The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge meet LeBron James

After leading the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 110-88 win over the hapless Brooklyn Nets, LeBron "King" James quickly showered before holding court with The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on Monday. LeBron presented the prince with replicas of Cavaliers jerseys for himself and his son Prince George. LeBron and Brooklyn Nets center Kevin Garnett were the only NBA players on the short list to meet the Royals after the game.

In 2005, the NBA implemented a strict dress code to combat image problems caused by young black players wearing hip hop attire popularized by street dealers and rap stars. The dress code called for NBA players to wear "business casual" attire before and after NBA games -- even if a player was sitting on the bench.

But before last night's Cavaliers vs Brooklyn Nets game at the Barclays Center, Cleveland Cavaliers stars LeBron James and Kyrie Irving, as well as members of the Brooklyn Nets, donned black t-shirts bearing the words "I can't breathe," to support the family of Eric Garner who was suffocated by a NYPD police officer.

Miami Heat superstar LeBron James finally listed his oceanfront Miami mansion for $17 million. That's quite a price hike for the 6 bedroom, 8.5 bath crib. James paid $9 million for his former castle in 2010.

In July, James announced he was returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers who drafted him as the first overall pick in 2003.
