But instead of posting images of the child on her social networking pages, her mother — self-obsessed singer Beyonce — posted pics of herself wearing pajamas, a fur lined coat and her favorite pair of Christian Louboutin Pigalle studded pumps in nude patent leather. The pumps retail for $1495.

Singer Beyonce Knowles-Carter was tailed by hordes of paparazzi around the Art Basel Miami Beach exhibition in Miami on Sunday. The singer was dressed casually in a flower print shorts set and nude colored Christian Louboutin pumps. Beyonce held a Canon camera in her hand as she smiled for the paparazzi.
