ABC’s Black-ish spin-off, Grown-ish, debuted to low ratings on Freeform, ABC’s Family Network, on Wednesday. Freeform aired 2 episodes of Grown-ish, starring Yara Shahidi and Francia Raisa, as college students trying to make their way in the world.

Grown-ish follows 17-year-old Zoey Johnson (Shahidi) as she leaves home and heads off to college where she and other millennials party, chase boys, talk politics, and tackle social justice issues.
