V-103 morning show co-host Frank Ski threw a birthday bash for his wife, Tanya Rodriguez on Saturday at his popular Frank Ski Restaurant & Lounge in midtown Atlanta. Celebs such as Antonia Wright and the Braxton sisters (Braxton Family Values) stopped by to wish Tanya a happy 30th birthday.

We were surprised to see Trina Braxton accompanied by her husband, Gabe Solis (far right), after she caught him cheating online. Maybe Trina accepts the fact that most men are genetically pre-wired to cheat in order to further the human species (but that's for another blog post).

Frank Ski's Restaurant & Lounge is located at 2110 Peachtree Rd. in NW Atlanta. The restaurant offers Southern food and features outdoor patios and private dining as well as a bar and lounge area.

Rap mogul Ludacris announced today he was closing his popular Straits restaurant in midtown to focus on a new restaurant he's opening inside Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson airport.

According to the AJC, Ludacris, whose real name is Chris Bridges, made the decision after winning a contract to open a restaurant -- Chicken N Beer -- at the nation's busiest airport.

The new restaurant was inspired by the title of Luda's third hip hop album, Chicken N' Beer. The new restaurant will serve "comfort food" and beer created from "locally grown ingredients," according to the AJC.

"As I continue to learn and evolve as a businessman, I am extremely excited to put my restaurateur footprint into a new venture inside the busiest international airport in the United States, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport," Ludacris said in a release.

"Straits was a great segue into the industry and with Chicken N Beer I can create my own concept. I look forward to expanding my creativity and driving to a much higher plane."

This post, originally written Jan 4, 2012 @ 2:07pm, was edited to reflect the following corrections: Straits received a score of 91 on its 2nd inspection. There was no 3rd inspection. And Chicken N' Beer was Luda's third album.

The word came down in a hushed Manhattan courtroom on Friday. At 4:30 p.m. prosecutors announced to the media that a NY grand jury cleared ex-McDonald's cashier Rayon McIntosh of all felony assault charges connected with the savage beating of two female customers that was caught on tape.

"I'm just glad to be home," McIntosh, 31, told DNAinfo after being released from Rikers Island Friday night. "I feel elated, I feel splendid."

The case was a flash point for angry Americans who have grown wary of the national media portraying criminals as victims in cases such as this.

McIntosh, who served 11 years in prison for manslaughter, was fired from his job after the incident took place at a Greenwich Village McDonald's in July. He spent the next seven weeks in a Rikers Island jail cell praying and awaiting his fate.

"We were begging them to get security," McIntosh told DNAinfo.com by phone early Saturday morning. "The McDonald's itself is a problematic store. It has a high, concentrated number of people every day. "In the Village, it's crazy."

The restaurant's owner, Carmen Paulino, told DNAinfo that she hired security to patrol the restaurant every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. After the incident, which occurred early on a Thursday morning, she hired additional security for Wednesday nights as well.

But police sources told DNAinfo after the incident that McDonald's management chose not to hire off-duty NYPD officers to patrol the restaurant because it "wasn't in their financial interest."
