New Music: Willow Smith – “21st Century Girl”
Willow Smith’s 2nd single off her debut Roc Nation album, entitled “21st Century Girl”, is already a flop judging from a sample of blogs that reviewed the track. I didn’t listen to it because 10-year-old brats who sing off-key don’t appeal to me. Willow will perform her new single on Oprah’s All-Time Smartest, Most Talented Kids special tomorrow (Mar. 1). Willow will join other children who Oprah has deemed the smartest and most talented — of course they’re all white. There’s no such thing as talented and smart black kids in Oprah’s world unless their parents are wealthy A-listers.

BREAKING: Mike Vick Cancels Interview With Oprah
According to TMZ.com, troubled NFL quarterback Mike Vick canceled his sit down interview with Oprah Winfrey today. It was to be his first major interview since being released from prison where he served 18 months on dog fighting and animal cruelty charges.
Oprah had won the bet she wagered with CNN host Piers Morgan about who would land the interview with Vick first.
There is no word on why he bailed out of the interview with Oprah. But we can only speculate that Oprah was going to grill him about the dog fighting. Or maybe she planned to bring out the kindhearted people who adopted Vick’s surviving victims.
What else would they have to talk about for a whole hour?

Yesterday, talk Diva Oprah Winfrey, 56, revealed a family secret that her mother gave birth to a baby girl and gave the child up for adoption when Oprah was only 9. Oprah proudly introduced her half-sister, Patricia, to the world on her Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) yesterday.
Almost immediately, skeptics assumed that Patricia, 47, came forward to lay claim to Oprah’s abundant wealth. But the truth is that Patricia doesn’t want any money or Oprah’s favorite things: she just wants to know her sister.

Normally I wouldn’t waste my time writing about this, but Twitter was abuzz last night with complaints about her crooked lacefront wig and her Cinderella costume. “The only thing missing was the pumpkin,” they said on Twitter. I don’t see anything wrong with her outfit or her lacefront. Although it is sitting a little askew on her head. But if she likes it, I love it. I especially like how her baby hair is slicked down on the side Cassie-style. You go, girl!

Did you hear the news that Usher’s ‘OMG’ single is MTV News’ #1 Song Of 2010? Out of all the songs they could have picked, they chose that nauseatingly overplayed single?
According to MTV, Usher’s “OMG” is the song that “perfectly sums up the past 12 months of popular music — and makes you wanna move until you can’t move no more.” Really? Whenever that song comes on, I never feel the urge to move anything other than my finger to change the station in my car.
Troubled singer chris brown was spotted playing with his new bulldog puppy on the beach in Miami today. More proof that brown is a man-child who has no intentions of growing up any time soon.

Oprah On Her Relationship With Gayle: ‘I’m Not a Lesbian. I Think…’
An emotional Oprah Winfrey teared up as she spoke to Barabara Walters about her relationship with rumored lover Gayle King.
“I have said we are not gay,” she tells Barbara Walters on “A Barbara Walters Special: Oprah, The Next Chapter,” airing Thursday on ABC. “I’m not lesbian. I’m not even kind of lesbian. And the reason it irritates me is because somebody must think I’m lying. That’s number one. Number two, why would you want to hide it? That’s not the way I run my life.”
Oprah says that despite rarely being seen in public together, Stedman is still “the love… the lover… the man… the partner… the mate” of her life.
“[Gayle] is the mother I never had, she is the sister everybody would want, she is the friend everybody deserves,” she says. “I don’t know a better person. It’s making me cry because I’m thinking about how I’ve probably never told her that.”
Somebody should tell Oprah that she can be in an intimate relationship with another woman and not engage in sexual acts with her.
