LeBron James and Savannah Settle for ‘Modest’ Coconut Grove Home
Miami Heat superstar LeBron James and his common law wife, Savannah Brinson, have settled for a ‘modest’ Coconut Grove mansion, not the gargantuan $50 million spread that a certain blogger lied about.
According to a Coconut Grove real estate agent, LeBron and Savannah have decided to purchase a $7 million, 4 bedroom, 5 bath mansion in quiet, secluded Devon Court, a private enclave of 15 homes just south of Miami.
The home boasts a soaring 3-story foyer, an elevator, and his and hers showers in the master bathroom.
In the massive hands of basketball phenom and Miami Heat frosh LeBron James: a contract to plunk down some cash on a villa in Coconut Grove, Fla. Despite the fact that it had been off the market, James first showed interest in the 10,000-square-foot-property in Devon Court, a private enclave of 15 homes, in August. It’s not exactly what one would expect form someone who just scored $110M contract, but it’s comfy enough: four bedrooms, five baths, a gourmet kitchen, exotic wood and stone finishes, an elevator, and high-tech touch-screen gadgetry that adjusts lights, TVs, and radios from afar. What James will pay is unknown at this point; however, the house has previously sold for $7.65M. Stay tuned for updates: “It’s not officially done (the deed transfer) just yet, but he has a definite interest in it,” according to Miami Realtor Peggy Brin.

Something Went Wrong Inside Katherine Jackson’s Group Home For Boys
If you’ve been following the latest chapter in the Jackson family saga, then you know that the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) has been conducting an investigation into an incident that occurred at the Jackson family compound in Encino, California.
According to TMZ, DFCS were called to the home on Monday (Mar. 1) after private security on the property said they heard a strange noise coming from the 2nd floor of the house. After an investigating, they determined that Jermaine’s 13-year-old son Jaafar tried to shock Michael Jackson’s youngest boy, Blanket, with a stun gun that he purchased over the Internet using a Visa gift card that he bought at a supermarket.
According to TMZ, the late Michael Jackson’s older brother Jermaine Jackson filed for divorce from Alejandra Jackson in 2004. The couple fought bitterly over custody of the children. It was decided that their two children Jaafar, 13, and Jermajesty, 11, would live at the compound with Katherine and their mother. Alejandra contends Jermaine asked for this odd living arrangement because he did not want to pay child support.
At some point Alejandra moved out of the house leaving the two boys to be raised by Katherine, along with Alejandra’s other two kids she had with Michael and Jermaine’s younger brother, Randy.
In addition to the four boys, there’s another kid named Dante whom Jermaine adopted, and Michael’s 3 kids, Paris, Blanket and Michael II. That’s 8 precocious kids living with an elderly woman in a rambling 12 bedroom, 25 bathroom home.
Something was bound to happen.
Katherine denied any of the children were in danger, but DCFS has been out to the home 3 times in as many days to interview the children and the adults separately about the stun gun incident.
Boys will be boys, but in this case, boys need adult supervision and it’s clear that they are not getting that in the Jackson home. Furthermore, Katherine Jackson is too old to run behind those kids. So who is watching them? And where was Jacko’s longtime nanny, Grace?
It’s Moving Day For Elin Nordegren-Woods
Last week was moving day for disgraced serial cheater Tiger Woods whose wife, Elin Nordegren, threw his things out on the lawn and told him to come get them after discovering he slept with 14, and maybe as many as 16 skanks.
Woods sent a moving truck to collect his things and he is reportedly living on a multi-million dollar floating mansion, his yacht “Privacy” in Palm Beach, Fla.
Meanwhile, paparazzi on location outside Woods’ former residence in the gated Islewood subdivision in Windermere, Fla. say moving trucks were spotted outside the $2.6 million mansion yesterday. Elin’s friends say she’s packing up to move back to her native Sweden where she recently purchased a $2.15 million six bedroom spread for herself and her two kids, Sam, 2, and Charlie, 10 mos.
Elin, 29, has been seen out & about in Windermere in recent days without her wedding ring on. Elin told OK! magazine the children were “doing just fine.”
A neighbor also told OK! that the children “looked happy and healthy. It seemed like they had no idea there was any sort of problem.”
The transition from pampered sports star wife to single mother will be an easy one with that $300 million lump sum Elin is expected to collect from an uncontested prenup agreement she signed before marrying Woods in 2004.
Elin is very wise to keep it moving and not look back. And while all children need their father, a wife can only take so much public ridicule and humiliation. Clearly Tiger Woods, who has serious emotional and substance abuse problems, wasn’t thinking about his kids when he was sowing his seed all over the world.

One thing you have to admire about Tiger Woods’ soon to be ex-wife Elin Nordegren-Woods is her gutsy self-respect and pride. Here is a woman who chose not to hide under a rock like her world famous serial cheater husband is currently doing.
Woods is reportedly living aboard his multi-million dollar yacht “Privacy” while dozens of women come forward with their claims of intimate affairs with the golf superstar. As a result, Woods has lost his biggest endorsement contracts, including Gillette and technological services giant Accenture. NIKE still stands by their man, but they also stood by Kobe when his one transgression became public.
In the meantime, Woods’ estranged wife Elin is out & about, handling her business — and look, she’s not wearing her wedding ring. Why should she? She’s not the one who cheated openly, wantonly and without a care with dozens of loose men while her husband and children waited at home.
Elin reportedly purchased a $1.5 million six-bedroom home in her native Sweden, sparking reports that she’s leaving the country with her children. She’s also set to rake in more than $300 million from a pre-nup agreement she signed before marrying Woods in 2004.

It’s Moving Day For Tiger Woods; And Dwight Howard Says, “What Lawsuit?”
TMZ paparazzi snapped this pic of a moving truck in the driveway of Tiger Woods’ $2.6 million Islewood mansion in Florida today. It seems the rumors of Tiger’s wife Elin leaving him were a bit premature. In fact, it is Tiger whose stuff is being put out on the lawn.
A truck pulled up to Tiger Woods’ home an hour ago in Windermere, Florida and removed 5 big boxes from the house.
The truck driver went inside and removed 5 or 6 moving boxes from the house, put them in the back of the truck and left. We got a pic of the truck as it sat in the driveway.
A security team watched as the boxes were removed, and then flanked the truck as it left the property.
No word on who’s stuff is being moved, but Elin Nordegren and the kids have been living there since the incident two weeks ago. Tiger has been nowhere in sight. Read More…
And while we’re on the subject of baby daddies with 7 figure salaries, the Orlando Sentinel has a interview with NBA star Dwight Howard who is supposedly suing his baby mama for $9.2 mil. Howard says, “What lawsuit?”
Howard said he didn’t know of any suit filed in Orange County, Ca., as reported by TMZ.com.
“This is on TMZ?” Howard asked. “I haven’t seen it. I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
According to the report, Reed has been bad-mouthing Howard on an internet site, saying, among other things, that he hasn’t seen his son Braylon, 2, in two months.
“That’s not right at all. I just saw my son in Altanta two weeks ago (on Thanskgiving),” Howard said. “You know I see my son.”

Rihanna and her lover Melissa took a stroll hand-in-hand in Paris last night causing quite a scene wherever they went! I heard that Rihanna bought the $10 million mansion in L.A. as a gift for Melissa. Wasn’t that sweet of her? I think it’s great that Rihanna is finally acknowledging her true love to the public. Melissa stayed by her side through thick and thin and now Rihanna is returning the love!
