Exclusive: Usher Loses His Cool On the Witness Stand
More exclusive details from the ongoing Raymond vs Raymond child custody hearing.
According to Dennis Byron, of HipHopEnquirer.com, Tameka Foster‘s attorney Lisa West resumed her grilling of singer Usher Raymond on the witness stand today as the media was allowed back into the courtroom.
Usher lost his cool when Tameka’s attorney asked him a question about a deposition. “I’m not finished speaking,” said Usher, interrupting West’s objection. But the judge set him straight, saying “You have to stop talking when the attorney objects.”
“I’m sorry,” said Usher sheepishly as he lowered his head.

Did Usher Attempt to Harm His Own Mother? Judge Boots Press from Courtroom
According to Dennis Byron, of HipHopEnquirer.com, Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane booted the press from the courtroom Tuesday during the contentious child custody trial of singer Usher Raymond and his ex-wife, Tameka Foster.
Judge Lane ordered the press removed from the courtroom in advance of testimony by Usher Raymond, who was asked by Tameka’s lawyer, Lisa West, to explain a violent incident involving his own mother, Jonetta Patton.
According to Mr. Byron, Tameka Foster’s attorney objected to the press being removed from the courtroom. It is her contention that Mr. Raymond is an unstable and unfit father.

Judge Admonishes Usher for Calling His Ex-Wife ‘Tameka Foster’ *Update*
The dramatic coverage of Usher Raymond and Tameka Foster‘s child custody hearing continues today in a Fulton County courtroom.
According to celebrity blogger Dennis Byron, of HipHopEnquirer.com, who is in the courtroom, Usher is on the witness stand right now, and Tameka’s attorney, Lisa West, is attempting to prove that his schedule is too busy to get full custody.
And just moments ago, Usher was admonished by the judge for referring to Tameka Raymond as “Tameka Foster.” Apparently, the judge recognizes Foster Tameka Raymond because she kept Usher’s last name after the couple’s divorce in 2009.
Update: According to Dennis, Judge Lane just removed all media from courtroom while Usher was about to give testimony on evidence photos.
Update II, 3:48 pm ET:
According to Dennis, the court personnel are monitoring his coverage and that of a “famous blogger.” It isn’t clear who the famous blogger is.
Usher: ‘Tameka Foster Spit on and attacked my girlfriend!’
More testimony in the ongoing child custody case of Usher Raymond IV vs Tameka Foster. During today’s proceedings, Usher explained a disturbing incident involving his crazed ex-wife, Tameka Foster, and his current boo, Grace Miguel.
According to TMZ:
… under questioning by his attorney, [Usher] revealed how Tameka once went ballistic and “wanted to fight” … when he showed up at her house with his new sidepiece.
Ush testified Tameka walked to his car and said, “I’m gonna kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?”
He added, “She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her.”
Usher claims he had to get out of the car and block Tameka … who then hit him. Usher said he pleaded with Tameka to calm down, but claims “she threw a plate of food at the car” … as he fled the situation.

Update: Dharun Ravi Sentenced to Just 30 Days in Prison for Filming Gay Tryst
A New Brunswick judge today sentenced 20-year-old Dharun Ravi to just 30 days in prison for his role in a webcam invasion of privacy incident which resulted in the suicide of Rutgers student Tyler Clementi.
Ravi, a former Rutgers student, had faced up to 20 years in prison.
The judge, who apparently wasn’t affected by intense media pressure, also didn’t order Ravi to be deported to his native India after he serves his sentence.
Ravi had earlier rejected two plea deals which would have sent him to prison for 3-5 years.
Ravi shed tears as his mother read a statement during the hearing, saying he was “broken into pieces” by Clementi’s death in 2010.

The 250-pound certified black belt tells the Daily News that 58-year-old Travolta “sexually accosted him in a hotel suite on the 15th floor in January. At that time the swanky hotel was called the Mansion on Peachtree.”
In an exclusive video that was posted to YouTube by Mr. X (the video has since been made private), Truesdale’s former co-worker, explains how an anxious Truesdale came running downstairs following his 15-minute encounter with Travolta.
“I can’t do this!” he quoted a flabbergasted Truesdale as saying at the time.
Deion Sanders Ordered to Pay Pilar Sanders $10.5K Per Month, $275K in Legal Fees
It isn’t all bad news for socialite Pilar Sanders, who was tossed into a Texas jail last month for assaulting her estranged husband, NFL great Deion Sanders.
According to ABC News, Sanders, 44, has been ordered by a Texas court to pay 38-year-old Pilar $10,500 per month in child support for their three children and $275,000 in legal fees.
Sanders filed for divorce from Pilar in December after finding love in the arms of songwriter Babyface’s ex-wife, Tracey Edmonds.
But Pilar is a bitter, vindictive woman who decided not to move out of Deion’s sprawling $5.7 million Prosper, Texas mansion, despite the fact that Pilar reportedly has her own home in Celina, Texas.
