This popular R&B singer’s record label is just about at the end of their rope with their superstar who has blown through her album budget and repeatedly delayed the delivery of her album due to personal issues.
The label’s execs have been overhead telling friends that the singer blew through her album’s budget — which she received in 2010 — and she has yet to deliver a completed album on time. “We gave her a [recording] budget and she spent all the money, and now she’s doing a reality show,” said one label exec who begged to remain anonymous.
The recording exec speculated that the singer has put the project on the back burner because it is the final album in her 5 album contract with the label.

And the story of how she lost the “baby weight.” And the photos of her “new” body (with no stretch marks!) achieved with grueling workouts and healthy eating. And more stories about how amazingly fast she got back into shape and got back to work. What an incredible woman! Hey, there’s serious money to be made off of this baby, and you can be sure that Floppy will ‘milk’ it for all it’s worth.”

Not So Blind Item
The BET Hip Hop Awards took over Atlanta this past weekend, which means industry insiders were out in full force attending parties, getting drunk and spilling the teas. A working blogger could overhear a wealth of information, and gossip, especially when the loose lips don’t realize that a blogger is in the room.
One such conversation overheard at Frank Ski’s Restaurant and Lounge on Saturday piqued our interest. It seems that a certain national retail boutique chain, headquartered in California, has been hit repeatedly by boosters, aka shoplifters, over the years. And after having lost millions in merchandise to these self employed, five finger entrepreneurs, the store has beefed up its loss prevention staff.
One such staff member, a security specialist, told someone within earshot of us that they use a training video to educate their security personnel about the ways and methods of shoplifters.
Guess who’s all up in the training video boosting merchandise from the store on several different occasions?

While speaking with a well-connected industry source over the weekend we were surprised to hear that a certain singer is single again after being dumped by her NBA player boyfriend.
According to my very credible source (who knows the singer personally), the baller broke it off with the singer and went back to his baby mother recently.
Bow Wow’s Mom Responds to the NY Post’s Blind Item
Bow Wow’s mom, Teresa Caldwell, whose clothing boutique was shuttered last year for non-payment of state taxes, took to her Twitter page this morning to respond to today’s NY Post Blind Item:
That article was in the NY post & had nothing to do with Bow. Y’all know that I will never sit back & let Bow not take care of his daughter. I will never sit back & allow my son not to take care of his responsibility & if he couldn’t I would work my butt [off] to make sure she was [straight]
