The judge presiding over the contentious Raymond vs Raymond child custody hearing called an emergency meeting after closing arguments today. This, according to my confidential source who was seated in the courtroom during closing arguments.

The confidential source told Sandrarose.com there were two high points in the closing from both sides in this case: Tameka wants her child support to increase by 3k monthly, she also wants her nanny pay to be reimbursed to her in the amount of 34k. She doesn’t want Usher to have over night guests while the kids are with him, and she is adamant about having him return her Sak’s Fifth Avenue credit card back to her.

Less than a month after the death of her 3rd born son, Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, returned to a Georgia courtroom today to give explosive testimony about Usher's controlling behavior. Tameka's son, Kile Glover, 11, died on July 21 after being taken off of life support at a local hospital. A judge denied Usher's request to delay the child custody hearing due to the child's death.

Tameka Raymond said the Usher's sympathy for her son was "bogus." She called the 33-year-old singer a "Control Freak" who only filed for custody of their two sons because he believed she was going to file first.

Tameka Raymond is reportedly upset with her ex-husband, singer Usher Raymond, for allegedly using her son Kile Glover's death to delay their contentious child custody hearing.

As I told you previously, Usher only visited 11-year-old Kile Glover "once" in the 3 weeks he stayed in ICU at a local children's hospital. Kile died of traumatic brain injuries sustained in a boating accident on Lake Lanier. Family members were upset that the media continued to describe Kile as Usher's "stepson" when Usher wasn't in Kile's life after his divorce from Tameka.

According to a source within Tameka Foster-Raymond's camp, the grieving mom will never take her son off a ventilator "as long as there is life in him."

Kile Glover, 11, was critically injured on July 6 when he suffered closed head trauma in a Jet Ski accident on Lake Lanier. Kile is the son of Tameka Foster and local businessman Ryan Glover. Foster is the ex-wife of singer Usher Raymond.

"He's not dead," the source told Sandrarose.com. She said Kile responds to painful stimuli but not tactile stimuli (light touching) -- and that's enough for Tameka to keep Kile on a ventilator which breathes for him.

Remember Brandon White, the effeminate, skinny jeans-wearing Atlanta man who was assaulted by a gang of thugs on Feb. 4? The 3 gang members who brutally beat White, and videotaped their actions, were slapped with 5-year prison sentences on Friday. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Jackson Bedford also sentenced the thugs to 5 years probation each.

According to the AJC, a fourth suspect, Javaris Bradford, 24, who allegedly videotaped the beating, is still on the lam.

The crime made headlines worldwide because of the media attention on anti-gay bullying. (White, 20, is an out and proud gay man.)

But in a strange twist, several local gay activists wrote a letter to the judge asking for leniency for the 3 men.

Project Q Atlanta published the letter which was signed by local politician, state Rep. Simone Bell, who is an out and proud lesbian. Ms. Bell asked the judge to release the convicted men on probation -- so two of them could finish high school.

A woman says she was raped by two male strippers at a northwest Atlanta gay strip club.

According to Channel 2 Action news, citing a police report, the incident occurred in June in a VIP room at Swinging Richard’s gay strip club on Northside Drive.

“We wish we would’ve got it the very next day,” APD Major Crimes Commander Darryl Tolleson told wsbtv.com.

Tolleson told Channel 2’s Mark Winne that delays have not hurt the investigation. After a judge initially denied a court order, Tolleson said the club voluntarily gave police access to what they wanted on July 3 and Tuesday.

Atlanta police have released surveillance video of a man they believe shot a 85-year-old woman during a home invasion Friday.

The video shows a man prowling an apartment complex in the 1800 block of Campbellton Road in southwest Atlanta around 6:30 a.m. The gunman, wearing a white short sleeved shirt and tan slacks, is seen going from door to door until he gains entry into Evelyn Atwater's apartment.

Police tell the Atlanta Journal Constitution that Atwater fought with her attacker who shot her once in the head before fleeing on foot.

"We thought it was just a beating, and when they got her here to Grady [Memorial Hospital], they did a CAT scan and said, 'Your mother has a bullet in her head. She's been shot. And we were just devastated,'" daughter Wendy Atwater Truitt told Channel 2.

Tameka Raymond's family has released a statement asking the public to pray for 11-year-old Kile Glover, who was critically injured in a boating accident.

"We know God's in control, and are leaning on our faith in him and his word at this most difficult time," the family said in a statement to CNN on Tuesday. "We firmly believe in the power of prayer and ask that you all continue to pray and lift Kile up, as it's the best way we can all support him now."

The statement seems to confirm rumors that Tameka, ex-wife of singer Usher Raymond, is unwilling to remove her son from life support.

Citing unnamed sources, gossip blog TMZ.com has reported that Kile's brain shows no activity, but hospital officials at Egleston Children's hospital in Atlanta have declined to release any information on the child's condition, citing HIPAA privacy regulations.

Kile and an unidentified 15-year-old girl were injured around 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon on Lake Lanier when a man on a personal watercraft collided into them. Two Georgia Department of Natural Resources officers witnessed the accident and rescued the girl, who suffered a broken arm and a laceration on her head.

Former heavyweight boxing champ recently lost his sprawling $10 million dollar mansion to foreclosure. The 54,000 sq. ft. Fayetteville, Georgia mansion sold at a loss for $7.5 million on the courthouse steps on March 6, according to TMZ.com.

TMZ.com is reporting that the 11-year-old son of Tameka Raymond, ex-wife of Usher Raymond, has been declared brain dead.

Kile Glover and a 15-year-old girl were injured on Lake Lanier when a Jet Ski collided into them as they sat on an inner tube Friday afternoon.

The term brain dead technically means the only thing keeping Kile's heart and lungs functioning are the machines. Sources tell TMZ.com that Usher arrived at the hospital last night and Tameka has not left the hospital since she got there.

