The Georgia Bulldogs knocked off the Oklahoma Sooners in a thrilling 54-48 double-overtime win at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif. on Monday.

Migos rapper Quavo Huncho, center, was in the house to congratulate the Bulldogs, who now face the daunting Alabama Crimson Tide for the mythical national championship.

A college football All-American SEC Defensive Player of the Year came out publicly for the first time in an interview published on the NY Times website on Sunday.

Michael Sam, above right, a 24-year-old defensive lineman for the University of Missouri, came out to his teammates during a team building exercise at a preseason football practice last year. When it was Sam's turn to speak, he nervously balled up a piece of paper in his hands, and said, ā€œIā€™m gay."

Adrian Briskey A woman shot and killed a fellow college football fan because she and others weren't upset over the Alabama Crimson Tide's loss to Auburn in the Iron Bowl football game last weekend.

Adrian Briskey, 28, was arrested on Monday and charged in the shooting death of 36-year-old Michelle Shepherd on Saturday, Nov. 30.

#1 ranked Alabama was handed their first loss of the season when Auburn ran back a missed Crimson Tide field goal for a touchdown to win the game 34-28 with no time left on the clock.

The stunning loss dropped Alabama to #4 in the polls and lifted Auburn to #3.
