Did Khloe Kardashian Cost Lamar Odom His Job?
Years ago I wrote a post about Khloe Kardashian dating rapper Young Jeezy. Literally minutes after I published that post, an email from Jeezy’s publicist landed in my Inbox. She wanted me to know, in no uncertain terms, that Khloe was not dating Jeezy.
In her email, the publicist stated that she was good friends with Khloe, who took to her blog the day before to dispute rumors that was seen partying with Chris Brown.
Later I found out that Khloe was actively pursuing then-Lakers star Lamar Odom. And she didn’t want Lamar to think she was giving up her goodies to every rapper who came along.
Image has always been a top priority to Khloe and her sisters, and Khloe had big plans for Lamar.
Derrick Rose and his girlfriend expecting a baby?
According to Stiletto Jill, Chicago Bulls superstar Derrick Rose and his girlfriend are expecting a baby.
Jill says Mieka’s sister “accidently” confirmed the pregnancy on Twitter in this tweet dated April 7th:
Jill might be jumping the gun and making assumptions about the seemingly random tweet. But since Mieka is Derrick’s fiancee, who else could be the daddy?

Real Housewives of Atlanta Reunion Will Be ‘Explosive’
Most of us who didn’t watch season 4 of Bravo’s partially scripted ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ really don’t care that the reunion show is coming up. But some of you do care. So here’s the tea: RHOA veteran Sheree Whitfield has apparently been shown the door — but she won’t be leaving quietly. Sources say Sheree will “lose her mind” during the show’s finale. She was irrelevant anyway.
It didn’t help matters for Sheree that her ex-husband, Bob Whitfield, started dating Atlanta blogger Michelle, owner of StraightfromtheA.
They say Sheree was so intimidated by Michelle that she apparently used her pull with the show’s producers to keep Michelle from joining the cast 2 seasons ago.
Well, Sheree’s “pull” is now gone, and apparently so is she.
Bob Whitfield’s disastrous appearance on the show this season failed to generate a story line. So he packed his things and moved to the west coast where he has enrolled in college. According to sources, Michelle and Whitfield continue their relationship long distance. She is considering a move to the west coast, since Bob has no plans to return to the Atlanta area.
Former Falcons coach caught cheating on his wife in the most embarrassing way
Former Atlanta Falcons coach Bobby Petrino held a press conference on Tuesday to talk about Sunday’s motorcycle crash that landed him in a hospital with broken ribs and neck injuries.
According to ESPN, the Arkansas Razorbacks football coach, “who is married with four children, didn’t mention he had a passenger during a news conference on Tuesday, two days after Sunday’s accident, and a school statement that day quoted Petrino’s family as saying “no other individuals” were involved.”
Petrino also didn’t tell his athletic director that his passenger was a woman half his age, or that she worked for the university.
Arkansas athletic director Jeff Long announced the decision to put Petrino on leave at a late-night news conference. He said he didn’t know about Petrino’s passenger — 25-year-old football program employee Jessica Dorrell — until the 51-year-old Petrino called him Thursday afternoon, minutes before a police report was released that disclosed her presence at the accident.
Petrino told Long that he had spent Sunday with his wife, Becky, at a lake and was going for an evening ride when he lost control of his motorcycle.
“When I came out of the ditch, there was a lady there that had flagged down a car,” Petrino said. He didn’t mention that “the lady” had been riding with him on his motorcycle when he crashed.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West: 2 Narcissists in Love?
Not for one minute do I believe that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are really dating. But the rumor does make for interesting blog fodder.
According to TMZ, Kim and Kanye were seen leaving a movie theater together in NYC yesterday. I guess that amounts to a romance in the celebrity world. But in the real world, their “date” is a mere publicity stunt contrived by two narcissists to grab headlines.
Coincidentally, their “date” occurred on the same day (at the very hour) that Kanye dropped a new, disjointed, uptempo tune called “Theraflu” — in which he proclaims his “love” for the self-obsessed reality star.

Rihanna: ‘Love is like swimming with sharks’
The NY Post’s gossip column Page Six has another article about rebellious Rihanna defying her boss Jay Z’s orders to avoid all contact with her abusive ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown.
A source in Rihanna’s camp told Page Six:
“Her management banned her from reuniting with Chris, but she said she’ll do whatever the hell she wants to,” said a source, adding, “Rihanna is rebelling. She says they have been working her too hard and she wants some time to herself. They fear she’ll secretly record an album with Brown, just to defy them.”

One of the saddest things I’ve read all year is Rihanna drawing an analogy between love and swimming with sharks, which she literally did while filming her first movie “Battleship”.
