Vivica A. Fox is off the market

Welp, that didn’t take long. Actress Vivica A. Fox took a brief hiatus from the dating scene after her very public break up with her ex-fiance, local party promoter Omar “Slim” White. According to SPLASH News, Aunt Viv, 47, was spotted today in West Hollywood, leaving Taste restaurant after having lunch with an unidentified male companion. It looks like Aunt Viv has given up her preference for younger men with strong backs.

Smiling faces sometimes tell lies: Cartoon rapper Nicki Minaj put on a huge fake smile for the press at the MAC Viva Glam Party in NYC, yesterday. But the “Super Bass” singer was smiling through her pain after dumping her longtime boyfriend/hypeman, Safaree Samuel. The Trinidadian-born rapper is finding it difficult to navigate the waters alone without a shark man by her side for the first time since high school.

It’s hard to say what cartoon rapper Nicki Minaj was thinking when she chose this particular outfit to wear to the 54th Annual Grammy Awards. Nicki strode into the Staples Center wearing a satin red Versace cape dress escorted by a ‘Pope’ on her arm. We’re truly embarrassed for her.

Grammy Awards Red Carpet: Rihanna and Kelly Rowland

Singer Kelly Rowland lost points when she cheesed and grinned at the Clive Davis pre-Grammy dinner at the same hotel where Whitney Houston’s body lay in rigor mortis Saturday. But she looked glamorous on Sunday wearing a nude Alberta Ferretti gown at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards.

Rihanna turned heads wearing a Giorgio Armani black silk custom gown which she accessorized with Christian Louboution PVC accented pumps and a gold clutch. Rihanna shared her big night with her father and her little brother.

Walk of Shame: Celebs glam it up on red carpet before Whitney’s body is removed from hotel

Self-centered celebrities such as Ciara, Diana Ross, Kelly Rowland, Kim Kardashian, and others, cheesed for the cameras on the red carpet at Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy party at the Beverly Hills Hilton, while the body of pop icon Whitney Houston’s was in rigor mortis in her room at the same hotel.

These celebs wait all year to strut their stuff at Davis’ annual party-of=the-year, so they are not going to let something like the death of a legend stop them from being seen on the red carpet. As you look at the pics after the break, keep in mind that these celebrities were fully aware that Houston’s body had not been removed from her room yet.

Celebs Out & About: Christina Milian, Rihanna

Fashionable singers Christina Milian, right, and Rihanna were spotted dining in separate locations in Los Angeles, yesterday. Rihanna is set to join her pugilistic ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown, as they perform during the 2012 Grammy Awards. It’s been 3 years since Brown, now 22, beat Rihanna down in a vicious attack that left her permanently scarred emotionally. Fans can’t help but notice that Rihanna has not been the same since the savage attack.
