After her daughter Blue Ivy Carter was born in January, singer Beyonce wasted no time making sure the kid's wardrobe was top of the line.

The 30-year-old first-time mommy reportedly spent six figures on the newborn's high end wardrobe. Yesterday, Bey stepped out in style wearing Charlotte Olympia cat flats, while 7-week-old BIC wore Little Marc Jacobs mouse shoes.

According to Styleite, you can forget about wearing matching shoes -- both B’s gold leopard flats are sold out but you can still get them in black for $760.

BIC’s gold shoes are still available online, and you can purchase a pair of mouse flats for your little mini-me for a very affordable $66.

Many of you commented on how much you liked the fanny pack that singer Rihanna was wearing in pics that I posted earlier today. According to fashion blog UpscaleHype, the "Cash Flow” fanny pack was made by Joyrich Dollar Sign, and it retails for only $90.00. Rihanna accessorized her fanny pack with a denim shirt, jeans, and a pair of biege blue sole lace-up flats.

Since we're on the subject of Rihanna, according to FOX News, RiRi's pastor is very concerned about her state of mind after it was confirmed that she is once again dating Chris Brown, who has abused her in the past. The pastor is also worried about her increasing dependency on drugs and alcohol.

It's getting to the point where children don't know whether they are boys or girls. In a shameful display of child exploitation, fashion house Chanel sent a 3-year-old boy down the runway wearing a Chanel purse during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday.

Hudson Kroenig, 3, demanded a hot dog and cake prior to hitting the runway, according to the NY Times. "I want to order!" Hudson said. "I want a hot dog! And cake!"

But the boy's father, male model Brad Kroenig, refused to allow his son to indulge in such simple pleasures. "He's never even had a hot dog," his dad told the Times. "You know, we make him eat healthy."

Children like Hudson usual grow up to rebel against his parents for this type of abuse. Good luck to his parents.

Singer Alicia Keys and her music producer husband, Swizz Beatz; socialite Kim Kardashian, rap mogul Sean Combs and his concubine Cassie; rapper Common, actress Rosario Dawson, rapper-turned-Hasidic Jew, Shyne; and others sat in the front row at Kanye West's runway showing Paris, France.

Mariah and Nick Cannon were the picture of elegance at the Escape to Total Rewards Event at Gotham Hall in NYC last night. Mariah performed at her "Escape to Total Rewards" series, which included rock band Maroon 5 performing in Chicago, R&B singer Mary J. Blige singing in New Orleans, and Cee-Lo Green rapping in LA with Lil Wayne. It was Mariah's first performance since giving birth to her twins. In an interview with US Weekly, proud poppa Nick said of his 10-month-olds, "They're talking, and they're singing! They love to sing a lot, and vibe with our music, so it’s great!"

Rap producer Kanye West has conquered the world of music, but he's having a little trouble convincing the world's fashionistas to take him seriously as a designer.

Narcissists think very highly of themselves, but Kanye isn't your average, run-of-the-mill narcissist.

Just to prove he's the next Marc Jacobs, Kanye packed his things and moved to Europe -- and he plans to stay there until the other fashion designers stop laughing at him behind his back.

Last week, Kanye debuted his DW collection during Paris fashion week. His designs, inspired by his late mother Donda West, barely evoked mention by the fashion critics. But the media did buzz about the shoes his models were wearing.

Pseudo-singer Cassie is still on the public's radar for some odd reason. She has only one hit record that we know of, which makes her a one-hit wonder. But she also has connections -- mainly Sean "Diddy" Combs, who is insistent upon making Cassie a big star.

According to industry veteran JD Anderson of the LifeFiles.com, this is Cassie's year to take the industry by storm:

For nearly a year we’ve got to watch as Cassie preps for what’s looking like the biggest year of her career, with a number of music, fashion, and commercial projects in the works. We’ve traveled with her to appear as a spokesperson for Carol’s Daughter, watched her record new music at Daddy’s House Studio, partied with her at NYC hotspot SL and even got a personal tour of her home closet.

