NYPD investigators are trying to determine wether the shooting deaths of two rappers were in retaliation for the drive-by shooting of Anthony Robinson, 29, on Sunday in the Bronx.

U.S.-based Ghanian rapper Jay Gunz (pictured) was among 3 males shot by two gunmen in the hallway of an apartment building in the Bronx over the weekend.

Graphic surveillance video captured two unidentified Black males shooting at the three terrified victims as they crouched down outside a locked apartment door around 8 p.m.

Gunz, real name Joel Baba, 22, and another Ghanian rapper, Eghosa "Eno" Imafidon, 23, were pronounced dead. A third man, Mohammed Baba, 29, is recovering from gunshot wounds at a Bronx hospital.

The shooting occurred at 306 East 171 street on Sunday, not far from where Robinson was killed as he crossed a street while holding his 6-year-old daughter's hand.

Robinson was gunned down at the corner of Sheridan Avenue and East 170th Street - four blocks from the building where Baba and Imafadon were killed just 2 hours later.

Robinson and the three victims were reportedly members of African gangs in the Bronx.

According to Ghanaweb.com, Jay Gunz's mother, who is from Sekondi, owns a popular store in the Bronx, and provided a good living for her children.

A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the suspect who shot a Bronx dad in broad daylight as he held his 6-year-old daughter's hand.

Graphic CCTV video shows the moment when Anthony Robinson was shot as he used his body to shield his young daughter when a gunman fired from inside a car.

The shooting happened around 6 p.m. on July 5 at the corner of Sheridan Avenue and East 170th Street in the Bronx.

The video shows Robinson, 29, crossing the street with his daughter by his side. He turned to shield his daughter when a man opened fire from a sedan that pulled alongside them.

Someone inside the car said something to him, according to his daughter. Seconds later, shots rang out and Robinson fell to the pavement as his terrified daughter ran away.

Robinson was hit multiple times, according to the NY Post.

Robinson's murder was one of 8 in New York City's deadly 4th of July holiday weekend. There were 49 shootings over the weekend, the NY Post reports.
