Media guru Oprah Winfrey claims to have lost 26 pounds on a diet consisting of bread and water.

“I’ve lost 26 pounds and I have eaten bread every single day,” she said in a Weight Watchers commercial recently.

Oprah said she took spiritual advisor Deepak Chopra's 21-day meditation challenge called “Shedding the Weight: Mind, Body and Spirit," to help her drop the weight.
