Wall Street wiz kid Martin Shkreli was busted by the feds on Thursday and charged with running a Ponzi scheme and other fraud charges.

Shkreli, 32, is best known (and hated) for boosting the price of an AIDS drug 5000% to $750 per pill after acquiring a small pharmaceutical company and its patents.

Shkreli also made the news recently for his winning bid of $2 million for hip hop group Wu Tang Clan's album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin. Only one copy of the album was ever made.

"Hot convict" Jeremy Meeks appears in court in Stockton, CA

Hot Felon Jeremy Meeks, the convict whose mugshot launched a thousand memes, appeared in a Stockton, CA. courtroom today. Meeks became an overnight sensation when his mugshot went viral on Facebook following his arrest on weapons charges last month. He and 3 cohorts were busted in a weapons sting that netted automatic rifles and drugs. As a result of all the publicity, Meeks retained a "talent agent" who denied reports that Meeks landed a $30,000 modeling contract as well as an offer to do p0rn. "There is no p0rn offer," Gina Rodriguez wrote in an email to USA TODAY Network. Meanwhile, Meeks continues to make lonely hearts flutter online. A fan page dedicated to the hunky convict has over 220,000 Likes.