It is routine for doctors to ask the parents of children on life support if they would consider donating the deceased child's organs. If Tameka agrees, Kile will remain on life support until his organs are harvested.

Tameka and Usher's divorce was finalized on November 4, 2009. Tameka divorced Kile's dad, local businessman Ryan Glover, in 2007.

According to a very reliable source, Usher Raymond's stalker, Darshelle Jones Rakestraw, is a lot more dangerous than Usher realizes.

Rakestraw was arrested at the R&B singer's mansion inside a gated community on June 24. She was taken to Emory Johns Creek hospital and later released.

During a 911 call obtained by TMZ.com Usher told the dispatcher Rakestraw was ringing his doorbell. "She's obviously a fan of some sort," he said.

Usher took out a restraining order on Rakestraw which she proudly displayed in a home video that she uploaded to YouTube.com.

According to my source, Rakestraw has reportedly been arrested more then 25 times in the past. Her alleged crimes range from robbery, burglary, and aggravated robbery to identity fraud, and stalking.

All of Rakestraw's alleged crimes (except the stalking) occurred outside of Georgia. According to my source, Rakestraw poses a serious danger to Usher and his estranged wife Tameka Foster.

Over the weekend rumors were running rampant that Sean Comb's landmark Justin's Restaurant was closing its doors. The AJC finally confirmed the rumor yesterday. But rumors have swirled for years that Justin's was closing down.

Justin's restaurant was never really profitable in the 14 years since it opened to much fanfare on Peachtree Road in midtown. Rumor had it that Combs was just a minority owner who fronted for the real owners of the restaurant.

Justin's business really took a hit when V-103 Morning Show co-host Frank Ski opened his popular restaurant a block away from Justin's last year. Franks Ski's was the nail in the coffin for Justin's Restaurant as the Frank's eatery attracted celebrities and other VIPs.

Combs opened the restaurant in 1998 when he and his family maintained homes and a presence in the Atlanta area. Combs and Kim Porter's children attended private schools in Atlanta.

Porter moved to California when local socialite Sarah Chapman gave birth to Combs' first daughter.

Justin's restaurant's namesake, Justin Dior Combs, made headlines last week when he graduated from high school amid angry reports that his $54,000 free ride to UCLA could have gone to someone less fortunate.

The Bible preaches using the rod sparingly to subdue and "train up" an unruly child.

But Fayette County police allege that Creflo Dollar, the charismatic founder and leader of World Changers mega-church in Stone Mountain, skipped the rod and, instead, used his bare hands and fists to beat his youngest daughter into submission.

What should have been a private family discussion exploded onto the national headlines and fueled debates on how far parents can go when disciplining their own children.

Dollar, 50, was arrested early Sunday morning after his 15-year-old daughter, Lauren Dollar, called Fayette County police at 1 a.m. to report that her father choked and punched her during an argument that escalated out of control. Police noted "superficial abrasions" on the teen's neck.

Dollar admitted he "restrained" his daughter after she "became very disrespectful" when he told her she couldn't attend the party.

Lauren told police the altercation wasn't the first incidence of violence in the Dollar home, and that she felt threatened in the home.

World Changers Pastor Creflo Dollar was arrested and charged with simple battery, family violence and cruelty to children in Fayette County early Friday.

Dollar was booked into the county jail at 2 a.m., according to Channel 2’s Tom Jones. He was released on $5,000 bond Friday morning.

When police arrived at the Dollar home they found a 15-year-old girl who told them Dollar choked her when she tried to leave the home to attend a party. Creflo and his wife, Taffi, built a custom home in Fayette County in 1996.

According to public records the 7401 square foot mansion is valued at $1.2 million. The Dollars paid $21,367 in property taxes in 2011.

Dollar is the founder and senior pastor of World Changers Church in College Park. The megachurch has over 30,000 members. Dollar made headlines last year when he refused to accept former members of embattled preacher Bishop Eddie Long's church after Long settled a lawsuit with four men who accused him of sexual misconduct.

Two mourners are dead and 2 are critically injured after a gunman opened fire at the funeral of a gang member who broke into the home of the gunman and assaulted his mother two weeks ago.

"Gunshots went off and people were just running and falling," one witness told Channel 11 News. "Next thing you know there was shooting and fighting. Everybody started running everywhere, hiding and ducking," said another witness.

The violence erupted Thursday at the funeral for 19-year-old Ryan Devon Guider (pictured above) at Victory for the World Baptist Church in Stone Mountain, just north of downtown Atlanta. Witnesses tell channel 11 news an argument broke out in the parking lot of the church as mourners were walking to their cars.

Police stopped a car fleeing the scene and arrested 3 occupants inside the car. It isn't known if the shooter is among the 3 suspects in custody.

Two weeks after a DeKalb County police officer's wife was brutally assaulted and robbed outside their home, he was arrested for obstruction while a search warrant was being executed on his girlfriend’s residence.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the unidentified wife of DeKalb Police Sgt. Jerry Banks was enjoying an evening out with a friend on May 13. She called Banks around 2 a.m. to tell him she was on her way home after dropping her friend off.

At 3 a.m. the couple's daughter remembered leaving the garage door open and went to close it. She alerted her father that her mother's car was in the driveway.

Banks, who was at home with his daughter and her boyfriend, said he followed a trail of blood from the garage to the spot on the front lawn where his wife lay critically injured. She was transported to Grady hospital where she remained in intensive care on Monday.

The 3 occupants inside the home say they heard nothing outside, according to police reports.

Police do not consider Banks a suspect in his wife's attack -- despite the fact that he was taken into custody on Friday for being "boisterous" and "disobedient" when he was ordered to leave his girlfriend's home.
