Teena Marie's autopsy was completed yesterday, but Los Angeles County Coroner Ed Winter says her cause of death remains unclear.

According to the Atlanta Journal, investigators say the 54-year-old R&B singer's autopsy results revealed no signs of trauma. This conflicts with rumors that Marie suffered several fractured ribs from a fall during a seizure she had weeks before she died.

Marie's daughter, Alia Rose, found her mother's body in their Pasadena home one day after they celebrated Rose's 19th birthday.

There were reports that Marie died in her sleep after suffering a grand mal seizure. But there are people who experience seizures every day and they don't die.

Also unclear is why Marie had seizures in the first place. Did she have epilepsy or were the seizures drug induced?

Winter said no illegal drugs were found in the family's home where Marie died on December 26. But police removed a bottle of Valium from the scene. Valium is often prescribed for people with anxiety, panic attacks and to control seizures.

Marie reportedly stopped taking the drug due to its serious side effects, which include drowsiness, fatigue and constipation.

Teena Marie's planned concert appearance on New Year's Day at the Fox Theater in Atlanta will instead be a tribute to honor her career. Scheduled performers include MAZE and Frankie Beverly, along with Johnny Gill and Stephanie Mills.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the Fox Theater box office. Refunds are available at the point of purchase.

According to celebrity blogger Tami of Talkingwithtami.com, singer/songwriter Ne-Yo and his fiancée bestie, Monyetta Shaw, delivered a baby girl on Friday (Nov. 12). Congrats to them!

According to People.com, the baby's name is Madelyn Grace Smith, and she already has a nickname: it's "Maddie" for short.

Monyetta's baby shower was scheduled for today -- and I was told that she did not attend.

From what I understand (from People.com), Maddie is 2 months premature, which means she can't breathe on her own and requires a ventilator to assist her breathing. She will remain in neonatal intensive care at least until she is able to breathe on her own -- and that's if she has no other medical complications.

That is sad news for Ne-Yo and his bestie, Monyetta. Rumor has it that Ne-Yo and Monyetta have an agreement. Sort of like a surrogate mom.

Anyway, Monyetta used the loot to open a high end clothing boutique in Buckhead. I don't care what anyone says about Monyetta: she's a smart cookie for thinking long term and investing that money in a business.

Maddie's birth - which wasn't expected for another 2 months -- occurred while Ne-Yo was hosting an exclusive private shopping event at David Yurman's jewelry boutique inside the upscale Lenox Square Mall in Atlanta on Friday.

According to Tami:

Ne-Yo welcomed everyone but stated that he couldn’t stay long because his fiancée was in labor. Later I found out he had a baby girl, congrats to Neyo and Monyetta! The event was a success and for a good cause!

Kanye West covers the Back To The Future issue of i-D magazine. Look for Kanye West's mug to be featured on a slew of magazine covers now that his album release date is drawing near (Nov. 22). I promise I won't post all the covers. I don't want to bore you.

By the way, here's Kanye's set list for his upcoming Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy tour. Source: UHTN

And remember yesterday I told you that Matt Lauer plugged Kanye's upcoming concert on the Today Show? Well, Kanye tweeted that the concert was canceled.

Then he came back and tweeted this:

If you have lost a loved one to Alzheimer's disease, you can win a chance to attend a private luncheon this weekend given by T.I. and Tiny for their Alzheimer's foundation.

Just email me with your story at sandra @ sandrarose.com (remove the spaces).

Two winners will be selected on Friday (Oct. 1). Winners may bring one guest each. Please do not enter this contest if you do not live in the Atlanta area and are unable to attend.

Superstar rap mogul Jay Z, who played a sold-out Yankee Stadium 2 nights in a row, returned yesterday to watch the NY Yankees play the Tampa Rays. He sat in Alex Rodriguez's seat in the VIP box.

Jay's Yankee cap had a personalized inscription under the brim that read, "I made the Yankee hat more famous than a Yankee can". He's such a typical narcissist, isn't he?

His accessories included an Audemars Piguet Royal Offshore Las Vegas Strip Chronograph timepiece, which retails for $29,500.

