Georgia's governor lifted restrictions so Georgians are free to move about the state without face masks. But residents in other states are not so lucky.

Instagram users were outraged when they saw photos of reality TV personalities Tameka "Tiny" Harris, Antonia "Toya" Johnson and Rasheeda attending Kandi Burruss' 44th "Mask Off" birthday bash without face masks on in southwest Atlanta.

Toya posted photos from the gathering which she captioned: "I stepped outside today for a quick second to show the birthday girl some love..... Happy Birthday @kandi..."

One irate Instagram user wrote:

"Didn't None Of Yall Have On Masks And We Wonder Why The Cases Are Rising Still Especially In Atlanta Smh,' and someone else praised Rasheeda's looks: Man I know Rasheeda was hot... especially with that hoodie on. I would have been sweating bullets."

In fact, Georgia's coronavirus cases have gone down since Gov. Brian Kemp lifted the restrictions.

Meanwhile, Kandi shared a photo of her family after the event. "I haven't been going out either! I was so happy to see y'all. FRFR!... Thank you."

We love, LOVE the picture of Kandi's daughter, Riley, rocking her natural hair in an afro after wearing hair weave all her life!

Unrecognizable pop singer Adele thanked essential healthcare workers while celebrating her 32nd birthday with a new photo on Instagram.com.

In her first Instagram post since she lost 100 pounds last year, the Grammy-winning star shared a photo of her new look while thanking front line workers and healthcare personnel for their dedication to others during the much-politicized pandemic.

"Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you're all staying safe and sane during this crazy time. I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels...
2020 okay bye thanks x."

The singer transformed herself while taking a hiatus from recording. Adele was said to be depressed following her failed marriage to ex-husband Simon Konecki.

Adele and Konecki share custody of 7-year-old son Angelo.

A source told PEOPLE Adele followed a strict diet and workout routine that included cross-training and full-body Pilates.

"She got to the point where she didn't feel great," said the source. "She knew she had to change something because she wants to be the healthiest mom possible."

Blue Ivy Carter turned 8 years old today. The frenzy surrounding the firstborn daughter of Beyonce and Jay-Z began when Beyonce rubbed her belly bump onstage at the 2011 MTV Video Awards.

After Blue Ivy's birth, photographers waited patiently for Beyonce or Jay-Z to bring the baby outside so they could snap photos of her feet or hands. Photos of any part of Blue Ivy's body sold for hundreds of dollars. Exclusive photos of Blue's face would command $100,000 or more.

For the first 2 years of her life Blue Ivy was hidden under blankets and other inanimate objects. She was dubbed "the saddest little girl in NYC."

When Beyonce and Jay-Z finally stopped hiding Blue Ivy, the public weighed in on her looks and her natural hair - which people hated with a passion.

There are reports that the gossip about Blue's hair, or whether she was really a boy, hurt Beyonce and Jay-Z.

In response to the gossip, Blue Ivy did not leave the house until Bey's glam team worked their magic on her. The results were nothing short of spectacular.

Blue Ivy has grown into a beautiful little girl. But even now her looks are still up for debate. Black Twitter dragged 2 rude journalists who thought it was funny to disparage a child's looks.

Jay-Z got in a man's face and snatched his cell phone for filming Beyonce at Sean Combs' star-studded 50th birthday party on Saturday.

The "Hard Knock Life" rapper was hovering protectively over his wife Beyonce as she bust a move on the dance floor at the Bad Boy Records founder's belated 50th birthday party.

The couple was among the many well-heeled guests helping their pal celebrate his big day at his Los Angeles mansion.

In footage filmed by a guest at the bash, the 39-year-old "Formation" singer can be seen getting down to Bobby Brown's classic hit "Every Little Step" alongside her pals Kelly Rowland and rapper Saweetie. Her overly protective husband hovered nearby.

The 50-year-old rapper quickly sprung to action when he caught a male guest standing right next to Beyonce with his cell phone out, seemingly trying to film the semi-retired singer.

In a second clip, the "Big Pimpin" rapper snatched the phone out of the stunned partygoer's hand. However, he appeared to return the phone swiftly after warning the reveler against recording his wife again.

The dreadlocked rapper can be heard asking the man, "Who invited you?"

The incident apparently didn't faze Beyonce, as the "Run The World (Girls)" star seemed to be in her own world.

The big night also saw Jay reunite with Kanye West, three years after the "Power" hitmaker called out Jay-Z and Beyonce onstage for skipping his 2014 wedding to wife Kim Kardashian-West.

Jay-Z, 50, seemed to avoid Kanye for most of the night, but the aging rapper finally acknowledged his former producer when Kanye extended his hand to end their bitter feud.

Kanye and Jay-Z's 3-year feud was behind Kanye's infamous rant during a concert in 2017 when the 42-year-old rapper pleaded with Jay-Z to call him and begged him not to send his goons to kill him.

Soon after the rant, Kanye had a nervous breakdown and was admitted to a hospital mental ward.

A year later, Jay-Z told Rap Radar that Kanye's rant hurt him because he brought his wife Beyonce into their feud. He also said he loved Kanye and he reached out to him.

"It's a complicated relationship with us because Kanye came into this business on my label," Jay said.

