Man beat girlfriend’s son, 11, for nine hours with belt, sticks
A Pittsburgh man is behind bars for savagely beating his girlfriend’s 11-year-old son to death for nine hours. According to the Daily Mail, Cynthia McKee returned home from work Saturday to find her son Donovan bloodied and barely breathing on the floor.
Another two hours went by before McKee called police to her apartment at Rochelle Towers on Knox Avenue at 11:45 p.m.
Donovan was taken to Mercy hospital in uptown Pittsburgh, and later to Children’s hospital in Lawrenceville, where he was pronounced dead. The coroner concluded he died of multiple injuries to his head and body.
McKee told police that her boyfriend, Anthony Bush, 29, told her to say Donovan fell from an open window.
Bush was arrested and charged with homicide and child endangerment. Bush – who is six feet five inches – told police he beat Donovan for nine hours with a belt and three sticks as punishment because the boy refused to vacuum the apartment.
Bush told police, “I did it. I did it. It’s my fault.”
Nas pays up, but NJ father and son remain captives in Angola
The ordeal of a NJ concert promoter and his son being held captive in Angola is far from over.
The NY Daily News reports that concert promoter Patrick Allocco, 51, and his son Patrick, 22, of Morristown, NJ, are still being held against their will in a seedy motel “in a nightmarish dispute with a furious Angolan promoter and his gun-toting henchmen.”
According to the paper, Nas, along with budding female rapper Jemiah Jai, reportedly pocketed $315,000 in advance — but never boarded a plane to perform New Year’s shows in Luanda, the Angolan capital.
“That they’re being held for something that somebody else did is preposterous,” said worried wife and mother Abby Allocco.
The moment the Allocco’s discovered that Nas was not coming to Angola on New Year’s they attempted to flee, but their driver stopped at a store, claiming he had to meet someone. Fearing they were being set up, the father and son jumped out of the taxi but they were quickly surrounded by armed thugs toting AK-47s on the orders of Angolan promoter Henrique Miguel.
Arrest made in beating of gay man
An arrest has been made in the beating of a 20-year-old gay man that was captured on video and uploaded to the internet.
Brandon White, left, was assaulted by 3 men shouting anti-gay slurs as he left a convenience store on McDaniels street on Atlanta’s southwest side last Saturday.
The beating was captured on 2 cell phone cameras and uploaded to Worldstarhiphop.com where it went viral.
Channel 2 Action news and the Atlanta Journal reports that Christopher Cain, 18, (inset) was arrested at midnight on Saturday in DeKalb County and charged with aggravated assault and robbery. He is currently being held at the Fulton county jail without bond.
Police have identified the other two assailants seen beating White in the video, but their names have not been released. Police are offering a $15,000 reward for information leading to their arrests.
Meanwhile, concerned citizens of the Pittsburgh community and gay rights advocates have joined together to protest the beating and to foster unity in both communities.
Sheriff’s Deputy arrested for having sex with male inmate
Channel 2 Action News reports that Duone Clark, a Gwinnett County Sheriff’s deputy, has been arrested for having sex with a male inmate in full view of other inmates.
Gwinnett sheriff’s officials are trying to determine if any Gwinnett County employees also witnessed the lewd act between the deputy and the inmate, who is serving time for financial identity fraud, theft by deception and probation violations.
The inmate, whose identity is being protected, reported the sexual encounter to jail officials after the Jan. 13 incident.
“The witnesses included definitely other inmates. I’m not sure about other deputies,” Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Lt. Sean Smith told Channel 2′s Kerry Kavanaugh.
According to Channel 2 Action News, Clark is being held without bond at the Oconee County Jail on charges of violation of oath by a public officer and sexual assault.

Video Beating Victim To Speak
The Atlanta man seen in a viral video being savagely beaten by thugs for wearing skinny jeans will speak today at a press conference scheduled for noon.
The victim’s family told reporters that the 20-year-old man came forward on Tuesday to speak with police after the FBI joined the investigation.
“Atlanta Police Department spokesman Carlos Campos said that the widespread dissemination of the video led family members of the 20-year-old victim to contact police,” according to the Atlanta Journal.
“Atlanta police investigators were able to locate the victim … who gave a statement to investigators,” Campos said in statement emailed to the news media Tuesday night.
In the video, which was first posted on Worldstarhiphop.com, the victim is seen exiting a convenience store on McDaniel Street in the “Pittsburgh” area of Atlanta on Saturday. The man, wearing tight black “skinny jeans” and a long black ponytail, is set upon by three thugs shouting anti-gay slogans.
The thugs punch and kick the defenseless man as he crouched on the ground. One thug picked up a tire that was leaning on a wall nearby and hit the victim with it.
The brutal scene was captured on two cell phone cameras as well as a surveillance video from the convenience store.
The FBI is investigating the incident as a federal hate crime against gays. If captured and convicted, the perpetrators will face stiffer sentences than if they were convicted on state charges.

DISGRACE: Entire staff of LA school replaced after two teachers arrested for child sex abuse
The shocking story of child sexual abuse running rampant in a LA elementary school has taken on a new twist. The Los Angeles school superintendent removed 88 teachers and 40 support personnel — the entire staff — at Miramonte Elementary School after Mark Berndt, 61, and another male teacher were arrested for sexually molesting children.
Martin Springer, 49, was arrested on Friday for allegedly fondling two girls at the school where the student body is predominately Hispanic. Springer’s arrest occurred a year after Berndt was removed from the school for feeding his body fluids to his students in a bizarre “tasting game.”
Child molesters frequently choose careers in the education or child care fields to gain access to innocent children. Public schools, in particular, have gained a reputation for being a safe haven for child sex predators.
Cop Killer Shouts Obscenities in Court; Also Charged With Killing His Baby Mama (Video)
A cop killer had his day in court yesterday, but instead of exercising his right to remain silent, he caused a disturbance, shouting obscenities at the judge and reporters.
Joshua Tremaine Jones, 26, was arrested Saturday and charged with shooting Master Public Safety Officer Sandra E. Rogers in Aiken, S.C. Saturday morning.
According to WRDW.com, Rogers, 49, was gunned down while responding to a call from a concerned citizen of suspicious activity at Eustis Park just after 7:30 a.m.
Jones is also charged with the shooting death of his girlfriend, Cayce Vice, who was shot once in the head in her Augusta, GA apartment on Saturday. Cayce (pictured above) was 5 weeks pregnant.
On Monday Jones stood before Judge Donna Williamson for a bond hearing in Aiken. He entered the courtroom wearing a orange and white striped jail jumpsuit. Jones appeared to be experiencing acute side effects of antipsychotic medications.
“Do you want to be screened for an attorney?” asked Judge Williamson.
“I don’t care!” Jones yelled back. After mouthing a few profanities in the direction of reporters, Jones turned his attention back to the judge.
“Do you have the income to hire an attorney on your own?” she asked him.
“Does it look like it? G** d******!” Jones answered back.
