Usher puts Tameka Foster’s home on the market
R&B crooner Usher Raymond recently put the palatial mansion that he once shared with ex-wife Tameka Raymond on the market — and he’s giving her 60 days to vacate the premises.
Public records show the 33-year-old singer purchased the home in 2007 (the year he married Tameka) for $3,040,000. But the value of the home has dropped over a million dollars in recent years.
Usher filed for divorce from Tameka in 2009 after living apart for over a year. He moved to the west coast and let Tameka stay in the mansion with their sons, 4 and 3, and her sons from previous relationships. But the terms of their divorce allows Usher to sell the mansion whenever he wants to.
Friends say Usher is tired of sinking thousands of dollars into the mansion for its daily upkeep. He wants Tameka out so he can unload the pricey property and cut his losses.
Judge OK’s $100M lawsuit against Beyonce; Slams her lawyers for diva behavior

A Manhattan judge is tired of Beyonce thinking she is above the law. The judge is allowing a video game company to proceed with a $100 million dollar lawsuit against the struggling singer, according to Page Six.
In court documents, the Gat Five company contends they were forced to lay off 70 employees when Beyonce walked away from a $20 million video game deal in 2010.
According to Page Six, Gate Five said it was scheduled to sign a deal with its financier on Dec. 6, 2010 — and they claim BeyoncĂ© knew that the financing was set when she sashayed away from the agreement without warning on Dec. 3.

Judge Grants Deion Sanders Temporary Custody of His Children

A Texas judge has granted former NFL great Deion Sanders temporary custody of his 3 youngest children — 2 boys and a girl — by estranged wife Pilar Sanders.
The judge also ordered psychological counseling for the 3 children, and he upheld a previous order for Pilar Sanders to stay 500 yards away from the mansion she once shared with Sanders.
Pilar showed up to court with her right arm in a sling. Her right wrist was immobilized in a black plastic cast.
Witnesses told the judge Pilar’s injuries were the result of Sanders defending himself from her and her friend, who attacked him outside his bedroom. Pilar and Sanders were separated but lived in opposite ends of the $5.7 million mansion in suburban Prospect, Texas.
Both Pilar and Deion appear to have lost weight since the fracas on April 23rd.
Gabe Aubry Drags Halle Back to Court Demanding More Money

Underwear model Gabriel Aubry is a sorry excuse for a man. It’s too bad Halle Berry, 45, couldn’t see who he really was when she fell head over heels for his looks. That’s what dopamine does to gullible women like Halle. The brain biochemical causes gullible women to ignore every red flag because she thinks she’s in love.
Radar Online reports that Aubry, 35, was back in a courtroom Thursday asking a judge to “substantially” increase his child support payments. Why can’t he get a job?
From Radar Online:
A source says that Aubry is looking to “substantially increase” the monthly payments he receives from Berry, even though the former couple shares custody of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla.
Unfortunately for Aubry he did not get the chance to have his case heard as the judge granted a continuance.
The former couple split in 2010 after five years together and have been engaged in a bitter dispute over Nahla ever since.

Photo of the Day: Usher looking stressed in court

R&B crooner Usher Raymond appears to be stressing on day 3 of the Epic Raymond vs Raymond child custody battle in the Fulton County courthouse.
According to my spy, who has attended all of the court sessions, Usher had a very good day in court yesterday. His children’s court-appointed guardian recommended that Usher receive full custody of his and Tameka Foster’s two sons.
The court appointed guardian is back on the witness stand today. And my source tells me that Tameka Raymond’s attorney scored some huge points in her cross-examination of the court ordered guardian.
(See what the children’s court appointed guardian looks like after the break.)
Major Developments in the Child Custody Case of Raymond vs Raymond
According to my spy down at the Fulton County courthouse, there were major developments on Day 2 of the custody hearing between Usher Raymond and his ex-wife Tameka Foster. Usher is battling Tameka for custody of their sons, Usher Raymond V, 5, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 3.
Usher believes Tameka is an unfit mother and he is asking for full custody of his sons. Usher and Tameka currently share joint custody of the boys. Yesterday, the judge ordered both Usher and Tameka to hash out an agreement behind closed doors. But the two parties could not come to an agreement that suited them.
According to my spy, a court appointed Psychologist was called to give testimony about whether Tameka Raymond was mentally stable to keep custody of her two son’s, however Usher’s attorney filed a motion to exclude media during the testimony of the doctor, citing details of a sensitive nature that would not be in the best interest of the children if the details were made public.
We can only speculate as to what that means. Obviously, Usher is worried about Tameka spilling the beans about something personal pertaining to Usher.
