Firm’s Execs Believe Bin Laden’s Body Not Buried At Sea; Body Flown to U.S.

According to emails revealed by Wikileaks today, the U.S. Marines did not bury Al Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden at sea following his execution in a Pakistan raid by Navy seals on May 2, 2011.
Instead, the classified emails reveal that bin Laden’s body was “bound for Dover, [Delaware] on [a] CIA plane” and then “onward to the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Bethesda [Maryland]…”
That account makes more sense than the original version that was fed to the world by the Obama administration — that Bin Laden’s bullet-riddled body was washed, wrapped and buried at sea in accordance with Muslim tradition.
The emails were leaked from the U.S. intelligence firm Stratfor, which is sometimes referred to as the “shadow CIA” by some in the media.
Obama Compares Himself to Ghandhi, Nelson Mandela

Narcissists think very highly of themselves, but President Barack Obama is not your average run-of-the-mill narcissist. Speaking at a fundraiser in NYC today, President Obama extolled his own virtues (since no one else will do it). He praised himself for doing more for his country than any other president in the past decade.
Stopping just short of comparing himself to Jesus (as John Lennon once famously did), Obama likened his humanitarian efforts to those of Ghandi and Nelson Mandela.
“The civil rights movement was hard. Winning the vote for women was hard. Making sure that workers had some basic protections was hard,” said President Obama, explaining what happened to that change he promised Americans.
“Around the world, Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, what they did was hard. It takes time. It takes more than a single term. It takes more than a single president. It takes more than a single individual,” Obama said.
That’s funny. That’s exactly what I said: that a single individual — namely, Barack Obama, couldn’t do all the things he was promising that he would do if he was elected. But you voted him into office anyway.
“What it takes is ordinary citizens who keep believe, who are committed to fighting and pushing and inching this country closer and closer to our highest ideals. And I said in 2008, ‘that I am not a perfect man and I will not be a perfect president.’ But I promised you, but I promised you, I promised you back then that I would always tell you what I believe. I would always tell you where I stood,” he also said at a fundraiser in NYC.

R.I.P. Andrew Breitbart

TMZ.com reports that Andrew Bretbart has died at age 43, of a possible heart attack.
TMZ reports that Breitbart collapsed and died early this morning, just after midnight.
If you recall, Breitbart is the right wing blogger who broke the Shirley Sherrod video scandal in 2010.
The Obama administration caught flack for forcing Mrs. Sherrod to resign from the USDA after Breitbart edited a video to show her as a biased racist.
Brietbart’s popular website Breitbart.com, was also responsible for breaking the Anthony Weiner penis pic scandal last year. And Breitbart.com published a series of videos exposing President Obama’s community organization group ACORN.
Andrew is survived by his wife and 4 children.
Breitbart’s father-in-law told reporters Andrew was walking near his Brentwood home around midnight when he collapsed.
The father-in-law says someone saw Andrew collapse and called paramedics … who raced to the scene and tried to revive him. Breitbart was transported to UCLA Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
According to reports, Breitbart suffered from heart problems last year.
“Viola Davis Wears Her Hair Natural at the Oscars”
^^^ That was the headline on People.com last night during the telecast of the 84th Annual Oscar Awards last night.
I was shocked and taken aback when I read that gratuitous headline.
The article went on to mention how “completely comfortable” Viola Davis looked wearing her own “rich reddish crop” of hair offset by the “emerald-hued Vera Wang dress and glamorous green earrings.” How shameful and embarrassing is it that in 2012 — with a black president occupying the White House — we as a human race make headlines for being “comfortable” wearing our own hair?
Offsetting her rich reddish crop with an emerald-hued Vera Wang gown and glamorous green earrings, Davis looked completely comfortable — and totally stunning — as she walked down the carpet to take her seat in the theater as a best actress nominee for The Help. Says the star of changing up her style, “It gives me flavor. It makes me feel like I’m spicing up my life a bit.”
Wow. She’s spicing her life up by wearing her natural hair? We should all bow our heads in disgrace at how far we’ve come.

Obama’s $25B Bank Deal May Result in Banks Seizing Homes

President Obama gave homeowners some hope when he announced a one year moratorium on home foreclosures while he negotiated with the greedy bankers late last year.
But yesterdays announcement of a new $25 billion dollar settlement with the banks over fraudulent home foreclosures may result in homeowners losing their homes immediately.
Come on, did you really think President Obama was going to bail out homeowners the way he bailed out the bankers?
According to Bloomberg.com, the new settlement will result in an increase in home seizures that will inflict “short-term pain on delinquent U.S. borrowers while making a long-term housing recovery more likely.”
“With yesterday’s agreement,” Bloomberg notes, “banks are likely to resume property seizures.”
Trump endorses Romney; Says he will ‘save this country we all love’

As predicted by media talking heads, business mogul Donald Trump has endorsed Republican candidate Mitt Romney for president.
In announcing his decision Thursday at a packed news conference, Trump said Romney is “not going to allow bad things to continue to happen to this country we all love.”
Romney said he was honored to receive Trump’s endorsement, but he is more concerned with winning the endorsement of Nevada voters in the presidential caucuses Saturday.
Romney, who famously said he didn’t care about the poor, is not concerned with repairing his image as a racist elitist.
Romney told CNN, “I’m concerned about the very heart of America, the 90 to 95 percent of Americans who right now are struggling.” He added: “I’ll continue to take that message across the nation.”
Unless President Obama can pull a Herman Cain sized rabbit out of his hat, Romney will roundly defeat him in the upcoming Presidential election in November.

Rapper Angry at Mitt Romney for Using His Song

According to the Huffington Post, Rapper K’Naan is angry with Republican presidential frontrunner Mitt Romney for using his song “Wavin’ Flag” during his Florida primary victory speech on Tuesday.
In a statement Wednesday, K’naan says Romney’s campaign didn’t seek approval to use the song and that he would not have granted permission if it had.
The Somali-born, Canadian-based rapper says he would happily grant President Barack Obama’s campaign the use of the song.
But Romney’s camp defends the usage of the song under a blanket copyright license that covers songs performed by candidates or played over public address systems.
It seems odd that K’naan — also known as the Dusty Foot Philosopher — offered his song free of charge to the Obama administration. I wouldn’t be surprised if Obama didn’t have a hand in this. I never heard of K’naan or “Wavin’ Flag” until today. K’naan should be grateful that Romney gave his song free pub.
Listen to the song after the break.
