Deon Cole would like the opportunity to explain the effeminate Gucci outfit he wore to the 51st Annual NAACP Image Awards this past weekend.

Cole was ridiculed and insulted in every way possible after he wore a blue crushed velvet suit with bell bottom pants to the awards show.

The visual was too much for some women to handle. The men took Cole’s attire personally – as if his attire was an affront to their manhood.

Cole has been receiving death threats on social media.

Cole took to Instagram on Monday to explain that he will address the controversy on Tuesday, Feb. 25.

Cole, 48, is an actor, comedian best known for his role on the TV sitcom Black-ish.

Questions: What do you think he will say? How can he explain this to your satisfaction? Are you ready to concede another masculine Black man to the other side?