When singer Beyonce took her newborn infant Blue Ivy out for a stroll on Saturday, everyone noticed that she ditched her 6-inch heels for the comfortable lIsabel Marant Bekket Wedge suede sneakers from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection. The wedge heel sneakers are not as dangerous as they sound. The wedgies are safer and far more stable for post-pregnant women than pumps. And they retail for only $725.

Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio, who is pregnant with her 2nd child, was also spotted wearing the Isabel Marant wedge sneakers this week.

^^^ That was the headline on People.com last night during the telecast of the 84th Annual Oscar Awards last night.

I was shocked and taken aback when I read that gratuitous headline.

The article went on to mention how "completely comfortable" Viola Davis looked wearing her own "rich reddish crop" of hair offset by the "emerald-hued Vera Wang dress and glamorous green earrings." How shameful and embarrassing is it that in 2012 -- with a black president occupying the White House -- we as a human race make headlines for being "comfortable" wearing our own hair?

Offsetting her rich reddish crop with an emerald-hued Vera Wang gown and glamorous green earrings, Davis looked completely comfortable — and totally stunning — as she walked down the carpet to take her seat in the theater as a best actress nominee for The Help. Says the star of changing up her style, “It gives me flavor. It makes me feel like I’m spicing up my life a bit.”

Wow. She's spicing her life up by wearing her natural hair? We should all bow our heads in disgrace at how far we've come.

Welp, that didn't take long. Actress Vivica A. Fox took a brief hiatus from the dating scene after her very public break up with her ex-fiance, local party promoter Omar "Slim" White. According to SPLASH News, Aunt Viv, 47, was spotted today in West Hollywood, leaving Taste restaurant after having lunch with an unidentified male companion. It looks like Aunt Viv has given up her preference for younger men with strong backs.

Vivica has such good taste for the finer things in life. We LOVE her Tori Burch bag and crushed suede boots!

Smiling faces sometimes tell lies: Cartoon rapper Nicki Minaj put on a huge fake smile for the press at the MAC Viva Glam Party in NYC, yesterday. But the "Super Bass" singer was smiling through her pain after dumping her longtime boyfriend/hypeman, Safaree Samuel. The Trinidadian-born rapper is finding it difficult to navigate the waters alone without a shark man by her side for the first time since high school.

It's hard to say what cartoon rapper Nicki Minaj was thinking when she chose this particular outfit to wear to the 54th Annual Grammy Awards. Nicki strode into the Staples Center wearing a satin red Versace cape dress escorted by a 'Pope' on her arm. We're truly embarrassed for her.

Singer Kelly Rowland lost points when she cheesed and grinned at the Clive Davis pre-Grammy dinner at the same hotel where Whitney Houston's body lay in rigor mortis Saturday. But she looked glamorous on Sunday wearing a nude Alberta Ferretti gown at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards.

Rihanna turned heads wearing a Giorgio Armani black silk custom gown which she accessorized with Christian Louboution PVC accented pumps and a gold clutch. Rihanna shared her big night with her father and her little brother.

Self-centered celebrities such as Ciara, Diana Ross, Kelly Rowland, Kim Kardashian, and others, cheesed for the cameras on the red carpet at Clive Davis' Pre-Grammy party at the Beverly Hills Hilton, while the body of pop icon Whitney Houston's was in rigor mortis in her room at the same hotel.

These celebs wait all year to strut their stuff at Davis' annual party-of=the-year, so they are not going to let something like the death of a legend stop them from being seen on the red carpet. As you look at the pics after the break, keep in mind that these celebrities were fully aware that Houston's body had not been removed from her room yet.

Terrence J and Selita Ebanks were among the well heeled black Hollywood glitterati on the red carpet at the Los Angeles Premiere of 'Think Like A Man' held at the Arclight Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, yesterday:

Rev. Run's daughter Angela Simmons showed off her mean shoe game at the Diet Pepsi Style Studio fashion Show Presented By Simon Doonan during Fall 2012 Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York City yesterday. Sitting with her is Kim Kardashian's pal Jonathan Cheban. I have no idea what that guy does for a living.
