Beyonce Knowles-Carter smothers Blue Ivy with love

First-time proud parents Beyonce and Jay-Z took their newborn daughter Blue Ivy Carter out on her first walk in the Big Apple today. Jay Z, right, and another man stood guard as Beyonce carried baby BIC out of a restaurant and into her custom van. Blue Ivy was tightly bound and nearly smothered in a dark blanket. In keeping with the blue theme of BIC’s over-the-top birth, Beyonce wore blue outerwear over black leggings, a skull cap and black shades. The family was seen leaving Sant Ambroeus Restaurant in the West Village after having lunch.

Jay Z and Beyonce courtside at the Nets vs Knicks game

Aging rapper Jay Z and his wife, Beyonce, left their newborn, Blue Ivy, at home to watch the NY Knicks get blown out by the NJ Nets in Madison Square Garden tonight. It was the first public appearance together for the couple.

The couple’s outing was strategically timed to coincide with the release of Rihanna’s much-anticipated “Birthday Cake” remix featuring troubled singer Chris Brown. Coincidence?

SNL makes fun of Beyonce, Jay Z and Blue Ivy in comedy skit

Over the weekend ‘Saturday Night Live‘ aired an unfunny skit featuring SNL’s Maya Rudolph as Beyonce, and singer Justin Timberlake as musician Bon Iver. In the skit, Beyonce and Jay Z are visited by their quirky celebrity friends, such as Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift, who stop by to see their daughter — or son — Blue Ivy.

Jay and Beyonce recording new albums (don’t they have a newborn at home?)

Page Six reports that Cabaret singer Beyonce is already in the studio recording a new album. Apparently, she has given Blue Ivy to the help to raise while she and her egotistical husband Jay Z continue their pursuit of the spotlight.

We’re not surprised. According to our source at the hospital where Blue Ivy was born to a surrogate in January, “mother-infant bonding did not occur in the hours following the birth.” Nurses are trained to look for signs of maternal failure to bond. They are instructed to summon the hospital social worker if there are signs that a mother is not bonding properly with her newborn.

We have all seen new mommies caress their precious newborns close to their chests. But this is how Beyonce held Blue Ivy on her born day — in the crook of her arm, like she didn’t know the kid. I’ve seen others hold babies that way, such as volunteer baby cuddlers in newborn nurseries.

Please pray for the baby: she has narcissists for parents.

Beyonce and Jay Z Introduce Blue Ivy to the World

Beyonce and Jay Z released pics of their daughter Blue Ivy via his blog, Life + Times, today. It was always assumed they would take this route if they couldn’t get any high bids for the exclusive pictures.

Tina Knowles: ‘Blue Ivy doesn’t look like Beyonce or Jay Z’

It can’t be good when a grandmother doesn’t recognize her daughter’s features in her own granddaughter. Tina Knowles spoke with PEOPLE magazine during the Runway to Win Fundraising reception for President Barack Obama last night.

When asked about her granddaughter, Knowles began by cryptically saying, “She’s doing great.”

Well, we would hope the baby is doing great — unless she has some type of hereditary illness that we don’t know about.

Knowles clarified by saying “She’s beautiful.” Then when she was asked pointedly who the baby resembled the most, Tina said: “She’s only a month old. So we have to give her a minute.”

Let’s pause here to reflect on her answer… what grandmother doesn’t recognize her own daughter’s features in her grandbaby? Unless the baby isn’t Beyonce’s — which we already figured.

Most grandmothers would say the baby has her daughter’s eyes, or her son-in-law’s lips, or something.

You mean to tell me Tina doesn’t recognize any resemblance at all in the baby’s features after an entire month?

fanMAIL: ‘Let Beyonce and Jay Z be happy’

Reader Yves Ganthier writes from France:

Dear Sandra,

Why can you not let people just be happy? You seem only to portray this particular couple in a negative light. Now, you say the woman has had a “breast augmentation” on top of a faux pregnancy. Then, you assert that the counterpart stiffs the poor of giving back while downplaying the performance at Carnegie Hall.

In the same article you sourced, it says that the show’s ticket sales have accumulated over one million dollars in USD, which will be dedicated to his foundation. Did you mention that? No.

You often complain about them always being in the spotlight but can you explain what exactly you’re doing? Keeping them in the media, thus contradicting yourself. Everything they do, you seem to have a problem with, despite the couple drawing away from the media for a month to focus on family. An eventful night turned into a ‘stunt’ of some sort.

If it were not for being surrounded by amazing, loving and intelligent people of African descent everyday of my life, I would assume that they are all as bitter and hateful as you.

I beg of you to find happiness and humanity.

AmitiƩs,
Yves Ganthier
