known for her role as a cast member on Basketball Wives LA. She also appeared in an episode of Real Husbands of Hollywood and she was in-demand as a LSLH model in music videos by Jay-Z, Usher, Nicki Minaj, and more.

A 14-year-old boy wanted in the stabbing death of 18-year-old college student Tessa Majors was detained early Thursday, Dec. 26.

The Barnard College student was stabbed during an attempted robbery in Morningside Park on Manhattan's upper west side on Dec. 11.

The suspect was captured after hiding out at a family member's residence in The Bronx. He was taken to the 26th Precinct before 8 a.m., according to the NY Post. He was joined there by his attorney and a parent or guardian.

A police source told The Post, the young suspect lawyered up and isn't talking.

"Since he has a lawyer, he's not going to give anything up," the police source said.

Rodney Harrison, Chief of Detectives, announced the suspect's capture on Twitter.com on Thursday.

"We have located this individual. Thank you to everyone who reached out with information. This is an active and ongoing investigation," he tweeted.

The unidentified teenager was nearly 2 weeks after he reportedly fled from a car while being driven to a police station on Dec. 16. The NYPD released photos of him and asked the public to help locate him.

The NYPD normally does not release photos or identify minor suspects. But the boy was considered dangerous and a menace to public safety.

A 13-year-old suspect, Zyairr Davis, is currently in police custody. He told investigators the 14-year-old suspect stabbed Majors with a red-handled knife "in a stabbing, poking motion" and he saw "feathers" floating up from her coat in the chest area.

A third boy, who is 14 years old, was questioned and released, police said.

Sports writers and Lakers fans claim that a replay in the final seconds of the Christmas Day NBA game between the L.A. Lakers (24-7) and their division rivals the L.A. Clippers violated the "spirit of the rule."

The Clippers (23-10) won the game 111-106 after point guard Patrick Beverley blocked a three point shot attempt by Lakers forward LeBron James late in the 4th quarter. The ball went out of bounds while the Lakers were down 3 points with three seconds left on the clock. After reviewing the replay, NBA refs confirmed the ball went off James' fingertips.

Clippers superstar Kawhi Leonard received the inbounds pass and was fouled. He made both of his free throws to seal the win.

The replay call sparked heavy criticism online, that the NBA's replay protocol needs to be changed.

"The defender strips the ball clean out of the offensive player's hands, the ball goes out of bounds, possession stays with the offense," CBS Sports argued.

CBS Sports added that, it's only natural, when an offensive player has the ball knocked out of his hands, "that the ball is going to graze his fingertips. He should still keep possession of the ball."

CBS Sports claims the out-of-bounds replay has "cost numerous teams on numerous occasions," because it puts "the play through a magnified, frame-by-frame digital interrogation."

"There's a responsibility not to compromise the entertainment value of the game in search of an impossible standard of officiating perfection."

Other reporters made similar arguments, that the game shouldn't be decided based on the offensive player's fingertips grazing the ball before it goes out-of-bounds.

"It's clearly off LeBron. He touched [the ball] last. That's not the point of this," tweeted ESPN NBA writer Royce Young, who added, the ball should automatically be off the defender who knocked it out of the offensive player's hands.

"Such absolute nonsense. We need a rule, because it's simply common sense... Beverley is the one that knocked it out. Fix this, NBA," he tweeted.

    No photo

    Photo: Jayne Kamin-Oncea/Getty Images

But James, 35, insists the game wasn't decided by that blocked shot.

"That wasn't the game right there," he said. "I mean, it's a big play and you want to try to get it right, but it wasn't where the game was lost."

The Clippers are now 2-0 over the Lakers this season. The two teams meet again on January 28.

ESPN college football reporter, Edward Aschoff died from double pneumonia, weeks after coming down with the flu. He was 34.

Aschoff died Tuesday on his birthday following a "brief illness," according to ESPN. He was known for his "compassionate" reporting on college football players.

