Minnesota child protection officials are investigating Timberwolves guard Malik Beasley for pointing a rifle in the “general direction” of his 19-month-old son.

CPS officials placed an order of protection on the son of Beasley and his wife Montana Yao, an Instagram model, after massive quantities of marijuana and loaded weapons were found in the couple’s Plymouth home.

Charges were filed last week against Beasley for pointing a rifle at a couple and their teenage daughter who pulled into their driveway after they mistook Beasley’s rented mansion as part of the annual Parade of Homes tour on Sept. 26.

Yao is charged with a felony drug count, according to the StarTribune.

Beasley and Yao, both 23, agreed not to use drugs and to keep their guns in a safe in the home. But random drug tests administered two weeks later turned up marijuana and amphetamines in Beasley’s system and a sedative in Yao’s urine.
