A Los Angeles judge has revoked Chris Brown's probation in his 2009 domestic abuse conviction for beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
The judge revoked Brown's probation today after reviewing a request from the LA prosecutor's office, which alleges that Brown violated the terms of his probation by committing an alleged hit-and-run in May.
Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin set a August 16 court date to determine if any punishment is warranted. Brown faces up to 4 years in prison.
Before the hearing, Brown took to his Twitter page today to plead his case in the court of public opinion: "I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C'mon!!"