Friends and colleagues of the young reporter said he died from pneumonia after being sickened with the flu.

Aschoff wrote an Instagram post about contracting pneumonia after covering a football game in early December. "Covering #TheGame was a lot of fun. Getting pneumonia ... not so much. But, hey, I'm a hockey player," he wrote.

    On Dec. 4, he wrote:

"Having pneumonia is pretty terrible. Like the absolute worst. But it helps having this sweet angel taking care of you even when she’s risking getting this soul-crushing illness herself. All the soup, tea and delicious meals have kept me from crawling into a corner and crying the days away. Love you, babe. Thanks for putting up with my 5 am coughing fits..."

Aschoff and his fiancee, Katy Berteau, planned to marry in April 2020.

On Dec. 5, Aschoff tweeted that he was suffering from pneumonia in multiple lobes of his lungs. He described himself as someone who "never gets sick and has a very good immune system."

"Anyone ever had multifocal (bilateral) pneumonia in their early 30s as [someone] who never gets sick and has a very good immune system? Asking for two friends ... my lungs."

Aschoff's death shocked his friends and colleagues who shared their grief on social media.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta reports the widespread flu epidemic has killed nearly 2,000 people this flu season.

A new, unusual strain of the flu can make even healthy people vulnerable to common bacteria and virus that cause pneumonia.

Socialite Kim Porter, who had three children with hip-hop mogul Sean Combs, 50, died from double pneumonia on Nov. 15, 2018 after suffering with the flu for weeks. She would have turned 49 on Dec. 15.

The CDC estimates there have been at least 3.7 million flu cases this season, 32,000 requiring hospitalization. Over 1,900 people have died, including 19 children.

Doctors urge everyone 6 months and older to get flu shots ahead of the peak flu season, which is January through February in some geographical areas. High-dose flu shots are being marketed to people over 65.

You should call your doctor or healthcare professional as soon as you begin to feel symptoms of the flu and if your symptoms persist for longer than 7 days.

    Symptoms include:

  • runny nose
  • cough
  • fever/chills
  • body aches
  • headaches
  • eye pain
  • sore throat
  • low appetite
  • fatigue (weakness)
  •

People at high risk for the flu are those with chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, asthma, heart disease, HIV, the over 65 population, or people with weak immune systems.

Adults with a fever of 102 F or higher and children with a fever of 103 F or higher should see a doctor right away.

Christmas is a holiday tradition filled with joy and laughter. But it can also be a very stressful time for many, especially women.

Studies show that half of all women in America say they feel stress or anxiety during the Christmas holidays. Increased stress puts our health at risk.

Almost half of the women manage their stress by eating and drinking to excess. This excess can lead to extra pounds gained after the holidays.

Here are 10 simple tips to eliminate stress and get you through the holidays so you can be merry and light.

    Stock photo by Getty Images

    1. Exercise

If you feel the stress of shopping, cooking and cleaning over the holidays, just stop, drop and take a little time to exercise the stress away. Exercise reduces anger, tension, fatigue and confusion by lowering your body's stress hormones such as cortisol. Exercise also releases endorphins which help to improve your mood and acts as natural painkillers.

    2. Squeeze your stress away!

Squeeze your stress away with stress balls. Stress balls work by keeping your hands busy so your mind will relax your body. If you don't have a stress ball, you can make your own stress balls from common household items.

In traditional Chinese medicine, the fleshy spot between your index finger and thumb is called the hoku spot. Apply pressure there for 30 seconds to relieve tension in your upper body.

    3. Hug your stress away!

Our arms were designed for hugging. Hugging relieves stress and anxiety by releasing a hormone in our bodies called Oxytocin. Researchers call Oxytocin the "cuddle hormone" because levels of the hormone rises when we hug. Oxytocin not only relieves stress, it also lowers blood pressure and decreases the stress hormone norepinephrine. If you're feeling a little stressed, hug it out!

