Sherri Shepherd and Hubby Expecting a Baby Girl
Entertainment personality Sherri Shepherd and her husband Sal are having a baby through artificial insemination. Sherri, 46, and her 59-year-old husband, Lamar Salley will forego the expense and risks involved with a natural pregnancy at her age. Instead, the couple have rented a womb and are waiting patiently for their baby girl to arrive.
Paris Jackson goes out to lunch with her biological mother
Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris Jackson, 15, and her biological mother Debbie Rowe went to lunch together at Fire Island Grill in Palmdale, California on Sunday (April 28). Rowe, who befriended Jackson in the 1990s, agreed to bear 2 children for him (Paris and Prince) through artificial insemination. Rowe was paid an undisclosed sum of money in return for giving up her parental rights. Paris and her mother have grown close in recent months. Katherine Jackson, who has custody of Paris and her brothers Prince Michael, 16, and Blanket, 11, will be in a California court today for the start of her $40 billion negligence lawsuit against concert organizer AEG Live, who she says hired Conrad Murray, Michael’s personal physician, to make sure he got enough rest for 50 concerts planned at London’s 02 Arena. Murray is serving a 4-year sentence for causing the death of Michael Jackson with an illegal dose of surgical anesthetic in 2009. The trial is expected to last 3 months. The star-studded witness list includes singer Prince, Quincy Jones, Diana Ross, Michael’s ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley, ‘Hulk’ actor Lou Ferrigno, Rowe and Michael’s children, Prince and Paris.

Celebs Out & About: Lindsay Lohan, Sara Gilbert
Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan, 26, arrived at court today wearing virginal white for the first day of her trial in California. Lindsay showed up late for the 8:30 AM PDT hearing because the private jet she was on was diverted to LAX at the last minute (so says her camp). Lindsay is being sued by a truck driver who says the accident-prone actress collided into his dump truck with her Porsche on Pacific Coast Highway last June.
The truck driver said he suffered emotional distress even though his 18-wheeler showed no significant damage when, he claims, Lindsay was “flying” down the highway and rammed his dump truck with her little Porsche. The truck driver mentioned something about a bribe from Lindsay.

But the Beyonce Stans are in a frenzy now that they have the clearest photo of the Golden child that we’ve seen thus far.

Kansas Sues Lesbian Couple’s Sperm Donor for Child Support
When lesbian couple Jennifer Schreiner and Angela Bauer wanted a baby to complete their family in 2009, they turned to a friend, William Marotta, to donate his sperm. But the unorthodox “new normal” arrangement may lead to financial ramifications for the well meaning 46-year-old married man.
The state of Kansas sued Marotta for child support of the now 3-year-old girl after Schreiner filed for state assistance.
Marotta told The Topeka Capital-Journal newspaper he’s “a little scared about where this is going to go, primarily for financial reasons.”
