According to my inside sources, Brandy Norwood is throwing her former duet partner Monica Brown under the bus after their single "It All Belongs to Me" failed to meet expectations.

And now their upcoming tour has been scrapped. But Brandy is placing the blame for the failed tour squarely on Monica, saying Monica is more focused on her sons and husband, Shannon Brown, than she is on touring.

But that's not true, according to my source. He told me there were issues with the top billing (whose name would go first) as well as money issues (who would get paid more). He said Brandy derailed the tour by demanding top billing and more cash upfront.

"It's a done deal. And [the deal] fell through," said my source.

Singers Fantasia Barrino and Joshua Ledet brought the house down with their rousing rendition of "Take Me To The Pilot" during Fox's 'American Idol 2012' results show at Nokia Theatre L.A. on Wednesday in Los Angeles.

Georgia's own Phillip Phillips was named American Idol winner after a record 132 million votes were cast.

Fantasia, who retained her baby fat after giving birth to her son, wore outfits that accentuated her voluptuous curves. Rather than appreciate the gift of Fantasia and Joshua's amazing talents, social network users were more concerned with what Fantasia was wearing. Just messy.

Watch the performance after the break!

Gossip website TMZ.com is reporting that disco legend Donna Summer has died after a long battle with cancer this morning in her Florida home. She was 63.

Donna Summer, real name LaDonna Gaines, was originally trained as a gospel singer before breaking into the big time as a disco singer.

The 5-time Grammy winner, whose disco hits helped redefine the music industry in the seventies, peaked on the charts with her singles "Love to Love You Baby" (1975), "Last Dance" (1978), "Hot Stuff" (1978) and "Bad Girls" (1979).

Mixing soul and funk with electro house music, Donna was dubbed Disco Queen. But her star soon faded when the industry suffered from a disco backlash in the 80s.

Still, Donna achieved more success in the 1980s with her singles "On the Radio" (!980) "She Works Hard For the Money" (1982), and "This Time I Know It's For Real" (1988). Her most recent album, Crayons, was released in 2008.

The posh Fontainebleau hotel and resort on Miami Beach was the setting for the BLEAULIVE concert series hosted by Ne-Yo and Malibu Red Saturday afternoon. The Grammy award winning singer songwritter was backed up by a live band and performed some of his oldies but goodies, and even some new hits. Ne-Yo wore red jeggings and a Miami Heat hat, letting his fans know who he's pulling for in the NBA playoffs.

Speaking of red, according to TMZ.com, Ne-Yo says he didn't steal the title of his upcoming album R.E.D. from The Game, who released his R.E.D. album last year. "I don't feel like I ripped off The Game's album," Ne-Yo told TMZ at LAX, insisting he carefully selected the name of his album (which stands for Realizing Every Dream).

The Game recently told XXLMag.com he doesn't hold a grudge with Ne-Yo over the album title, saying, "I’ve always known Ne-Yo to be a cool dude, so I'm pretty sure he got his reasoning."

The mainstream media is angry at President Obama this morning. Not because of the spiraling deficit or the lack of jobs production. They are angry that the president failed to mention the passing of Adam Yauch, also known as MCA, one third of the Beastie Boys who died of salivary gland cancer over the weekend.

I guess it doesn't matter that the ones who are angry are mostly white, and they don't really understand the complexities or the roots of hip hop anyway.

If they did understand, then they would know that the black community as a whole did not embrace the Beastie Boys in the 1980s like they did. Yes, the Beastie Boys introduced hip hop to a whole new audience -- mainly drunk college frat boys.

And for that reason, Washington Times columnist Joseph Curl thinks the president should have at least mentioned MCA to the college kids he spoke with over the weekend.

"Make no mistake," writes Curl, "MCA was no JayZ or Kanye West... Funny the 'coolest president ever' doesn’t say a word about the passing of MCA. Weird and kinda sad, actually."

Well, not as sad as a race-baiting columnist expecting the president to recognize the passing of a star because he's "half-white".

Gheys and lesbians are celebrating the biggest news since the passage of the gay marriage law in New York in 2011.

Hollywood's most well-known lesbian, Queen Latifah, has finally come out of the closet. The rapper-turned-actress made the transition quietly, in a press release announcing her commitment to headline this year's annual Long Beach Lesbian & Gay Pride Festival.

It is the first time that Latifah, real name Dana Owens, has ever participated in a Gay Pride celebration.

Sandrarose.com was the first to break the scoop that Latifah, 42, and her longtime lover Jeanette Jenkins had split up in 2011 (thanks to my west coast connect for the tip!).

That's when Latifah began dating a choreographer, who some say helped break up her relationship with Jenkins.

Coachella attendees are still buzzing about the late rapper Tupac Shakur's resurrection onstage as a 3D Hologram.

The Tupac hologram was such a hit that it sparked rumors of Hologram comeback tours featuring icons Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley. But the cost of a hologram is dauntingly expensive ($100k to $500k). So will T-Boz and Chilli foot the bill for Left Eye's hologram?
