Soulja Boy is flat broke – and about to be evicted

Rapper Soulja Boy has more problems to worry about than drug busts and poor album sales. Gossip website TMZ reports that the rapper is about to be evicted from his Buckhead condo near Elton John’s old digs.

Soulja’s 2011 has included … lying about buying a private jet, pissing off the military with one of his songs and getting arrested for allegedly carrying weed and a gun in a briefcase.

Now TMZ has learned the rapper, real name DeAndre Way, has not paid his November rent for his Atlanta pad — a whopping $4,725 — so he’s been served with eviction papers. Soulja has until December 5 to pay up, or risk getting thrown out. Source

Astro embodies everything that’s wrong with Hip Hop (Video)

Fans of The X-Factor contestant Brain “Astronomical Kid” Bradley were shocked at his terrible attitude during last week’s results show.

The spoiled 15-year-old threw a mini-tantrum onstage and refused to perform when he landed in the bottom 2. His meltdown was reminiscent of troubled singer Chris Brown’s most famous antics. The Brooklyn teen’s cocky attitude was an alarming indication of what is to come when he faces real pressure from the music industry.

Astro is a perfect example of a kid raised in the narcissistic street culture of Hip Hop, where they have no morals or values.

Astro, as he’s called, apologized to his “fans” and said the X-Factor was “punishing” him for something that occurred “behind the scenes.”

“Just look at the numbers” he bragged during a recent interview. “I don’t see how you can have the most followers on Twitter out of everybody in the competition and get voted in the bottom 2. So, I thought something was jiggy.”

After judge Simon Cowell scolded Astro for his bad behavior and told him not to disrespect his mother on national TV, Astro revealed that it was his mother who encouraged him to quit the show.

Ashton Kutcher Quits Twitter

Twitter.com’s biggest egomaniac Ashton Kutcher wrote a post on his blog today declaring his intentions to turn his Twitter account over to his management team.

The move comes less than 12 hours after Kutcher came under fire from his 8 million followers for his tweet slamming Penn State’s board of trustees for firing legendary football coach Joe Paterno.

Kutchers’ followers erupted with angry tweets criticizing Kutcher for his insensitivity toward child sex abuse. 30 minutes later Kutcher deleted the tweet, and then claimed he wasn’t aware of the sex scandal involving one of Paterno’s former coaches.

Kutcher admitted he wrote the tweet impulsively without bothering to research why Paterno was fired.

“Up until today I have posted virtually every one of my tweets on my own, but clearly the platform has become [too] big to be managed by a single individual,” Kutcher wrote on his blog.

He added: “While I will continue to express myself through @Aplusk I’m going to turn the management of the feed over to my team at Katalyst Media to ensure the quality of it’s content.”

Translation: he’s an impulsive narcissist who can’t stay away from his source of supply, but he also doesn’t want to lose his cushy ‘Two And A Half Men’ gig on CBS. So he will ask his management team to babysit his tweets for him rather than delete his Twitter, which he can’t live without.

Evelyn Lozada Signs Six-Figure Deal With Lil Wayne’s Label

Sensing that her days as a reality TV fraud might be drawing to an end, ‘Basketball Wives’ cast member, Evelyn Lozada, suckered Lil Wayne into signing her to a six-figure book and film deal.

Never mind that Lozada has no prior experience writing books or developing films (we’re talking about syrup-swigging Lil Wayne here).

According to Sports Super Groupie, Stiletto Jill,

First up for release, The Wives Association. This is the book Evelyn mentioned she was working on a few months ago. The plan is to release the book and then develop it for the “Big Screen”.

The book series to be co-authored by novelist and former Law & Order: Criminal Intent writer Courtney Parker. The books will be loosely based on Lozada’s life, using the alter ego Eve Inez-Landon to fictionalize the true stories she has learned from years of dating professional athletes. “The stories that you hear—what goes on in these relationships, and just being in that circle—I decided to let everyone experience a piece of it for themselves by writing this series of juicy novels,” Lozada said.

“By partnering with Baby and Cash Money Content, we have the potential to turn these ‘novels’ into a full-fledged brand,” Lozada explains. “Everything Baby and CMC touches turns to gold, and our brands together will be magical.”

Maybe I can meet with Lil Wayne over a bottle of coke and syrup and convince him to sign me to his label as A&R?

Beyonce Baby Bump Watch 2011

The most popular costume at the MusicBusinessPolitic/ Investment Club’s 1st Annual Halloween bash at the Gold Room last night was the Beyonce Fake Baby Bump costume. But the 30-year-old singer who inspired the costume decided to give hers a rest last night as she donned a yellow and black Bumble B costume to attend Kanye West’s Halloween party at the Darby restaurant in New York City last.

Bee’s bodyguards were extra vigilant in shielding her from probing hands. But it was obvious that she wasn’t wearing her rubber baby bump prosthetic under her costume.

Rihanna, Behind the Scenes of “We Found Love”

According to our Def Jam source, the music video for Rihanna’s latest single, “We Found Love“, drops this week. That should be exciting news for Rihanna’s Navy. Over the weekend, Rihanna tweeted a behind-the-scenes video for “We Found Love”.

She tweeted:

“We’ve never done a video like this before. This is probably one of the deepest videos I’ve ever done. #WeFoundLove. Its all about love and love being like a drug, you definitely get that from this. #WeFoundLove. The good feeling of love and the dangers of it. That’s what this video is about. #WeFoundLove #UNLOCKED http://on.fb.me/qytYE2

We find it interesting that Rihanna likens love to a drug, especially since we covered addictive personalities and the brain drug Dopamine extensively in our Medical Minutes. She also cleared up the rumor that she was back with ex-boyfriend, Matt Kemp, after pics surfaced of the two together in London last weekend. In response to an article in Sister2Sister magazine, Rihanna tweeted: “We’re friends lover. Plz.”
