Ryan Cameron returned to middays on Majic 107.5/97.5 on Monday, Aug. 3, months after heart valve surgery.

Cameron returned to host “Ryan Cameron Uncensored” middays from 2-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Cameron, 54, suffered complications from sepsis, a potentially life-threatening blood infection that damaged a valve in his heart and his kidneys, requiring dialysis to clear toxins from his blood.

“I learned how sepsis attacks your body,” he said on air in early June. “You realize that there’s only a 50% survival rate, and you are on the right side of the survival rate. It puts you in the right perspective.”

Rashan Ali, former co-host of “Sister Circle,” subbed for Cameron while he recovered from surgery and dialysis. Cameron gave Ali her first radio job on his morning show on Hot 107.9 in the ’90s.

Fans reacted to Cameron’s return on Twitter.com Monday.

“That feeling you get when you hear @ryancameron on the radio again…best feeling EVER! We’ve missed you Ryan!” tweeted @creativelyash.

@Memme4life tweeted, “Thank God for the power in prayer and healing!”

And @TeamFIT365 wrote: “So happy to hear my brother @ryancameron voice back on the radio!”
