Sean Kingston served with lawsuit for attacking woman

Can anyone see teddy bear Sean Kingston attacking a woman?
According to Radar Online:
Beautiful Girls singer Sean Kingston has been served with a civil summons and complaint in connection with a lawsuit to be filed alleging he was involved in the gang attack of a woman, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. Kingston, a friend and touring mate of Justin Bieber, was served Friday night with the legal docs, linked to an incident that allegedly occurred after a concert in 2010 in which Kingston opened for the Baby singer. The California private investigator who served the 22-year-old singer (and one of his bodyguards) as they arrived in Los Angeles on a flight from Miami, told RadarOnline.com he was at the airport on official business, and had no other comment.
Maybe Sean can sell off some of his gaudy jewelry to pay his attorney’s fees.
Phaedra Parks Lawyers Up; Embattled Celebrity Attorney Retains 2 Powerhouse Criminal Attorneys

According to a well-connected source, local attorney Phaedra Parks has lawyered up, one day after a VIBE magazine ran an exclusive exposing Phaedra’s alleged criminal history.
According to my source, Phaedra has retained the services of B.J. Bernstein and Lin Wood, two of the top defense attorneys in Atlanta.
Both attorneys are considered among the best in their fields. Most of you are familiar with Bernstein, who filed a sexual misconduct suit against embattled Pastor Bishop Eddie Long in 2010. Wood is currently representing disgraced former presidential candidate Herman Cain, who is now a radio host on WSB in Atlanta.
According to my source, Phaedra, who is a cast member on ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ must think she’s in hot water if she hired both Bernstein and Wood, who don’t come cheap!
She could have just as easily hired B.J. Bernstein by herself, said my source, but Phaedra obviously thinks her situation is dire if she hired two of the top criminal attorneys in the country.
‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Star Phaedra Parks Exposed in New Tell-All Book

Yesterday the Internet was buzzing about a new scandal involving “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member Phaedra Parks and her husband Apollo Nida.
According to Angela Stanton, a former friend of Phaedra’s, the local attorney once ran a profitable car theft ring. I should pause here to inform you that Stanton has written a book detailing Phaedra’s alleged involvement in the car theft ring.
The book is titled Lies of a Real House Wife: Tell The Truth and Shame The Devil. In the book, and in an exclusive interview with VIBE, Stanton discusses her relationship with Phaedra, Apollo, and Apollos’s brother Everett.
All 4 were involved in the prolific car theft ring, according to Stanton. The operation — led by Phaedra — stole expensive luxury vehicles by simply driving them off car lots at night. They later trading the vehicles for cars of lesser value which they then sold for cash.
Chris Rock Attacks Camerawoman Over Tea Party Question

A New York Times bestselling author and his television crew were attacked by comedian Chris Rock who was upset over a tea party question.
Jason Mattera, author of the book Hollywood Hypocrites: The Devastating Truth About Obama’s Biggest Backers, was pounced on by Rock, 47, who grabbed an expensive video camera — from a camerawoman — and hurled it 50 feet, according to Breitbart.com.
“I was stunned,” said Mr. Mattera in an exclusive interview with Big Hollywood. “Tea Party members get called the worst things imaginable and still remain peaceful. But ask a big Hollywood celebrity to explain himself and the guy goes ballistic, wrestles the camera away from my camerawoman, chucks it 50 feet, and then challenges me to a fight. It’s unreal. And it perfectly illustrates why I decided to investigate and writeHollywood Hypocrites.”
The incident occurred around 2:00 a.m. on January 23, 2012, at Spike Lee’s Sundance Film Festival after party at Tao night club. No police charges were filed.
Sports: Jeremy Lin and immature J.R. Smith sink the NY Knicks

“Linsanity” has faded and some semblance of normalcy has returned to Madison Square in Times Square where the NY Knicks (18-23) are coming off a 5-game losing streak.
Yesterday, the division leading Philadelphia 76ers routed the NY Knickerbockers 106-94 at the Garden. But the chants of “Fire D’Antoni” began even before the final minute ticked off the clock. In a controversial move, the Knicks embattled coach Mike D’Antoni benched his superstars, Carmelo Anthony and Amar’e Stoudemire for the entire 4th quarter in favor of his 2nd unit led by his struggling starting point guard Jeremy Lin and the problem child J.R. Smith.
The baby faced Asian-American Harvard grad was hailed as the Knicks savior when he came off the bench to spark a 7-game winning streak back in February. But even as the gullible NY media went into a feeding frenzy of biblical proportions — cooler heads realized that Lin was simply a flash-in-the pan.
The media was looking for a ratings boost, and they hoped that non-sports fans wouldn’t notice that Lin and the rejuvenated Knicks were playing against mediocre sub .500 teams.
The only worthy opponent the Knicks faced during that 7-game win streak was the Los Angeles Lakers, who had an off night because their self-centered superstar Kobe Bryant is less concerned with winning and more concerned with chasing NBA records.
Can Eddie George save his marriage after getting caught cheating on his wife?

Earlier this week, celebrity blog TMZ.com reported that retired NFL star and Heisman trophy winner, Eddie George, 38, was the passenger in a car being driven by 21-year-old British pro golfer Rachel Connor when she was busted for driving drunk at 2AM.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, Feb. 7, in Sarasota, Florida. George and Connor were having dinner with friends after attending a two-day charity golf event together. After dinner, George and Connor climbed into her car for what would have been a short drive to his hotel.
But soon after leaving the restaurant, cops pulled Connor’s weaving car over. It was determined that Connor was stumbling drunk — she could barely walk and she couldn’t count in numerical order.
The police report indicates that Connor’s breathalyzer test results were .133 and a .137 — way over the legal limit to drive safely.
Yet, George insisted that neither he nor his friends felt that Connor was too impaired to drive. That’s probably what George told his wife, Tamara Johnson, aka “Taj” of 90s R&B group SWV.
Kim Kardashian’s ex: Our wedding guests should get their damn gifts back!

The Internet is buzzing about Kim Kardashian’s generous $200,000 “donation” to charity, which is supposedly double the value of the wedding gifts she received.
But anyone who runs a business knows that charitable donations can be deducted from your income tax. So she really didn’t lose a penny.
Kardashian’s soon-to-be ex-husband, NBA star Kris Humphries, says Kim’s charitable donation is not good enough. He thinks she should give the gifts back too. Humphries was duped by Kim into marrying her for a made-for-TV wedding. The marriage ended 72 days later — after the taping of her reality show wrapped.
