Many of you have already seen this video of a 6-year-old boy with emotional and behavioral problems who is acting out while getting his hair cut.
Usually children who act out in public like this have experienced trauma and abuse at home.
South African actress Charlize Theron had her hands full dragging her 4-year-old son, Jackson, to her car after ballet class.
The little boy’s temper tantrum was caught on camera — unfortunately for the 40-year-old mother-of-2 who was quickly branded a “monster mom” by OK! magazine.
Single women like Charlize Theron mean well, but boy children are more at risk for emotional and behavioral problems when there is no father present.
3-year-old Mateo rocketed to Internet fame after his mother, Linda Beltran, uploaded a YouTube video of him begging her for a cupcake for dinner.
“Linda, honey, just listen to me,” says Mateo to his mother. Beltran says her son calls her Linda when he’s “very serious,” and he wants to make sure she’s listening to him.
After viewing the video last week, Ellen Degeneres made a plea for Linda to bring Mateo on her show. Beltran and a more subdued Mateo appeared on the show yesterday.
3-year-old Mateo doesn’t see why he can’t have a cupcake for dinner, especially since he ate his lunch. Mateo’s mother, Linda Beltran — whom Mateo calls “Linda” or “honey”, threatens to spank the boy simply because he won’t listen to her.
“Linda, honey, just listen to me,” says little Mateo, who makes the argument that he would get his cupcake if he were at his grandma’s house. Beltran says her son calls her Linda when he’s “very serious” and he wants to make sure she’s listening to him.
This is a classic example of a single mother who substitutes her son for her boyfriend.
This is not cute behavior. It is very poor parenting and will lead to problems later on.

A 6-year-old Colorado boy was suspended from school for 2 days for kissing a female classmate on the hand.
The national media dragged the school district for burdening first-grader Hunter Yelton with a “sexual harassment” infraction on his school records. In response to the public outcry, the district downgraded the sexual harassment charge to misconduct.
The boy’s mother, Jennifer Saunders, expressed outrage at the school district’s decision to suspend her son.
“He is 6 years old, and that is absolutely ridiculous for him to have ‘sexual harassment’ on his record, even it is (only on the district’s) record,” she said.
But the girl’s mother stands behind the school’s decision to suspend the boy and to label him a sexual predator.
Parents in Los Angeles are expressing outrage after rocker Marilyn Manson simulated cutting himself onstage during the LA leg of his Shock Therapy Tour.
The bizarre behavior occurred one day after Manson issued a personal VIP invite to Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris Jackson, 15, who was hospitalized after a possible suicide attempt.
During Thursday’s concert, Manson dedicated a song to Paris, announcing, “This song is for Paris Jackson” before launching into his song “Disposable Teens.”
Manson sent a message to Paris via TMZ, saying “I hope you feel better. You will be on my guest list anytime you want.”
