Critics took issue with Nipsey for a comment he wrote in the caption of an Instagram.com photo of well-dressed black males on Jan. 8.

Twitter suspends blogger

It's been a month since Twitter.com unveiled its new and aggressive policy cracking down on abusive behavior.

“We suck at dealing with abuse and trolls on the platform and we’ve sucked at it for years,” wrote Twitter CEO Dick Costolo in a leaked internal memo obtained by Slate.com.

“We’re going to start kicking these people off right and left and making sure that when they issue their ridiculous attacks, nobody hears them," Costolo wrote.
