HONEYMOON OVER: Facebook Opens BELOW IPO Price

Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, 28, married his longtime girlfriend, Priscilla Chan, in a secret ceremony at their $7 million Palo Alto, CA home on Saturday — one day after his Facebook IPO made him $10 billion dollars richer.

But the Zuckerbergs’ honeymoon is already over.

Just 2 days after Facebook’s Wall Street underwriters scrambled to purchase over 300 million shares to keep Facebook’s IPO afloat at $38, the stock opened 2 percent lower in pre-market trading this morning.

The social network made history with it’s initial public offering on Friday, but Morgan Stanley, Facebook’s chief underwriter, was forced to buy millions of shares to keep the stock at it’s opening price. While that type of stock manipulation may sound illegal, it is perfectly legal according to Wall Street analysts.

Now there are new concerns that Facebook stocks will start trading at below it’s IPO value when the bell rings on Wall Street at 9:30 a.m. If that happens, small time investors who purchased the stock on Friday will lose big.

Adrienne posts new pic of Chris Bosh’s baby

After witnessing the delivery of his newborn baby boy in Miami on Thursday, Chris Bosh boarded a private jet to New York City, where he helped his Miami Heat team crush the hapless NY Knicks 87-70 in game 3 of the Eastern Conference playoffs. The Knicks becomes the first team to lose 13 consecutive post-season games in the history of the NBA.

Bosh’s wife, Adrienne, posted this pic of their newborn son, Jackson, on her Instragram page just moments ago.

By naming their son Jackson, Adrienne and Chris joins the newest trend in hip parenting: giving their children last names. My attorney, Precious Anderson-Scott, of the Anderson Firm, also named her 2-year-old son Jackson, and her 2-month-old son is named Davis.

Just moments ago, Adrienne Bosh posted this image of her proud husband, Chris Bosh holding their newborn son.

In the caption, she wrote: “I could sit around and watch them together all day ”

Good for them! Hopefully this means Bosh will be on the floor with his teammates in New York tonight.

Chris Bosh’s wife Adrienne went into labor

According to ESPN, Chris Bosh left practice in New York to fly home to Miami where his wife Adrienne went into labor with the couple’s first child. The couple were married last Summer and are expecting a baby boy. Bosh already has a daughter by a former jump off.

I ran into Bosh and Adrienne at the upscale Jeffrey shoe boutique inside the Phipps Plaza almost two months ago. The attention that he paid to her while she strolled around the store was so adorable. He is clearly a happy man.

The Heat were told late Wednesday that Bosh had to return home. Bosh left from New York on a private plane, and his wife, Adrienne, posted a photo on a social media account saying “hurry home.”

FAA records showed Bosh’s charter flight arrived in Miami shortly after 2 a.m. ET on Thursday. He arrived in New York with the Heat on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., before being called back to Miami about five hours later.

Bosh had earlier indicated that he’d be ready at a moment’s notice.

“I’ve got a beeper so when it goes off, I’ll be ready,” Bosh said. “It’s an exciting time, I’m trying to compete for a championship and prepare for new life. It is a busy time in the Bosh household.”

Yesterday, Khloe Kardashian denied rumors that she and hubby Lamar Odom pulled the plug on their reality show, Khloe & Lamar.

But today, the rumor was confirmed by People magazine. Khloe, who appears on the cover of the current issue, told People why she and her hubby were stepping back from the limelight.

If you recall, I told you that a little west coast birdie dropped the scoop that Lamar put his Dallas Mavericks teammates on the back burner to reshoot scenes for Khloe’s reality show. At the time Lamar claimed his father was gravely ill and he had to take a leave of absence to tend to him.

But the truth was soon revealed. Lamar’s love for Khloe forced him to make the difficult choice between his team and the show. And that didn’t sit well with team management.

Khloe has all but confirmed those rumors as well.
