Blacks Added To “Endangered Species” List?

It’s a sad fact of life that the black community has the highest AIDS/HIV rates, single mother households, teenage pregnancies and the highest abortion rate in the country (3x more abortions than any other race).

“There is no doubt that Procreation of this group should be stopped” said the director of Planned Parenthood in this controversial ad aimed at slowing the rate of abortions in the black community.

Obama Tied With ‘Nobody’ in 2012 Poll

Can it get any worse for U.S. president Barack Obama? In a new generic 2012 poll just released today, the embattled president leads a nameless Republican by only two points (44-42) — meaning anyone who runs against him in 2012 will beat him. In other words, if I ran for president in 2012 I would beat Obama. That’s how bad things have gotten for him.

The era of Hope and Change may have given way to the era of Who’s Next? Gallup reports that just a little over a year into his presidency, Barack Obama has not only failed to unite the country, but has almost squandered his own electability. In their latest poll, Gallup finds Obama in a virtual tie with a generic Republican candidate…

In this poll, only 31% of independents would cast a vote for Obama today, while 45% say they will vote for a Republican alternative. That fourteen-point gap also tells a story about how turnout will go for Obama in 2012. Read more…

Healthcare Reform is Dead, But Obama Won’t Go Down Without a Fight

Republican Scott Brown’s historic Senate win in Massachusetts yesterday sent a clear message to Democrats in Congress: you’re next.

Brown’s win means the Democrats in the Senate are no longer filibuster-proof and they don’t have the 60 votes necessary to push the troubling healthcare bill through Congress.

Brown’s win in Massachusetts was astounding because Massachusetts had not elected a Republican to the Senate since the 70s. During the presidential elections, U.S. president Barack Obama won Massachusetts by 29 points.

But Obama will not go down without a fight. Obama’s former campaign manger, David Plouffe, added on ABC’s “Good Morning America”: “I’m very confident we can pass health-care reform.”

Well, good luck with that. Yesterday, Virginia Sen. Jim Webb, a Democrat, released a statement calling for a suspension of further votes on health care legislation until Senator-elect Brown is seated. It is likely that more Democrats will follow his lead now that they are no longer burdened with being the 60th vote.

Democrats have good reason to be worried. Martha Coakley, who was a shoo-in for the Senate seat vacated by the late Ted Kennedy, lost to a come from behind candidate who never would have had a chance were it not for healthcare reform.

Make no mistake about it: Coakley lost the Senate seat because of healthcare reform, not because she ran a losing campaign. In October, Coakley led Brown by 55 to 29 percent in the polls. It was assumed she would win by a landslide. But that was before Obama, Pelosi and Barney Frank decided they would ram their healthcare bill down the public’s throats.

A win for Republicans in Massachusetts signals a changing tide in American politics. A growing public revolt driven by angry Americans who were promised Hope and Change and instead got more of the same.

Sen.-elect Scott Brown said on Tuesday night, “[Democrats] will be challenged again and again across this country. When there’s trouble in Massachusetts, there’s trouble everywhere. And now they know it.”

Last night, Massachusetts made it clear that Americans do not want a one-party government running this country.

ObamaCare “Dead” If Brown Wins; Let The Finger Pointing Begin

Hopefully, those of you who care about the direction your government is leading this country in are aware of the special elections going on right now in Boston, Mass.

Scott Brown, a Republican, is poised to knock off U.S. president Barack Obama’s choice to fill the late Sen. Ted Kennedy’s vacant Senate seat. Sen. Martha Coakley, a Democrat, is trailing in all polls. Obama needs this win if he is to save his legacy (since that’s all he really cares about).

Republicans have argued that a Scott Brown victory today would stop ObamaCare in its tracks. Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi insist that it won’t. On today’s “Morning Joe,” Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY) agreed with Republicans, saying that he would have a “difficult time” voting for what he sees as an inferior Senate bill. Read More…

POLL: Majority Would Vote Against Obama for 2nd Term

From NationalJournal.com:

A year into his tenure, a majority of Americans would already vote against Pres. Obama if the ’12 elections were held today, according to a new survey.

The Allstate/National Journal Heartland Monitor poll shows 50% say they would probably or definitely vote for someone else. Fully 37% say they would definitely cast a ballot against Obama. Meanwhile, just 39% would vote to re-elect the pres. to a 2nd term, and only 23% say they definitely would do so.
Obama’s first year in office has been marked by an unemployment rate that surged to 10%, an increased commitment of troops to Afghanistan and a health care battle that has taken a serious political toll on the WH.

Obama’s approval rating is down to 47%, the poll showed, a 14-point drop since the April survey. 45% disapprove, up 17 points from April. Only 41% say they trust Obama more than Congressional GOPers, while 33% pick the GOP over the WH. That 8-point gap is down from a 21-point edge Obama sported as recently as Sept.

Just 34% say the country is moving in the right direction, down 13 points since April, and 55% say it is off on the wrong track, up 13 points over the same period. Read More…

Obama’s Approval Rating Falls To New Low: 44%

As the economy continues to show no improvement on its downward trend and president Barack Obama’s universal health care bill struggles in the Senate, only 44% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of his overall performance as president. According to the Rasmussen poll, that’s the lowest level yet measured for this president. Previously, his overall approval rating had fallen to 45% twice, once in early September and once in late November.
