By now you’ve seen the horrifying viral video that shows a young Black male bashing a Black woman in her face with a skateboard, knocking her out.
After laying her out, the guy strutted away, while his boys encouraged him.
Don’t expect the news media to cover this story. It’s just a Black man treating a Black woman like her life doesn’t matter.
The video is dark and blurry. But the Internet believe they found the guy. I won’t name him. According to web sleuths, the guy is an up-and-coming rapper and a youth counselor (!).
IG bloggers say he savagely hit the woman with his skateboard because she rejected his advances.
I had a long speech written about the lack of protests decrying violence against Black women. But I deleted it.
Not one Black blog or media outlet wrote a post about this video. Not one. And that’s a shame.
