Over 1,000 protestors answered the call in Chicago tonight, where Trump was expected to hold court at the UIC Pavilion.

Trump canceled his rally tonight at the UIC Pavilion as incidents of violence erupted inside the UIC Pavilion.

Ronald Johnson

Chicago police have released dashcam video showing the police shooting death of Ronald Johnson, 25, in Chicago's Washington Park neighborhood in 2014.

The video released by the Clark County prosecutor's office shows Chicago Police Officer George Hernandez shooting Johnson in the back 2 seconds after arriving on the scene in his squad car.

Police maintain Johnson had a gun in his hand. No weapon is seen in Johnson's hand on the video.

Chicago police released dash cam video showing a former Chicago police officer shooting and killing an unarmed black teenager.

Officer Jason Van Dyke, 37, turned himself in on Tuesday after a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was charged with 1st degree murder in the shooting death of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald last October.

The Chicago boy who was found executed in an alley was "specifically targeted" and lured to the location where he was killed on Monday.

Police say 9-year-old Tyshawn Lee was specifically targeted due to his father's alleged gang affiliations. Police believe Lee's death was in retaliation for the recent murders of 2 gang members.

Schools have been shut down and trains halted in an area of north of Chicago where a massive manhunt is underway for 3 cop killers.

An unidentified Fox Lake police officer radioed a dispatcher to say he was chasing three "suspicious" men on foot before 8 a.m. The officer requested backup.

Police responded to the scene and found the officer's lifeless body near route 12 and Sayton Road in Lake County, IL. He had been stripped of his gun and pepper spray.
