LisaRaye wants you to know…
“Single Ladies” star LisaRaye, who is currently on tour in Italy (no doubt spending that “Single Ladies” cash), was forced to interrupt her vacation yesterday to respond to the backlash she received from Stacey Dash fans on Facebook.
As you know, there are unsubstantiated rumors circulating about Dash’s abrupt termination from the popular VH1 show. LisaRaye posted this message to her Facebook wall:
As everyone know I am in Italy vacationing. I was just made aware of the lies that are being spread by Mediatakeout and other blogs that like to create false stories. I was not even aware that Stacy Dash had been fired from Single Ladies. Furthermore if she has been fired that is a network decision. I don’t have the power to get her fired nor do I have any beef with her. Now im going to go continue enjoying my vacation!
Stacy Littlejohn, the show’s principal writer and executive producer, also responded to the grilling on LisaRaye’s Facebook:
LisaRaye is a very strong woman and we love her, but she does not have that kind of power, nor at any time did she seek to influence any casting decisions. Furthermore, no cast member of Single Ladies has the power to get another cast member fired. the 6th grade back-stabbing that LisaRaye’s being accused of is completely the creation of uninformed, instigating internet gossip. Please don’t buy into it. Let’s just celebrate that we have a Season 2 coming!!!!
But why would anyone think LisaRaye had anything to do with Dash’s dismissal from the show when LisaRaye is just a cast member herself? If people on Facebook are this dumb I’m glad I don’t have a Facebook page.

Did Gabrielle Union lose a lot of weight for a movie role?
Are we the only ones who notice actress Gabrielle Union’s dramatic weight loss? We don’t keep tabs on her, but it’s easy to see that Gabby weighs a lot less now than she did last month. We hope she isn’t on one of those fad liquid diets? The 38-year-old tweeted these shocking vacation photos following a recent trip to China with her beau, Dwyane Wade.
According to Jill, Wade was in China on official Jordan, Gatorade and Hublot (luxury watchmaker) business. In addition to touring Biejing and Shanghai, they climbed the Great wall of China together. Wade, who plays for the Miami Heat, earned tens of millions of dollars in endorsement fees for this trip.

Outkast’s Big Boi Busted for Possession of Ecstasy, Viagra
The jailhouse door never stops revolving for Hip Hop’s drug culture. Two weeks ago, rap artist Waka Flocka was busted in Queens, NY on drug possession charges. Then last week, emerging rap star Big Sean was arrested for an alleged sexual assault. The latest Hip Hop star to catch a federal drug charge is Big Boi, one half of the Grammy award winning duo Outkast.
Antwan “Big Boi” Patton was arrested in Miami this afternoon on drug possession charges as he exited a cruise ship.
Reportedly, passengers had complained about the sweet aroma of chronic filling the air outside the rooms of the entourage that traveled with Patton and his family. So when the cruise ship arrived back at the port of Miami, drug sniffing dogs were waiting for them.
According to published reports, Patton was charged with three felony counts of possession of Ecstasy pills, MDMA powder (the main ingredient of Ecstasy), Viagra pills, for which he did not have a prescription, and drug paraphernalia.
Patton, 36, was booked into the Pre-Trial Detention Center in Miami earlier today where he was held on $16,000 bail. He posted bail this afternoon, before tweeting, “Fresh Out Baby!”

Singers Estelle and Rihanna’s bikini shots set the Internets ablaze yesterday. Rihanna was spotted frolicking in the surf with friends (and her ever present publicist who makes sure the troubled singer isn’t drinking or doing drugs).
Meanwhile, halfway around the world, British chanteuse Estelle dazzled Saint-Tropez with in her cute little string bikini. Which singer do you think is hotter? Personally, I would choose anyone over Rihanna because of her mental issues. I don’t care how hawt she looks in a string bikini if she has a personality disorder. That’s a deal breaker for me.

Paparazzi over in Saint Tropez snapped photos of newlywed honeymooners Chris Bosh and Adrienne Bosh at Club 55 today. The couple were married in a private civil ceremony earlier this year but they made it official at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach last week with a splashy $300,000 wedding in front of 300 guests. Congrats to them.
So men really don’t care that their women’s cakes are as fake as all get out?
