Celebrity stylist Tameka Foster-Raymond's legal team filed a motion for a new trial today in Fulton County court, according to my confidential source who obtained the court documents.

The court documents contain pretty damaging evidence that may (or may not) prove corruption at the state judicial level. Foster's legal team has uncovered evidence that shows Usher Raymond's attorney John Mayoue did more than just help Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane Lane raise funds for her campaign re-election.

Last week, Foster-Raymond lost primary custody of her two sons, ages 4 and 3, to her ex-husband, Usher Raymond. Foster-Raymond is seeking a new trial on the grounds that Usher's legal team may have had an unfair advantage over hers.

The motion filed by Foster-Raymond today officially stays the judge's order. Which means Tameka retains primary custody of the children until the motion is allowed or dismissed.

Thanks to Saptosa Foster, of The 135th Street Agency, for my personal invite to attend last night's Premiere Watch Party in Atlanta for HGTV's "Property Virgins" featuring Egypt Sherrod.

Last night, television and radio personality Egypt Sherrod celebrated the Season 9 premiere of her HGTV show "Property Virgins" with friends and family at Atlanta's plush Atlantic high-rise building in Atlantic Station.

Guests -- which included Bobbcat Films' Roger Bobb, tv producer Shante Paige, Sandye Lomax (Beauty Fetish); Egypt's husband, DJ Fadelf (pictured above with Egypt); the "Property Virgins" production crew Cineflix, and a host of local journalists -- munched on hors d' oeuvres as they watched the popular real estate show.

Mayor Kasim Reed's special events director has resigned less than a week after her arrest on DUI and reckless driving charges, The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports.

Stacii Jae Johnson, 41, was arrested late Thursday by an Atlanta police officer who saw her driving her white Porsche at 82 mph in a 55 mph zone on I-85 near the I-75 split.

Johnson was reportedly uncooperative and refused a field sobriety test, according to a police report obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

She was responsible for a small staff of about six people in the mayor's office of special events. The office processed permits for outdoor music festivals and locations for movie shoots, according to The AJC.

There's no word on whether the mayor is taking applications for a new special events director.

There are more indications that murder suspect George Zimmerman is running out of cash. The NY Post's Page Six reports that ABC talk Diva Barbara Walters walked away from an interview with Zimmerman after he demanded at the last minute that, in return for the chat, ABC put him and his wife up in a Florida hotel for a month.

Walters, who flew to Florida on Wednesday to meet with Zimmerman, was reportedly "appalled" at Zimmerman's demand for a month of luxury accommodations.

Earlier today, Zimmerman launched his own website in an effort to wrest control of thousands of dollars in public donations away from his attorneys.

The biggest news at Thursday's NBA draft -- besides the 1st and 2nd picks emerging from Kentucky -- was the drama involving current Golden State Warriors' head coach Mark Jackson.

According to The Smoking Gun Jackson was the target of an extortion plot by a stripper with whom Jackson carried on an extramarital affair.

The extortion attempt culminated this week with the arrests of the stripper, Alexis Adams, and her alleged co-conspirator, ex-convict Marcus Shaw.

Adams and Shaw are accused of trying to extort a six-figure payment from Jackson in return for not "disseminating/selling graphic photos of Jackson to the 'vultures of the media.'"