    4. Light a candle

Burning essential oils or a scented candle can put us in a relaxed mood and reduce our feelings of stress. There are many varieties of candles and scents that calm and sooth our nerves and relieves stress. Aromatherapy can also improve sleep. Some of those scents include:

  • Lavender
  • Rose
  • Bergamot
  • Roman chamomile
  • Frankincense
  • Sandalwood
  • Orange or orange blossom
  • Geranium
  •

    5. Reduce your caffeine intake

We can reduce stress by watching what we eat and drink. Some food and beverages increase our anxiety because they contain stimulants. Caffeine is a stimulant that can wreak havoc in our bodies. If you're feeling jittery, anxious or your hands tremble, you're probably consuming too much caffeine and other stimulants. To improve your stress levels, avoid coffee, tea, chocolate, and energy drinks during the holidays. Try drinking water, almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk instead.

    6. Chew gum

Chewing sugarless gum is a quick and easy way to relieve stress. Studies show that people who chew gum have a greater sense of calm and well-being.

    7. Spend time with family and friends

Having a strong family support system can help you get through the stressful holidays. If you don't have family, there are many organizations where you can volunteer, such as children's hospitals, nursing homes, rescue animal shelters, etc.

    8. Laughter

They say laughter is the best medicine. Laughing helps to relieve stress by relieving tension in your muscles. Laughter also helps your immune system. A study of cancer patients found that patients who laughed experienced more stress relief than those patients who were simply distracted. If you're feeling stressed over the holidays, watch the comedy film Coming To America or a funny TV show. Or hang out with family and friends who make you laugh. Laughing is good for the heart too. No one ever actually dies laughing.

    9. Learn to Say No

You're probably the responsible family member who saves your money - and everyone knows it - so they come to you for money to buy Christmas gifts or pay their credit card bills. Juggling other people's problems is very stressful and unfair to you. The next time a family member or friend asks you for a "loan," just say "no." Saying "no" helps to relieve your stress in the long run.

    10. Stop procrastinating!

Procrastinating increases your stress levels by forcing you to scramble to catch up to pay that late bill, which causes stress. Stop procrastinating. Take control of your life by planning ahead and setting goals. Stay on top of your priorities. Buy yourself a notepad or a dry eraser board and keep track of your bills, doctor's appointments, yearly mammograms (if you're over 40), etc. Give yourself easy tasks to do. Make a to-do list and then go down the list and check things off as you complete them. Always give yourself time to complete the to-do list.

    Merry Christmas!

Drake, who popularized hip-hop's Emo rapper subgenre, dropped his new single "War" on Christmas Eve.

On the track, Drake, right, addresses his rumored feud with Canadian R&B singer the Weeknd, saying "We just had to fix things."

Drake, who many say launched the Weeknd's career, reportedly fell out with the singer after he dropped his single "Lost in the Fire" that seemed to referenced Drake's son, Adonis, whom Drake denied for months.

Drake eventually claimed the 14-month-old boy in a song off his Scorpion album, which was released in June 2019.

In his song "War," Drake mentions all the people he wants to "fix things" with, including "the boy that sound like he sang on Thriller/You know that's been my n____, yeah/We just had to fix things, family, 6 tings/ We can't split up."

    Drake continues:

"Anyone I'm beefin' with is a no name/N____ can't even win home games/They just gotta fall in line like Soul Train."

Drake's fans criticized the rapper for switching his familiar sing-song rhyme style to a staccato rap flow. One YouTube user wrote: "Damn Drake's a UK Drill rapper now?"

2019 has not been a good year for Drake. As a result, the Toronto native has landed on a few "Rappers who fell off in 2019" lists.

British singer Jahna Sebastian lashed out at Alicia Keys in a lengthy Instagram post on Monday. Jahna, who shares 9-year-old daughter Nicole Dean with Alicia's husband, Swizz Beatz, checked Alicia for "forcing" Nicole to call her "Umi," which means "Mother" in Arabic.