"And we're both entertainers. It's always been like a little underlying competition here with your big brother. And we both love and respect each other's art too, so it's like, we both - everyone wants to be the greatest in the world. Then it's like a lot of other factors that play in it. But it's - we're gonna always be good."

When asked if there was still tension between him and Kanye, Jay said, "Yeah, yeah. But that happens in the long relationship. You know, hopefully when we're 89, we look at this six months or whatever time and we laugh at that."

Offset is just a kid at heart. His birthday cake was video game-inspired.

In a video clip shared to her Instagram stories on Saturday, Dec. 14, the "Bodak Yellow" rapper teased her man before joking: "You got every car. You got every jewelry. You got everything. You got every shoe. You know what I'm saying. What else can I give somebody that got everything?" she asked before giving her husband a hint: "The fridge!"

In a refrigerator behind Offset, the rapper piled stacks of money, which the "I Like It" star said was $500,000. Cardi knows how to keep her cheating husband happy.

"Happy birthday, and don't expect no Christmas gift from me. Ain't no Christmas gift. Only for the kids." Cardi quipped, before telling her husband she loves him.

Later in the evening, Cardi uploaded more clips of the celebrations, including strippers giving her man lap dances, and a clip of him feasting on fried chicken sandwiches from Popeyes.

Tiffany Haddish celebrated her 40th birthday on Tuesday, Dec. 3, by throwing herself a belated bat mitzvah. Her invited guests included rumored boyfriend, rapper Common. The Girls Trip actress and the popular rap star have been inseparable since Common, 47, dumped his political analyst girlfriend Angela Rye, 40, back in September.

A bat mitzvah is Hebrew for "daughter of commandment," when 12-year-old Jewish girls mature to adulthood. Haddish was inspired by her father's background as an Eritrean Jew for the title of her new stand-up comedy show, Black Mitzvah, which debuted on Netflix. She decided to celebrate the launch of her new comedy show at the party - which also doubled as a traditional coming-of-age bash.

A Rabbi presided over the bat mitzvah ceremony. When a Jewish girl turns 12, she assumes the rights and responsibilities of a Jewish adult. But Haddish discovered her religious heritage later in life, so she decided to make her 40th birthday a celebration to remember.

Haddish even took part in a traditional Hora dance. She was raised into the air on a chair, and sang along to Israeli folk song, "Hava Nagila".

Celebrity guests included (L-R) Niko Khalé, his baby mama Keyshia Cole; Jessica Gadsden and Charlamagne tha God. Ironically, the party took Haddish back to her entertainment roots as she used to work as an "energy producer" at bar and bat mitzvahs at the very start of her career.

Haddish's good friend, comedian and cross-dresser Flame Monroe embraced Haddish at her Black Mitzvah celebration at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills. Monroe describes himself as both a drag queen and "comedian who happens to be transgender".

The father-of-two caused controversy when he appeared as a guest on NYC's Power 105.1 The Breakfast Club radio show and insisted "there ain't no women with penises." Click here to watch the interview.

The Internet is convinced that emotionally unavailable rapper Common is dating comic actor Tiffany Haddish. They say Common kicked Angeles Rye to the curb after taking her back twice.

The 47-year-old rapper/actor and then-39-year-old political analyst broke up in March of last year after a rocky relationship. They both released statements saying they remained friends.

But they got back together in May only to part ways again before reuniting in August. Now it seems they are done for good. According to the gossipmongers on message board Lipstick Alley, he dumped Angela in September to pursue Tiffany, a divorcee with a well-documented history of emotional and mental problems.

In between his multiple breakups with Angela, Common sought counseling from unlicensed therapist Michelle Obama.

He said she told him that his emotional issues stems from his ordeal as a child when he was molested by an uncle.

The abuse caused him to question his own sexuality which made it difficult for him to relate to women. Particularly so-called "strong, independent women" like Angela, who has personality issues of her own.

According to the sleuths on Lipstick Alley, Common skipped Angela's 40th birthday party in October. A few days later he was spotted taking Selfies with Tiffany backstage at the Blue Note Jazz Club. He recently flew to the West Coast to celebrate Tiffany's 40th birthday.

Update: her good friend said that when common went on tour in sept he kinda got distant. stopped calling, etc. when he came back he just sat her down and told her that they just didn't have it. he wasn't feeling the chemistry needed to go forward. same friend said common was super nice and cool when he hung out with her, but that they didn't have any romantic chemistry. seemed more like a guy she was kicking it with and not a couple. i've heard a few people say that-- they never acted or seemed like a couple. just no spark between them, no affection, and apparently no love because he let her know he just wasn't in love with her like that.

He missed Angela's 40th but flew to LA with Tiffany Haddish to celebrate hers. I'm surprised TMZ didn't catch them leaving NYC and arriving at LAX at the same time. They've been glued to the hip since he got back on tour. Weren't they rumored to be together after he and Angela broke up the first time?

UPDATE: one of tiffany's party guests-- a poster artists she hired for the part-- just replied on IG. confirmed she and common are def dating. said he was in LA on business as well as for her bday party.

Questions: 1. Considering their past histories of emotional unavailability, do you think Common and Tiffany make a good couple?

2. How long do you think they will last before he moves on to the next emotionally damaged Hollywood starlet?
