Wendy Williams was spotted arriving at the studio with her team earlier this week. The 56-year-old talk show host showed off her dramatic 25 lb weight loss during quarantine.

She looked healthy as she exited her chauffeured SUV. Wendy previously struggled to walk due to a condition called lymphedema which causes a buildup of fluid in the tissue resulting in swelling in her legs and feet.

But Wendy seemed to be getting around without trouble. She wore denim shorts, an LV letterman style jacket, high top sneakers and a Dior top.

Wendy discussed her condition in a recent episode of her talk show.

"I have lymphedema and it doesn't go away," she explained, as the camera zoomed in on her pink sneakers. "How dare you, how dare you, how dare you make fun of me and the way I walk and the whole bit," she said, apparently addressing hateful comments made by her former friend, NeNe Leakes.

"What will you get if you live long enough? Everybody gets something," Wendy laughed. "If I don't laugh, I'll cry. Damn you feet, damn you feet, damn you feet!"

A stressful marriage can take a toll on a woman's health. Women who suspect their husbands may be cheating on them are especially vulnerable.

Kandi Burruss took to her Instagram Stories to confess that she gained 20 pounds since May. Ironically, that's around the time when rumors swirled about her husband, Todd Tucker, and a certain voluptuous real estate agent.

The 44-year-old mom of three said she was struggling to lose 10 pounds, leaving her with 30 pounds as her weight loss goal.

"Okay so today is Wednesday, I believe it's the, is it the 16th of September? This is the first day back to working out," Burruss said.

Kandi added: "I gained 20 pounds since May. Since you know... well not at the beginning of Covid."

Marital stress can cause symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, forgetfulness, insomnia and mood swings.

Women tend to pile on the pounds by eating greasy, fatty foods, rather than healthy foods from all 5 food groups (dairy, vegetables, fruit, grain and protein).

Kandi continued: "The beginning of Covid i was working out and i was in shape. And even then I wanted to lose 10 pounds but I ended up getting lax and comfortable and I ended up gaining 20."

"So that means I have have 30 pounds of which I would like to lose. I just want to better myself overall. I just want to get used to making working out a regular routine."

In the video titled, "I need help! Thank God for family... I hope I can stick to this 7 am workout schedule," Kandi explained that her cousin Patrick has volunteered to work out with her.

"He's a trainer. He got up and came to my house at 7 to workout and that's going to be my regular time. I hope I can stick to this."

Kandi and Todd share two children. They also have grown daughters from previous relationships.

Here are some tips to handle stress in a marriage:

1. Seek Self-Awareness

Pick the most common stress response for you and your spouse. When you notice this behavior, acknowledge the presence of difficult emotions and discuss them.

2. Listen

Listen to your spouse. Sometimes thoughts and emotions are misinterpreted because you don't listen. If you're having a hard day, ask your husband to listen to you.

3. Explore

Encourage your spouse to explore his feelings and describe what's going on inside him. Try not to be judgmental or accusatory, but have empathy for what your spouse is feeling. Name and validate painful emotions. Offering comfort for past hurts can help reduce painful emotions.

4. Seek out stressors from your spouse's childhood

Seek out your husband's feelings. Ask him about his childhood. If he feels overwhelmed, anxious and burdened, ask him if he felt overwhelmed, anxious and burdened as a child. Ask him what happens when he feels this way.

5. Resolve stress

After listening, ask, "How can I help?" Perhaps he needs some time alone after an emotionally exhausting conversation. You don't have to anticipate what he needs, you just have to ask.

Pop singer/rapper Lizzo shared a powerful TikTok video clip blasting all those who criticize her for her looks and her body size.

"Hey, so I've been working out consistently for the last 5 years and it may come as a surprise to some of y'all that I'm not working out to have your ideal body type," she says over videos that show her working out intensely.

"I'm working out to have my ideal body type and you know what type that is? None of your f**king business! Because I am beautiful, I am strong, I do my job, and I stay on my job," she said.

Lizzo went on to curse out each and every hater who don't look in the mirror before they criticize others.

"So next time you want to come to somebody and judge them, whether they drink kale smoothies or eat McDonald's or workout or not workout, how about you look at your own f**king self and worry about your own goddamn body because health is not just determined on what you look like on the outside, health is also what happens on the inside. And a lot of y'all need to do a f**king cleanse for your insides. Namaste, have a great day."

Lizzo has been mocked and teased relentlessly on social media for not having a slim, curvy body like other singers in her field.

The 32-year-old star admitted she's depressed and sometimes cries herself to sleep due to the excessive bullying. She has considered deleting her social media accounts, but the draw to social media is too powerful to let go.

In her hit song "Truth Hurts," Lizzo said "why food great 'til I gotta lose weight." The singer has ramped up her exercise and dieting routines - but not to appease others. To inspire others to eat healthy and workout so they can live long, healthy lives.

Teyana Taylor opened up about her battle with body image insecurities. The 28-year-old Harlem native revealed she struggles with what many consider her ideal body.

The R&B singer and dancer said, "People may say I have a perfect body, but I have certain insecurities too. You know what's crazy? A lot of people think, 'Yeah your body is cool,' but, like, there's been plenty of roles where it's like, 'Oh yeah, you have to gain weight' and it's very hard for me to gain weight, you know what I'm saying?"

Teyana, who follows a strict diet of celery juice and water, says "It’s not easy, or I lose weight for any little thing and I'm already small, I can't afford to lose any more weight, but that's just my personal thing."

Teyana credits her good genes and her at-home workout, Fade2Fit, for her brawny bod.

"Nobody's perfect. Everyone has their own little insecurities, so I wanted to create a body program that you can do in the comfort of your own home and not worry about who's watching or looking."

She added: "If I walk into a gym, people think I'm gonna do backflips, lift 100-pound weights. Like, that's still a pre-judgement of, 'Oh she's got a 20-pack, so I know she's about do some work. And I'm really just shy, so you never know. Never judge a book by its cover."

Teyana is mom to 2-year-old Iman Tayla Shumpert by her husband of 3 years, NBA player Iman Shumpert, 29.

She vigorously denied undergoing an abdominal etching procedure.

Cardi B

When Cardi B performed a duet with Bruno Mars during the 2018 Grammy Awards on Sunday, her fans lit up social media questioning her real age due to all the cellulite hanging off her thighs. Social media users wondered if the rumors were true that she is really 35.

According to Google.com, Cardi was born Belcalis Almanzar in the Bronx, NY on October 11, 1992, which makes her 25.

Cellulite is not a disease. It is unsightly subcutaneous fat that clings under the skin causing dimpling of the skin that resembles cottage cheese or orange peels. Cellulite affects 90 percent of women and only 10 percent of men (more on that later).
