Judge Nancy Margaret Russo noted that Broner failed to meet any of the deadlines she imposed for him to hand over evidence showing he was not able to pay the $800,000 judgment he owes the female victim in an assault case.

In December, the judge ordered Broner to pay $830,000 to a woman who filed a civil lawsuit against him after he allegedly assaulted her in a Cleveland nightclub in 2018.

During a hearing before Judge Russo on Oct. 5, Broner, 31, swore he was broke and only had $13 to his name.

But on Saturday, Broner posted a video on his Instagram feed that showed him flashing large amounts of cash, according to Cleveland.com.