And a bejeweled NY Yankees World Series replica ring. Jay Z and his buddy chris Martin of the rock band Coldplay will perform separately during a 3-day gig to celebrate the opening of the Cosmopolitan Casino and Resort on New Year's Eve in Las Vegas.

Members of Atlanta's gay community are still in shock over the senseless death of a co-owner of the popular gay club Traxx.

Durand Robinson, 50, (pictured above left) was found lying in the middle of a street with a gunshot wound to the chest in the early morning hours of August 25th. A resident on Hadlock Street on Atlanta's southwest side, called police at 1:23 a.m. to report sounds of a "commotion" followed by gunfire and a car speeding off.

An hour earlier, Robinson had attended a board meeting near midtown with other Traxx Atlanta partners to plan for the upcoming Black Gay Pride Week.

Although Robinson helped organize many gay events over 20 years, he was quick to let anyone know that he wasn't gay.

He often talked about his grown daughter, publicist Wynter Robinson, and the five nieces he helped raise. And Wynter always praised her father for his endless patience in raising the girls.

Although Robinson will be remembered as a peaceful and gentle man, a history of violence permeates the Traxx Atlanta firm that he was a partner of. Out of the 5 original partners of Traxx Atlanta, 3 have met violent deaths.

Well, that was quick: according to a press release, pseudo-singer Ciara's signature had barely dried on the contract before she politely backed out of her commitment to perform live during Atlanta's Black Gay Pride weekend.

The news comes as a surprise to all who planned on traveling to Atlanta to see Ciara perform. CiCi was set to join a lesbun studded lineup, including Nicki Minaj and Amber Rose, whose appearances have been confirmed.

We can speculate all day why Ciara suddenly got cold feet. But we here at Sandrarose.com don't engage in petty speculation.

According to a press release sent out by Traxx Atlanta and Sean Biggs Entertainment -- Traxx Atlanta are "in talks" with R & B recording artist Ciara hoping that she will [change her mind and] "join the likes of LiL Kim, Nicki, Monica and Trina (just to name a few) that have graced [Traxx] in the years before her."

Now, earlier this week, it was confirmed that Ciara was set to appear at Gay Pride. So what happened?

A Traxx Atlanta rep made this cryptic statement (was he referring to Ciara?):

"I really need to talk to any one that would have a problem with our line up. With prop 8 being shot down again we don't need our black public figures discriminating against gays and leisbens [sic]."

This year Taxx is set to see over 45,000 people which will make it the largest single gay festive event the nation has ever seen. Atlanta Black Gay Pride takes place September 2 through September 7th.

According to Miss Toya, R&B pseudo-singer Ciara has signed on to be one of the headliners performing live during Black Gay Pride Weekend in Atlanta next month.

Even though rail straight heterosexuals such as Monica has previously performed during Atlanta Pride weekend, Ciara is well known for being an undercover lesbun.

Rapper Nicki Minaj, who Kanye West ridiculously claims will be the 2nd greatest rapper of all time, is also slated to perform during the Atlanta Pride weekend, which takes place at Traxx Atlanta from September 2nd to September 7th.

More down low artists -- including Trey Songz and Mario -- are expected to be added to the lineup within the next two weeks.

ATL’s Club King Alex Gidewon (of AG Entertainment) gives singer Akon Of Konvict Music, Devyne Stephens, CEO Of Upfront Megatainment; Fesh Of Bahlna Productions, and Dj Armageddon (East Coast Sound Patrol), a behind the scenes tour of the New Vision Night Club in Atlanta.

The Grand Opening of the new Vision is right around the corner. Check back for more details!

In case you missed it, the TAKERS Hollywood red carpet premiere was live on Ustream tonight. I grabbed some screen shots for you guys to hold you over until the real pics are uploaded to the Internet in the morning.

Troubled singer chris brown was dissed hard by the fans at the Hollywood premiere of TAKERS. As you know, he's one of the stars in the movie.

When cb arrived on the red carpet, the normally boisterous fans fell silent. At first I thought something was wrong with my monitor!

Don't forget, the party continues at 1 AM right here with another LIVE Ustream broadcast from inside the VIP after party! Keri Hilson will be performing, as well as T.I. and chris brown.

But I'll be knocked out by then.

More screen grabs after the break!
