Karrueche Hosts ‘The Kill’ Launch Party at Vanquish Lounge
Chris Brown‘s longtime girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, hosted a launch party for her clothing line, The Kill, at Vanquish Lounge in Atlanta last night. I met Karrueche for the first time last night, and I was impressed by her professionalism and how charming and sweet she was. She looks much thinner in person. And she’s short! Now that Rihanna is out of the picture, and no longer running interference, Chris can concentrate on helping Karrueche build her brand. I also met Brandy‘s brother Ray J. Also in the house were former NFL star Terrell Owens and music producer Jazze Pha, among others.

Even though they were both in town, troubled singers Rihanna, 25, and Chris Brown went their separate ways. Rihanna attended the LA Clippers vs LA Lakers game with friends at Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA on Sunday, while Brown spent a quiet evening at home in Malibu with his longtime girlfriend Karrueche Tran. According to sources, Brown is busy managing Karrueche’s career — and he reportedly told Rihanna to deal with it. Rihanna is so upset at Brown putting Karrueche’s needs over hers that friends say she subsists on a steady diet of alcohol and weed to calm her frayed nerves. Vibe magazine recently interviewed Chris Brown’s longtime girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, for an in-depth interview about Brown, her discontinued clothing line, and her bestie Teyana Taylor.
VIBE: If you could sit down with Chris and Rihanna in the same room, what would you want to get off your chest?
KARRUECHE TRAN: For everybody, emotionally, that would just be way too much. I’m a very mature person so if the time ever did come where we would need to sit down and talk, I’d do it. I’m a mature person. I can work it out but that would be a lot. (Pause) Yeah, it would be a lot.
Rihanna Exerts Her Control and Domination Over Chris Brown
Everyone knows that troubled singer Chris Brown is using his old flame Rihanna to get him back in good with music consumers. So why doesn’t Rihanna get it or get on with her life?
