Update: Rosie O'Donnell's missing daughter Chelsea has been found safe in New Jersey.
"Chelsea has been found and is safe in police custody — thank u all for the help and light," O'Donnell tweeted at 6:25 p.m. on Tuesday. She added she was on her way to pick up the 17-year-old runaway and her beloved therapy dog, "Bear."