    No photo

Jahna also bashed Alicia for allowing Nicole to have her own iPhone - which Jahna believes is inappropriate for a minor child. She said Alicia overstepped her boundaries as a stepparent by registering the minor child on the social media app TikTok.

Jahna noted that only the biological parent - not the stepparent - can register social media accounts for minor children.

"I am speaking up now. There are women in the same position," Jahna wrote. "Women in general have been constantly told throughout history to not say anything, when there have been issues. This is the time for the truth."

    She continued:

"This is the rule in my family. I am the only Mother to my child. I am the One raising her, who gave her life, British Citizenship, knowledge, and everything else. I am not only the biological mother, I am THE MOTHER.

"This will remain forever. I am the one who feeds her, is raising her, who came out through the hard times with her and for her, taught her to be a great human being and everything about life. I am the Only Mother to my daughter. No one else will be called any kind of 'mom' name in English, Arabic, not an 'Umi' or anything else in other language by her."

But rather than sympathize with a mom who thinks her only child is being manipulated by a wealthy celebrity, Alicia's fans dragged Jahna for filth.

    One Instagram user wrote:

"Do not post about Alicia Keys and not expect the fans to blow you up. Your music sucks and so does your makeup. I'd be bitter too if I was you."

Rapper DaBaby was arrested on weapons and drug charges following his sold out concert in Charlotte, North Carolina on Monday, Dec. 23.

The "Suge" rapper, real name Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, was detained for carrying a concealed weapon and being in possession of a small amount of marijuana, according to local TV station WSOC-TV.

Taking to his Instagram Stories following his release from custody, the rap star hit back at authorities for targeting him whenever he plays in the area, writing: "Dirty a*s police department try to take me to jail every time I got a show in the city."

The news of his arrest came days after DaBaby was forced to deny his nudes leaked on Twitter.com. The racy video clip showed a man exposing himself while rapping along to DaBaby's music.

But the man in the video was not the same guy - alleged to be DaBaby - in another racy video being shopped around to the blogs.

The person sent a screenshot from the video to prove its authenticity. When I asked for more proof, the individual sent a short 5-second video clip (for research purposes).

Your auntie informed the individual that Sandrarose.com is a family-friendly blog. Subsequently, all communications, videos, images, etc., pertaining to that discussion were deleted.

Your auntie was impressed enough to make DaBaby your Morning Wood on Friday, but some of you ladies are very hard to please.

When Black Twitter exploded in reaction to "DaBaby's sex tape," I assumed it was the same video.

I clicked the link (like most of you), but I immediately realized it wasn't the same guy in both videos.

DaBaby himself confirmed the eggplant wasn't his. The Internet later identified the guy as sex worker @Jrippher.

Lizzo checked a scholar and author who disrespected her by claiming she is only popular because there is an obesity epidemic in America.

The 31-year-old singer/rapper, real name Melissa Viviane Jefferson, is one of 2019's biggest stars. She topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart with her 2017 release Truth Hurts and she bagged an impressive eight Grammy nominations - more than any other artist.

Lizzo was honored as Time's Entertainer of the Year, and she was the guest performer on Saturday Night Live when Eddie Murphy made his triumphant return to SNL on Dec. 21.

However, on Friday, Dec. 20, one Twitter user, social commentator Dr. Boyce Watkins, attempted to shame the entertainer, claiming her weight and America's obesity epidemic were behind her extraordinary success.

"#Lizzo popular is because there is an obesity epidemic in America. Rather than encouraging people to do better, we are simply lying to them and telling them that they are just fine the way they are," Watkins wrote. "Unfortunately, Many of these people are dying from diabetes and heart disease."

Refusing to let the negativity slide, the "Juice" singer clapped back, insisting her immense "talent" was behind her widespread popularity.

"I'm popular because I write good songs and I'm talented and perform high energy hour and a half shows filled with love," Lizzo fired back. "The only person who needs to do better is you. Keep my name out ya mouth & look in the mirror before you come for me."

She added: "Here's the attention you ordered."
