Saloon singer Beyonce and her aging manager Jay Z were spotted at lunch in Paris, France, where they can’t get in trouble for being in a communist country. Jay Z reportedly flew to Paris with their daughter Blue Ivy so the child can see her mother who is currently on a world tour. It’s a shame that Beyonce brought her daughter out in public with her nappy hair looking like Buckwheat. Bey doesn’t carry a brush in her purse for emergencies?

According to a Reuters quote on the @BreakingNews official Twitter page, Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s controversial visit to Cuba “was licensed by US Treasury Department for cultural purposes.”
Does anyone find it strange that the U.S. Treasury Dept. would issue a travel permit to Beyonce and Jay Z for any reason? The U.S. State Department is usually the entity that issues such travel permits — and, according to them, they didn’t even know Beyonce and Jay Z were in Cuba. So is Mr. Obama (Beyonce’s knight in shining armor) galloping to Beyonce’s rescue with a last-minute heretofore unknown permit?
U.S. State Department Did Not Approve Beyonce and Jay Z’s Cuba Trip
The furor over Beyonce and Jay Z’s trip to communist Cuba continues to rage. The hip hop couple, who celebrated their 5th anniversary in Cuba, apparently made the trip without the U.S. State Department’s approval, according to Theweek.com.
A State Department official said it had “no prior knowledge of the trip,” and “the U.S. Interest Section in Havana says it doesn’t know if they got permits, and neither the Carters nor their representatives have explained how they traveled to Cuba.”
Outraged Cuban Americans in Miami plan to protest Beyonce’s concert there in July and Jay Z’s show in August. The Grammy winning couple will soon learn that the Cubans are not the ones to mess with.

Beyonce and Jay Z spent their 5th wedding anniversary in Havana, Cuba. The hip hop couple stopped traffic as they strolled down a Havana street surrounded by heavy security. The Associated press reports that Beyonce and Jay ate lunch at the renowned restaurant La Guarida on Wednesday. The couple dined on fish, chicken, black beans and rice. A waitress told the AP that Beyonce and Jay Z toured the restaurant, looking at celebrity photos hanging on a wall as their security held back the crowd outside.
